Everything went well... our only concern was the guy walked back into our house without knocking when the work was completed. Overall, we would definitely hire again.

They were able to come over next day, promptly fixed the problem and were courteous. We would use their services in future.

Highly responsive. THey came out very quickly ( glad for that as the cold showers were getting a bit old). After assessing the household needs accurately and professionally, they brought in and installed a new water heater while I was at work. The partial walk-in crawlspace I have where it was installed was recently water sealed wtih heavy mill plastic. When they were done, the installation was clean, there were no tears in the water seal and everything had been cleaned up and put to rights very nicely. I would ask them back again and again for routine and emergency work.

They were not able to put a shut off valve leading to our bathroom so they installed a new whole house shut off valve.

It went well left me very impress. Andy was very courteous and answer all my question,with a lot pleasant .He check the crawl space,checked the main water line,before he started work and than again after he completd the job,to make sure the meter was not still running.Then he also gave me a surprise I wasn't expecting that I might can be compensated for my bill." What a surprise" So I will recommend a friend.someone had already told me to to let her know how this visit turn out! I called on Saturday morning and Thomas called me back Sunday to discuss my problem. Thomas said I would here from the office Monday. Monday morning I got a call to say Marty was on the way. Marty came and installed the disposal I bought at Home Depot. He was quick, clean and answered all my questions. Marty was very knowledgeable. The price was very fair for work performed. I chose this company after reading all the great reviews.

Parts were delivered exactly when promised. Svc Tech came on schedule. There were several glitches involving equipment after installation and also issues with existing equipment in my home that was needed to connect new units to. This was a difficult situation for all involved, specially with the attic heat, but I could not have asked for better service techs who worked tirelessly to resolve these issues. Everyone was so polite, concerned about getting the job right in a timely fashion, and concerned about any inconvenience I may have experienced. I must say I did not feel inconvenienced at any time as they kept me informed on what was taking place and how long it would take to compete the job. Their customer service is superior from everyone I have spoken to any time I have ever called to needing service or repairs. I highly recommend this company. It is family owned and operated and has that personal touch in all they do.

The entire experience was positive! Starting with their initial contact thru til the end of the service, I only have praise. Everyone was professional, on time, very communicative, honest & addresses all my concerns. Andy spent extra time to educate me on my entire HVAC & hot water system. I will definitely hire them again!

Pretty simple. My pilot light on the gas fireplace kept going out. I called them. They came over and cleaned the line. It has been 6 months later and the pilot light is still on.

The pilot light on the fireplace went out and would not stay lit. Bought the coupon for cleaning and they set up an appointment for the next day. Showed up about 1/2 hour early after calling to let me know they were on the way. Inspected and found that the contacts were dirty. Performed the cleaning and it works fine. They did show me some problems with the logs and we discussed the need to replace them in the future. Was not a hard sell and more informational. Cleaned up and were very professional.

They did a fantastic job. The faucet had a slow drip and Marty took a few moments to fix that as well at no extra charge. Very happy with the great service.

They would only provide a very broad window of time that they could have someone come by (10am-2pm), so my husband took most of the day off work to wait for them. Finally, around 2pm, they called to say that we were the next stop and someone was on the way. At 2:30pm, they called asking if they could reschedule us for another day. Not professional at all and not considerate of people who have busy schedules. Will not bother to reschedule.

Gentlemen showed up promptly, very professional and conscientious about cleanliness. Checked fireplace - didn't clean glass because I had done it recently. Seemed a bit expensive for the time it took ( (~10 minutes) but perhaps it is typical (I'm new to the Richmond area). I will consider using them for their other services (plumbing/HVAC).

Assessed situation, showed me the issues with current heater, suggested replacement. Estimated time to locate and install replacement. All done within same day. Our heater is in a crawl space so it takes a unique size tank which they were able to locate quickly.

Quality work, very communicative and punctual. The owner walked me through the options for the hot water heater and helped me understand all the facts before making the decision.

It went very well. I had no idea that you should have a tune up on a gas fireplace system and was very glad that I did this. We never knew there was an issue with the way the logs were laid but did notice that it wasn't functioning as well as it possibly could. The first thing that the tech noticed on entering the room was that they were not laid correctly. What a difference! It looks so much nicer, like a real fire when burning and having the glass cleaned also made a world of difference. It's pricey for a direct vent system at a $150 but we feel it was a fee well spent! It didn't take very long, either.

It says they offer free estimates on their Angie's List page but when I called to get one, they said it would cost me $90 for someone to come out and give an estimate. I am moving on, but hope they update their page to reflect their actual policy.

They initially came to check gas logs that another company had installed. They ended up replacing them for us. At the same time, the heat pump went out and they came in and installed a new heating and air system. They were very professional and they delivered a system on time. Everything was just as they described it and it was all in the budget and estimate that they gave me. I will be using them for all of our heating and cooling services in the future.

The ladies in the office and the two technicians that came out were GREAT! Punctual, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy to find out they also do, HVAC, plumbing etc., they will always be my first call.

We used an Angies list discount offered by Guirkin, which reduced the cost of this 10 minute visit. Andy was very knowledgeable and professional. He honored the conversation that I had with their office as to the rate. A pleasant experience compared to some others we had recently had with plumbers.

It went pretty well. I liked their service. They were punctual. They did a great job. My interaction with them was good. Price was very good.

There was no mess, they were very friendly and professional.

Scheduling was reasonably responsive considering the time of year. Personnel were friendly and efficient. All three fireplaces are now used (had not been for 5 years). Good experience. Would recommend.
