I called at 4:30 pm and at 6:30 he was in our home checking our TV. He was very friendly and professional. Our TV is 10 years old. He gave us the price to fix it and then told us we could get a new TV with new technology for just a bit more money. He let us make the decision . He even offered to help us if we decided to get a new TV. We did decide to buy a new TV and he gave us a great deal for the service call. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Was as able to quickly diagnose issues and make recommendations. Also took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Email of documentation for me to send to insurance adjuster was prompt. Once decision was made to repair TV it only two (2) business days to get order and receive the part. Installation was scheduled and completed that same day. Very happy to have my TV working properly again.

I was able to schedule an appt with technician which was convenient for my work schedule. He arrived on time and went right to work. He explained each of the areas that he would checking after I made him aware of the problem -- and then after the intial inspection confirmed the solution for the problem. He detailed the necessary repair and quoted the total cost. (The $75 Service Fee did go toward the Repair.)

The tv needed 2 electronic boards to be fixed. The technician ordered them, and it took 3 weeks for them to arrive and be installed. The price was very high, and the service very poor.

The picture on my 6 year old 37" LG LCD TV just disappeared one day - no sound, no picture. I called OK Electronics and he explained there would be a $75.00 diagnostic fee that would be applied to the repair should I decide to have it done so I scheduled the technician to come out the next day as I would be working from home. It only took him about 30 minutes to have the TV apart and determine that some parts on the power supply had gone bad. Had it been the main board it wouldn't have been worth fixing but since it was the power supply and the cost of the repair was reasonable I had him go ahead and do the repairs. About 30 minutes later the TV was working again as if nothing had happened. I hate just throwing broken things away! I realize it's not always cost effective to repair something but it's worth checking it out on large flat panel TVs. I am very pleased with the outcome and you can't beat the convenience! I would definitely use OK Electronics again in the future.

I called the owner on a Monday during lunch and two hours later he was at my house to diagnose my TV problem. We have a big screen TV that would have been really expensive to replace and it was only a 3 year old DLP set. He diagnosed the problem within ten minutes, ordered us a part and came back the next afternoon to install it. I was thrilled with the promptness of his work ethic. And I'm so happy to have my TV set back to it's normal gorgeous picture. I would highly recommend this company.
