We contacted Miller Irrigation for a drainage project at our home. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. They were on time, friendly, courteous, and professional. Jim is very transparent with the project work and takes great pride in the company. All of the work was completed to the exact specifications discussed. The crew were fantastic and efficient. Jim and his team were top notch. They helped educate me on what was needed and why, patiently answered my questions, and did a great job on the installation. The price was extremely reasonable compared to others and the work, based on what they did vs other promised, outstanding.

This is pretty straight forward service. They did a fine job. I plan to get them back in the spring to do a start up and check out one bad zone.

I've worked with Miller Irrigation for almost 20 years and this is the second home I have had an irrigation system installed by Miller Irrigation. Most recent project was completed in July 2017 and I can honestly say that their excellent customer service is demonstrated during each and every interaction with the company. Fast efficient scheduling when I requested an estimate, received the estimate very quickly after the company's site visit, was able to schedule the installation easily, and the irrigation system and drainage lines were installed professionally. Installation crew left our yard in great shape even after dealing with clay soil after multiple large rains during the installation. It's obvious that Miller Irrigation is a company of the highest caliber - they were excellent in the late 1990's on my first installation, completed bi-annual maintenance promptly & efficiently for 17 years, and completed the latest project perfectly. We are looking forward to working with Miller Irrigation on a landscape lighting project in the near future. Super impressed. We just purchased a new home and noticed that the irrigation system hadn't been started up for the season, so we called Miller. They came out quickly and their cost was very reasonable. A few nights ago, one of the zones got stuck on (due to a valve issue) and the controller would not turn it off. It had been going for probably 8 hours straight, maybe longer. At 11:30 p.m. on a Friday, I called the emergency number from their voicemail and immediately got in touch with an extremely helpful gentleman who walked me through the process of getting the water to stop. Placing a service call would have been $150, so I was super grateful that he was willing to guide me through troubleshooting so I could fix the issue myself. I was on speaker phone with him for 10 - 15 minutes as I crawled up under our house. He described exactly what to look for and I found it. :) We will definitely be calling Miller to fix the valve issue that caused this to happen in the first place! Great company.

They did a great job, and left the area clean, and did not cut my calbe/internet line. The initial job was quoted at $675. However, they completed the work much more quickly than they expected, so we were charged less than 1/2 the quoted price. The estimate was very punctual (in fact, the other 2 companies I called about the job never managed to show up to even estimate it). I gave them a "b" for punctuality, as it took them nearly a month to get around to doing the work. They seemed to have forgotten about me, and showed up after I called to ask them if they were too buys & I needed to find another company to do the work.

Miller Irrigation is professional and has fair pricing and does a good job

They come out twice a year to adjust and fix any issues. They are always on time, friendly, and do great work all the way around. Its the one thing I never have to worry about. I know my irrigation system will work and do what its suppose to do since Miller Irrigation is on top of it.

We had 2 new zones installed, one existing zone split into 2 zones, and had several sprinkler heads changed. Miller Irrigation inspected our entire system, and then went over all of our options. Jim was very helpful and explained to us the reasoning behind his recommendations. We also had a rain sensor added and everything was put on timers.

Jim was our POC before, during and after. He was very professional and helpful. He installed zones in our front yard using some tools that left very little in terms of dig marks. He installed a few zones in our back yard but those were dug by hand and left a more marks. He explained this and it happened explained. I would recommend Miller to anyone I know.

I misunderstood the intial pricing. I thought the whole cost was going to be $155, but the start up of the system was an additional $98

Well, I felt like a second hand citizen after that call. Even though they are listed for my area, they said they cater more to the 'west end'. Maybe it should not be listed for Chesterfield if they do not offer business.

We received excellent service. They answered telephone calls or called back quickly, scheduled work quickly, showed up on time and completed work as planned. Our experience was excellent and we will continue working with Miller Irrigation.

He was awesome...and that's impressive considering he didn't do any work for me. What struck me - and frankly the reason I'd use him in a heart beat when needed - was the professionalism. He actually suggested I use a peer company of his because they'd be better suited. He could have subcontracted them and marked up the work...or done the job sub-optimally himself...but he didnt. He treated me like a human - not a customer/job - and he did what was in my best interest. That's pretty rare these days. If Jim can't do your job - he'll be the first to tell you.

They know what they are doing and preform their tasks quickly and efficiently.
