Description of Work: They actually did a really good job on the car, except for a couple of areas in the back (the area around the inside of the trunk lift, and the small window at the back of the Prius, below the rear windshield). The attendant asked me if I wanted to inspect the car, but I didn't because I didn't have time. My fault - I'm sure they would have fixed the problem if I had noticed it. It is a little disappointing that they didn't notice, though.

Description of Work: They did a complete detail on my very dirty minivan. They cleaned every surface that they could get to. They cleaned all of my carpeting in the car and they were able to remove stains that I never thought would come out. It took longer than expected to complete (3 days) but my 7 year old minivan looked like new when I picked it up. Just to clarify, Car Pool Detail is different than the detailing done at all of the Car Pool locations. I believe that it is only located at this particular Car Pool on West Broad Street. I was very happy with their work.

+ -1 moreThe car is 6 years old and now the interior looks brand new! Gina and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. She gave me an estimate and I had the detailing done right away. The waiting room is clean (including the restroom!) and WiFi internet access is available. The job was completed in the estimated timeframe and the car looks great! I'm looking forward to bringing my car back to have the exterior touched up.
Description of Work: Car Pool Detail performed a complete interior detail job on my vehicle. The car had never been professionally detailed so there were crumbs and dust in all the hard to clean areas plus the seats and carpets had some stains. The job also included removing shards of glass remaining after the vacuuming done by an auto glass company that replaced two windows.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with the quality of the work. However, they did not finish the truck in a day and failed to call us to let us know it wouldn't be ready. We found out when we went to pick it up. They were apologetic and said it had been a hectic day for them. Even considering that, we would recommend them. We previously used Concours on West Broad Street. Their quality has been seriously declining over the last few years, so we were looking for a new detailer for our vehicles. We took the truck to Car Pool and our Lexus RX to Accent Auto on Staples Mill Rd to see which we liked best. We like Car Pool the best and plan to use them as our detailer from now on. They even quoted me a better price on my RX than Accent Auto. FYI, if you call to get a price on the detailing, they are a bit evasive. They want to see the vehicle to see what shape it is in before they commit to a price. Don't let that deter you from using them. They will do a great job. And they did stay very late the next day so we could pick up the vehicle after work.
Description of Work: Complete interior and exterior detailing of Honda Ridgeline truck. Included paint sealant.

+ -1 moreEach visit was professionally attended to. I have no complaints. The work came within cost, and an explanation of what is done was given.
Description of Work: I support both the south side and west end locations. At the west end location Gina took care of my spouse's 2004 Lexus RX330. The vehicle has been maintained very well; however, my spouse has done the soccer mom/football practice/karate mom thing in the vehicle, and it was looking a little "worn." Gina and staff snapped it right back into what I would describe as showroom condition. It's amazing how that vehicle looks. On the south side-- Cory Schreiner takes care of my '06 Tacoma Sport, and my '05 Porshce Boxster. He does it all on the Tacoma, but I have him mostly take care of that just waxed "POP" and sealant on the Boxster. Both of these vehicles are black, and Cory really enhances the exterior. Cory is very thorough, and he even takes the time to tell you about his products. I would really recommend anyone in the Richmond area to visit either location of CAR POOL DETAIL SHOPS. I just happen to live closer to Cory.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience. I love my vehicle, and the black finish looks like a mirror. It is 4 years old, and looks like new. I would not take it anywhere else but them. Please know they are the finest. Gina, Garrett, and the entire staff are very accommodating, and are not satisfied unless you are! They have been maintaining my vehicle for the past two years. I think of these guys as my family. Thank you for going the extra mile!
