Description of Work: It was raining heavily when the technician arrived so he couldn't see everything in my yard and left early. I need to get him back to finish his assessment of my lighting. He was very nice and prompt.

Description of Work: brought the irrigation system out of winterization. Came on the date promised and system is operational for the growing season. They have been servicing our system for the past five years.

Description of Work: The technician that came out was great - explained what the issue was and solved the problem. I gave them a B on responsiveness because I asked them to call the day before the appointment and tell me approximately when the technician was going to be here and I did not receive that call. Everything else about the service was great - will use again and recommend.

Description of Work: I called this company on the morning of July 9, 2012 to schedule a repair to my lawn irrigation system. Left a voicemail message, did not receive a call back until the next day. The repair prices seemed high, but reasonable under the circumstances, and I was told by the administrator (Lisa) that she would call back with an appointment. I did not hear back from her until later in the week with a voicemail message, saying the first available appointment was July 27, 2012!I called and said that I was amazed that it would take 2 1/2 weeks for a service call, especially for a company so highly rated by Angie's List. Lisa said they were busy doing mid-season repairs for their "contract" clients. I asked her how long it would take if I was a "contract" client, and she said maybe a day, maybe a week, it just depends.I thanked her for her honesty and said that we would not be doing business.In my opinion this company does not deserve to be so highly-rated in Angie's List!

Description of Work: The water pipe to my irrigation system sprung a leak, and my regular irrigation company couldn't be reached (late Friday pm). I called Miller, and they had a technician at the house very quickly who crawled in the crawl space to shut off the water. I am most appreciative for their kind response to a non-customer.Marilyn
