Description of Work: Betsy was very accommodating, made an appointment to come to my house to fix a computer, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part needed with her, and successfully made repair. She even did some extra research on her own time on a software glitch and sent a link with suggestions that I could use to fix that problem, too. Well done & thanks!

Description of Work: Betsy is top-notch. She addressed our needs at the time and got back to us with ordering information for a particular cabling that was beyond the scope of the work. She is efficient and low-key, which is a very good thing when a couple of senior citizens need extra TLC. Count us as fans!

I can only guess this comes from you, and your wife, arriving at my home/office unannounced and finding me working still in my pajamas! :-) That was funny to me, as I thought it was to you. Otherwise, my level of professionalism was top notch. I'm just not used to people coming by without prior notice. I do believe I offered you the best possible solution for your computers failure. Description of Work: She arrived on time and we talked about my problems with my computer speed and wireless problems. Everything was explained to me as she did the clean up. My computer is working much better now and she seems to have solved my wireless problem. She went over the one hour limit and did not charge me extra. Very professional and courteous. I would use their services again.

Great all around!!
Description of Work: Betsy removed the hard drive from our old computer , which had information which needed to be saved. She transferred this information on to another computer, which was not working. This computer is now working with all our information saved. She was very punctual and efficient. We had been looking for someone reliable to do this project. Angie's List has never failed us with anyone we have do work for us. I would use Betsy again and also recommend her to friends. We had been trying to get this done for about a year. Betsy had it all done for us within a week. Awsome!

It was a pleasure to work with you. Remember, you were going to check with Comcast (I believe) to see if you could get their Internet service out your way. This would be a better Internet connection for you. But again, sometimes we have to give up high speed Internet to live in beautiful blissful places like yours.
