Diagnosed and repaired power supply board at a very fair price. Would have paid 5 times the cost to replace. Excellent value.

The technician fixed the problem in a short amount of time. It requires a new motherboard which he had on with him.

He was able to run system check and fix it immediately.

Decided to buy a new TV from the store.

Arrived 10 minutes early! Was very professional, yet engaging. Was efficient and explained the problem thoroughly. The backlights were out. He checked online about replacements and found that there were none (ah, our throwaway society!). When he reassembled the unit the picture appeared! However, he stated that he couldn't guarantee how long it would last. When asked he gave me advice on next TV to purchase. Picture lasted about a month and I purchased new TV.

Went well. They were responsive, came out same day to analyze the problem. Told me the cost of the analysis up front. Post-analysis, they told me what parts they wanted to order, along with cost and timing. Came back the same day the parts arrived and had the TV working again in less than an hour.

He did an excellent job! I would definitely hire him again.

Did not repair TV. Took 4 weeks to tell me that they could not fix it. Two additional weeks to return the main board.

Kirill repaired my TV and had it in working order within one half an hour of his arrival. The cost of the service call was definitely worth it, and I was impressed with Kirill's knowledge. Great value and would definitely call him again if I have another problem.

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and returned to repair my TV the same day the part arrived, which was just within a few days from the initial service call.

contacted them on Friday morning he was at my house at 1:00pm. He diagnosed problem and gave me two options, 1 - replace faulty part with a brand new part, or 2 - repair the faulty part for $70 less. I chose option 2 and my tv was working the next afternoon. I did pay $25 to have repair parts fedexed overnight. I will use OK Electronics again if and when the necessity arises. I could not have asked for better service in any regard.

the provider showed up on time to diagnose the problems the tv was having. it was a bad circuit board, which he removed, took back to his shop, ordered the parts and returned with the repaired board when he had promised. no surprises on price, excellent service. i liked the guy on top of that.

I would give them an A. I would use them in the future.

Having used many Geek Squad/FireDog-type store-based services, this company is by far--WAY FAR--the best repair experience of ANY kind that I have encountered. Quick diagnosis; quick part order; quick fix; honest price; good repairman; no issues. The way service used to be....before we needed Angie's List. In fact, I am an avid Angie's List user and have limited success using their service providers. However, there is NO QUESTION that this is one of the best companies to use on Angie's List...or outside Angie's LIst even--period.

Our Samsung television would not power on. After contacting Samsung and finding out that the set was no longer under warranty, I searched Angie's list for Samsung repair and found OK Electronics. Repair scheduled the same day. Technician arrived earlier than promised. He completed the diagnosis and ended up replacing the power board. Turns out that he had the replacement board on the truck. We checked out the television after the repair and then he helped remount it to the wall. Overall, a good experience.

The first TV (32" flat screen dvd combo) lost the picture about a year and a half ago. This TV is also closer to 10 years old. He came out the same day I called, diagnosed the issue very quickly and had it fixed in a very short amount of time as he had the part on the truck. The second TV (42" flat screen) lost power about two days prior. He ordered a board, which came in within a couple of days. He installed that but it did not resolve the problem. He then ordered another part which would be in the following week, however, I was out of town. When I did call upon my return, he had the part and had the TV repaired same day. I would definitely use him again!

He was exactly on time. Quickly evaluated my TV and informed me that the LCD on my 5 year old 42" Samsung LED LCD was bad. (Too bad new tech is not as durable as the old CR tubes) He could fix it, but it would not be worth the money. He gave me advice about buying a new TV. Very pleasant and to the point. He seem knowledgeable. He was right, new TVs have come way down in price.

Out of the blue, my HD TV wouldn't turn on. I googled remedies and tried quite a few...unplugging everything, waiting for a certain time, pluggng back in, etc., etc. Nothing happened. The TV wouldn't turn on with either of my remotes or the manual switch on the side of the TV. I checked reviews on Angie's List; called OK Electronics the next day, and they were at my place in a little over an hour. Of course, the repairman looked at things, flicked the manual switch, and the TV came on!! He said he had seen this happen before and that it might happen in another couple of days, a month, or a year. His advice was to wait and see if it occurred again, then maybe replace the main board if that was the most cost effective solution. I was only charged for the service call and it will be good for 60 days since this may happen again soon. At this point it's been 2 1/2 weeks and all is well.
