Betsy collected my laptop, took it to her home, and ran multiple checks on it. Found and removed malware and other items causing computer to lock-up. Found some bad spots on hard drive. Ensured that the fan was running OK. Also opened laptop and cleaned it thoroughly. When Betsy returned the computer all appeared to be working correctly, so I paid her. Then a few days later I discovered that i was missing some data from my Quicken program. Called Betsy and she returned and volunteered to run data recovery programs to see if missing data could be recovered. She kept computer 1 more day and then returned it promptly albeit with out a solution to the "lost data" problem. While losing the Quicken data was annoying, it wasn't a big deal. Frankly I should have been backing up this data but had failed to do so for many months. Betsy was very apologetic - I doubt the lost data was her doing. She did not charge me anything further for the attempt at data recovery. The computer is working fine now. I highly recommend Betsy for computer "cleaning" and minor repairs. She is very professional and is one of the most customer focused service providers I have ever worked with. She was also able to give me some good advice about computer security software that i plan to use in the future.

Betsy is terrific!!! Unlike other companies I called she gave me advice that ended up COSTING her a job...not concerned about making money but helping me solve my problem! She even called me back with more guidance and recommendations after giving our conversation more thought, wow! Where can you get this type of customer service today...she's so nice ,and knowledgeable that you know she will work in your best interest. I'm a retired business owner (after 40 years ) so I have a good grasp of people; for seniors like myself ( and all people ) who are limited in their knowledge of computers be assured you will receive excellent service at a fair price!

Betsy was great! She returned my original e-mail within an hour of receiving it, and set up an appointment to take place within two days of contact. She confirmed the appointment, and was even a few minutes early that day. She diagnosed the printer's problem (one the Brother people, whom I'd contacted twice, couldn't figure out), right away. She resolved the issue for me, and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was. I'm delighted to finally be able to print again! I recommend her highly, and will use her again.

Betsy got in touch with me immediately when I emailed that my original battery was dying. She then located and purchased a new battery for me at a very reasonable price and then arrived the day after she got it to install it and make sure it was operating appropriately. While she was waiting to make sure it was charging effectively, she used her time to make sure my computer was operating efficiently.

Betsy is truly exceptional at her job. I put in a request for service at about 5:00 p.m. and she called me back within an hour. Most importantly she was able to come out the very next day! Betsy fixed our networking problems efficiently & in a very professional manner. We would definitely recommend her to others & plan on using her again should any other computer issues arise.

It was not outstanding but it may be excellent. I ended up having to pay additional and also they were not able to completely fix what the issues were. We didn't really get the problems completely resolved. We had to go through other means to do it. I ended up paying $75 more dollars for some other things that they did. They tried very hard, but it was just beyond their means to fix it. They gave their all.

It turned out very well. They were right on-time and the communication with them was excellent.

On time service, very punctual, very professional. Accomplished work well. A secondary glitch came up with another part of the PC but initial problem well solved.

I sent Betsy an email last Sunday when my Facebook account was hacked. All the words in Facebook turned into some type of either Japanese or Chinese writing and I could not even contact Facebook Tech Support for help. Webroot identified a trojan and quarantined it. Betsy responded to my email on a Sunday offering some ideas and links to help. These unfortunately did not help so I contacted her about coming to my home. On Wednesday, Betsy showed up and after some time working on my computer asked if she could take the CPU with her. It was evident this was going to require some effort. I gladly let her take my computer and by mid-day Thursday, she called to let me know it was all fixed and ready to bring back. Betsy delivered it back to my house and hooked all the connections (it's a desktop) back up and got online to make sure everything was working correctly. In a day where everyone talks about customer service, Betsy delivers it through her actions. She is the absolute best! I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to use her for all our computer needs.

Betsy was asked to come on a day prior to the scheduled service due to a computer concern I had. She said 'no problem' and was there on time. She reviewed all program files to ensure all files that should be there were there and removed unnecessary files that were just taking up space. She even contacted me days later to ask how everything was and to also provide more information on a question I had asked. I highly recommend Betsy to others!

Introduction through an Angie's List coupon for one hour home visit. Diagnosed computer problems and explained what she was doing along the way. Also gave helpful tips to implement on my own.

GREAT! I called Friday when I realized the wifi was not working and had tracked it back to a router problem. She came out Sunday noon, with equipment in hand, and finished the job in an hour. I will definitely use Sky again for whatever my computer/network issues might be.

I had a blue screen crash after upgrading a security program. Sky Computers got it working the same day without losing any info. She gave me many tips and information to prevent this from happening again. Great service.

It took more time. I had to redo 6 weeks later because of more viruses. It improved performance but did not fix it entirely.

I thought my computer was a goner. Betsy worked her magic and salvaged what she could. Her work is impeccable. She stays with the job until the computer is functioning again. That could be hours, yet her price is very reasonable. I would hire Sky Computer Solutions again. Betsy has got your back!

On time, professional, courteous demeanor. Knows her computers and had a laptop running that I thought had died. This allowed her to find my work connection to copy it to new laptop. She knew what she was doing and I was thrilled with the results. I asked if I could hug her when she left I was so relieved.

She has had my computer for over a week. She came out originally and ended up taking my computer with her. I don’t think it’s safe that she has my computer information on her computer. She was not timely, and she charged me extra for the extra time which could have been done at the beginning. Another computer expert said that it wasn’t necessary. She didn’t even add some programs she said she would.
