Requested a quote from Seal Man to seal my 1200 sq ft driveway and they and they responded right away. They accommodated my schedule for installation, called to confirm ahead of time and arrived when promised. Crew was neat and efficient and did a nice job on the edges and borders. Material used is a thick emulsion, not a thin spray-on. Extremely pleased with the driveway results and the entire transaction! Fair Price - No Hassle - Great Outcome

Fantastic job - I left for work in the morning and came home to a beautiful blacktop! Couldn't drive on it for a few days to let it dry properly, but he had taped it off nicely.

I contacted Seal Man for a quote to patch and seal my driveway and Sean was very quick to respond even making it out to my house in about a day to provide an estimate. The quote was very fair with a promise of them getting it right. I know companies always promise this before they get the work but I can tell you these guys deliver. After sealing my driveway the first time there were some issues with patches on the driveway and Seal Man came out and touched up the areas. They really did do a good job touching them up but unfortunately when touching up the black sometimes can be slightly off. It was very close in tint but the area was just outside my garage door and I know it would drive me nuts since it was where i would walk by every day. In other parts of the driveway I would not have cared. In talking with Sean and Dave they were committed to getting it right which meant coming out and doing it another time. These guys were great and stand behind what they say and doing a great job. Hire them and you will not be disappointed. I think the sign of a great company is working to get it right and these guys will do that. I promise you wont regret it. Thanks Sean and Dave!

Within a few hours of contacting Seal Man, Sean Angel came by to look over my driveway and sidewalk for an estimate. His estimate was very fair and I was impressed with the information on what would be done. We ended up scheduling for the following week. The guys came out in one day and did all the prep work and the next morning they came back and sealed. One of the best prep jobs I have seen, very thorough. The driveway and sidewalk look fantastic! Seal Man called and told me that my driveway was beyond needing sealing. We decided to get a refund and will try again later in the spring and get more extensive work done at that time.

When I contacted the service provider, he informed me he was no longer sealing driveways for this season so I did not end up using the deal.

The owner assessed my driveway with me discussing my concerns. The work was done well and he encouraged me to call him if any problem arose. He was a bit slow in responding to me voice mail but I understood I was calling him during a busy time of year.

The repair of cracks and sealing went very well. Their equipment and technique was top notch.

It was the best seal job I had had. However, when larger cracks were filled, they used tar and used too much that after sealing the tar continued to bleed through the seal. The cracks are sealed well but I think they need to use a tar hose that releasex smaller amount of tar so it isn't so thick.

I e-mailed Seal Man through the Angie's list website over Memorial Day and Sean responded immediately and we scheduled a day and time for the estimate. After getting other quotes, I called Sean on a Saturday to schedule the work and he said he could do it that day. He told me the approximate time and then kept me updated so that I knew when they would be coming. The work was professionally done by cutting in around the edges of my walks, etc.and then spraying the product onto the driveway. It was non-oil-based so it dried quickly and evenly. Some of the cracks that were in my driveway were not able to be repaired with crack filler, but that was thoroughly explained to me, due to the age of the driveway. Seal Man's price was not the cheapest but I was able to use the coupon from Angie's list and I was very pleased with their service and responsiveness. They also have a one-year guarantee for the sealant, if I have any problems that occur throughout the year. I also liked that Sean would not schedule or perform driveway sealing if there was rain in the forecast, which I had seen happen on my neighbor's driveway from another company.

They were fine. They had to postpone when it rained one day. But they came within a few of the original target date. They were prompt in responding to an enquiry. Our neighbor has used them with satisfaction as well.

I was very satisfied with the work Seal Man did. My driveway is about 25 years old but Seal Man filled the cracks with hot tar and sealed the 7000 sq. ft. driveway it looked great. Work was done about 6 months ago and it still looks great. It had been sealed many times before with oil based sealer but Seal Man recommended the water based sealer that he uses and I am glad I took his advice. He did the work for a reasonable price and I would recommend him.

The owner arrived promptly for the estimate, quickly assessed the needs, completed the necessary measurements, and provided a complete explanation of his recommendations to mediate the problems and reseal the drive. His estimate was hundreds of dollars less than the other estimates I had received and included a more comprehensive treatment of the driveway and parking areas. He provided a written estimate and was able to schedule the work within a week. Other contractors were estimating as much as a month-long delay before work could be done. He and his crew performed the work on the scheduled day. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The owner provided specific information about when to use the areas and ongoing care. Later that day an unexpected rain shower created several spots on the driveway causing the sealant to not adhere properly. I called the owner; he scheduled a time to inspect the driveway, and arrived on-time with the equipment to re-treat the areas. The areas were treated and look great, as do the entire driveway and parking areas. The owner could not have been more professional and cordial. I wholeheartedly recommend Seal Man for your driveway and parking area sealing needs.

He proptly responded to my call and set a date to seal the drive. He left a very impressive flyer with all the information a business has with insurance and licenses He called me at work to give me the quote, which was in the middle of other I received. I gave him the go ahead and it looks great. He also did my neighbors. His website is also impressive.
