The repairs were made in accordance with contractual requirements regarding the sale of our house. We obtained four evaluations and estimates. There was no consistency among the earlier estimates, and the owner, Kirby, went to our house to personally inspect the flues and prepare our estimate. Chimney Savers' was the most straightforward and professionally prepared of the four. They took the extra time to explain their approach as well as the work step sequences and associated timelines. This was a substantial repair that was logistically difficult because we now live in the Rockies. It was very important to us that the company performing this repair treat the house as if it were their own. Chimney Savers understood this. Our agent checked the house and reported that the work looks great, the house was left 'as is', and that there was not a scrap of debris left anywhere. I would recommend them without reservation.

Old water boiler furnace was replaced necessitating updating of 1924 chimney. Company was prompt with visit and estimate. Company got the job because they re-arranged schedule to do the work in conjunction with furnace replacement. The were fast, knowledgeable, neat, and professional. Brought the chimney up to code. Willing to talk and explain their work.

It was quick and, so far, works as expected. (Problems, if any, will come after a year or two with lots of bad weather.) Chimney Saver's estimate was thorough, involved me by showing what was seen on the flue camera, was a point-by-point estimate to see the choices, and indicated clearly what was optional. Since the price exceeded the funds available discussed the priorities in their professional opinion and then agreed to the highest priority items within the available funds. The relationship was not only professional, but downright friendly both by the owner and the work crew. Background: Asked for estimates from five companies. Four visited the site and gave rough oral estimates. Two gave written estimates. Chimney Savers was 12% higher than the other written estimate. My confidence in them was high from their inspection and evidence, so I engaged them.

Company agreed to come look at job and give me pricing. I asked them to come prepared to perform work in the event that I could afford cost. They show up as planned and after approving pricing they performed work. I felt that they did a great job and the fix looks good.

We needed our chimney cap repaired - it had deteriorated over time - and were getting estimates. Chimney Savers was working on the house next door, so we included them in the process. Their bid was competitive and we selected them, based, in part, on our neighbor's satisfaction and an Angie's List report. We were pleased with the work. We did have a scheduling snafu once - not a big deal but slightly disappointing. Overall, we were very pleased with the work, the employees' professionalism and felt the work was fairly priced.

They did a great job! When I called initially, I was given a quote over the phone and received very courteous and professional customer care. I was called back later to set up an appointment. The service men came when they said they would and were very friendly and informative. They inspected the chimney and sealed it, as agreed to. They even cleaned out the fireplace (which I hadn't even requested) and cleaned up after themselves. They provided me with an invoice and additional information regarding other repairs that I may want to consider in the future. I will definitely hire them again for any future chimney work needed.
