Description of Work: I just replaced my laptop and the retailer told me I would need a new printer because my new system uses Windows 10. I bought the printer they recommended and never got it to work. I called Sky Computer and found out my old printer worked perfectly but there were NO drivers for the new printer. |Unfortunately I couldn't remember the charge but do recall it being vet reasonable

Description of Work: My computer is back in working order. I was not able to download attachments and had to go around the mountain to access the internet. She changed some settings to help me and gave me suggestions. In the past I had gone to some stores who claim to work on computers and this computer kept having more problems. This was a great service.

Description of Work: Got a blue screen after downloading a security program update. Sky came buy soon enough on the way home and took the computer with her. 2 hrs later she returned with it fixed, cleaned and updated. Good job.

She fixed the problem and has allowed me to call her with other questions and she has helped me through them. Description of Work: Beaty is awesome!! I had many "bugs" on my laptop, she worked on it for an hour (The Big Deal), then had to take it with her to continue to work on it. She was very detailed in her explaination as to what exactly was going on and how she would fix it. She applied the "Big Deal" $$ to her normal cost!

Description of Work: Sky to the rescue again!! |Had a major issue with a virus. Called Betsy and she came arrive the next morning. Unfortunately, she had to reinstall the OS and reinstall programs, etc. Fortunately, all data was backed up and none was lost. Betsy was familiar with the problem and was able to resolve it in short order. She also offered suggestions regarding imaging the computer to avoid future reinstalls, and the operation of a wireless printer/fax which was really helpful. All in all, Betsy made a terrible situation tolerable. The rest is up to me to be alert to potential problems.

I found this service refreshing after using an online service over the past several months to try and cure the same problems I was having.
