SERVICE WAS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. BETSY IS A VERY LIKABLE PEOPLE PERSON AND SHE LIKE TO TAKE ON A CHALLENGE WHICH IS WHAT SHE FACED WORKING ON MY OLD XP SYSTEM. I FEEL THAT SHE WENT ABOVE THE VALUE THAT WAS PAID FOR THIS SERVICE CALL AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE OR RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.

Betsy, the owner was unable to repair the problem because she believed the file was corrupted. She was able to disable the Windows automatic download for updates so that our computer wouldn't continue to shut down and restart 3x every time we got on it. Betsy was unable to answer all of our questions re:other problems due to time constraints, but she was very kind and explained things as she went along. She ran some programs to check our computer for any viruses or malware and then downloaded some new programs she recommended to our desk top for our future use. She told us this would be a temporary fix however because preventing the updates would sooner or later slow down our computer or show other problems. We hadn't planned on spending a lot on this appt. so we agreed to go this route. We took advantage of a Big Deal with this company for 49.99 for 1 Hour of Service. She felt like we would have success for awhile.

Betsy is a true professional and exceptional in her knowledge of computers. I felt such a relief to know that my computer issues, which I have had for several years, were going away! She's very personable and I will call her again for any future issues. It is so simple to have her come to your home and I wish that I had known about her a long time ago. I'm thankful for all the positive reviews that gave me the incentive to contact her. Don't waste any more time with a computer acting up, it will only get worse without help. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They are truly excellent. I've used them before. There were no additional charges. They are very responsive and very flexible. The pricing is good.

I have used this provider before. She came in and tried to get it running as it was. We decided it was best to re-set it to factory specs. She showed me how to do this and how to do back - up discs. Also showed me programs I could install once the back - up was complete. Even texted me later in the day to see how it was going. All this was very helpful since Windows 8 is all new to me!

Betsy, the owner of Sky Computer Solutions, was able to fix both of the computers as well as help with a few other technology related problems all within the 2 hours of service that I had bought through an Angie's List offer. She is very knowledgeable and efficient as well as being easy to work with. I will definitely hire her in the future.

Betsy gave me an appointment soon after I bought the Big Deal. She arrived on time and went right to work. She is a professional through and through in how she interacts with her customer and how she approaches the task at hand. Betsy explains things as she goes along and offers suggestions for making the computer function better. She tweaked some programs and got rid of offending junk. She double-checked that all issues were resolved before she left. I was very happy with the A-plus service Betsy provided and will definitely call Sky Computer Solutions if I require any other computer fixes.

They responded promptly and came the same day. I was very pleased. She was running a few minutes late and called to let me know. She performed all the work in a confident and timely fashion.

I used a big deal purchase for a one hour of in-home computer service from Betsy Salomonsky. She is wonderful. She is absolutely remarkable on how she does with computers. Well, she was working on a virus that we have on the computer and she keep trying and trying to see if she get off and she did not give up until she finally got at all. I mean she was determined if was going to find it and she finally did. She is probably the best part that I have ever had to work on my computer ever. Of course and I have used her again.

Sky Computer Solutions rescued my computer from the "blue screen of death". I was afraid it was hopeless & that I would have to purchase a new computer. Betsy did a great job re-installing Windows Vista and dealing with other issues. She was able to recover personal files that I feared were lost forever. The cost of all the work she did was less than anticipated. Hats off to Sky Computers!

She arrived at the specified time and performed the requested troubleshooting and repairs. Communication with Betsy was excellent both by email and phone. The tasks she per8formed related to software issues with our email program and tuning up the computer to increase speed and reliability. Problems solved. To save time (and reduce our costs) Betsy worked on both machines concurrently. She was very willingly to discuss what she was doing and why she was doing it. Always willing to offer suggestions, she did not appear put off if I wasn't eager to make all the changes she suggested. Overall, our experience with Betsy was positive, and I would employ her services again.

Betsy was terrific. She did a great job working around our busy schedule and communicating with us in setting up our service appointment. She diagnosed issues that were impeding the performance of my computer. She did a great job of identifying programs that were the causes of our computer's slow performance and inconsistencies with connectivity. She also recommended security programs that would protect our computer and help it run better and faster. When she was done, she encouraged us to call her if other issues arose. We were very pleased with Betsy's competence, friendliness and professionalism.

Awesome! She came over on a Saturday and did everything I needed. Betsy is great. I am computer illiterate and she helped me greatly.

Betsy showed up on time and within one hour removed all problems. The computer runs now like a brand new computer. I am completely satisfied with her service and can highly recommend her.
