 + -1 moreRick and his crew did an excellent job cleaning all the windows inside and out including the windowsill's and sashes. They were able to get to windows previous window cleaners could not. They were so conscientious about the quality of their work, that I observed that they would often check behind each other. My windows look amazing.

 + -1 moreI called them on a Tuesday morning. Someone came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable, so I asked when they could schedule me. It worked out that they could come the following day. I had just recently moved in to my home which was built in the '70's. The window had been neglected for a long time. Rick and his employee arrived right on time, and worked efficiently and professionally. They did a fantastic job! Didn't realize how dirty the windows were until they were cleaned...made the house look so new and fresh. Anybody who has storm windows knows they can be difficult to work with. But they knew exactly how to handle them. Rick was very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him! I plan to schedule them for twice a year from now on.
Description of Work: Rick and team cleaned all of the windows, which had storm windows, too. They also cleaned our 3 skylights.

 + -1 moreRick performed absolute magic on our neglected windows, storm windows, screens and sills. Many of our windows had a faint overspray of gray stain on the outside surface, cutting drastically the natural light entering the house. He razor scraped each exterior surface before cleaning and the difference (inside and out) was amazing. I'm sorry that I cannot recall for certain the name of the young man who came to work with Rick; both were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. Hiring Rick was the best thing we have done for our home in years--clean windows make me happy! I will most definitely call A Brighter Outlook Window Cleaning LLC again.

 + -1 moreI plan to have him return to do the rest of the windows in the house soon. We have had other companies in the past and he did a better job by far. He did show up early. Luckily I was there, but not exactly ready. He apologized; was a scheduling mix up. Not a big deal.
Description of Work: Cleaned 6 large (9 over 9 panes) windows on the front of our 50+ year old house as well as a large bay in the back. Cleaned 2 very dirty light fixtures by the front door and without being asked, cleaned transom windows at no additional charge.

Description of Work: I requested that Mr. Ely come to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. We have a rather large home; Mr. Ely provided an estimate for cleaning all windows, some interior glass, and two chandeliers. His price was reasonable, so I scheduled the work. A team of four, including Mr. Ely, were onsite for the work. All were very professional and courteous. They not only did the work I requested, with excellent quality, they did a few extra things without being asked! For example, while on the ladder cleaning the chandelier in the two-story foyer, they also cleaned some cobwebs which were hard for me to reach. I am so grateful for that extra help! They were also kind enough to arrange the work so I could keep my dog confined for the minimum time possible. I should also mention that, when Mr. Ely came to provide the estimate, I asked if he could change out the light bulbs in the chandeliers while cleaning them. He said he would do that at no extra charge. I forgot to buy the light bulbs in time, but then Mr. Ely returned another day -- at my convenience -- at no extra charge to switch the light bulbs. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Ely's excellent customer service and the professionalism of his team. I definitely recommend this company.

I received a price estimate from another company that was a little lower but they did not offer all of the service that Rick did so I went with him and I am glad we did.

Screens and sills cleaned; cleaned and cleared gutter downspouts; 1 skylight; chandelier ; outside lamps cleaned (4) They fixed a couple of shutters that had come loose and replaced light bulbs in an outdoor sensor light connected to the roof.

Description of Work: The owner arrived right on time. They were very professoinal and you could tell he enjoyed what he did. He was proud of his work and liked to see the end result. I could not be more pleased with my beautiful shinning windows and blinds. The windows were very dirty because the previous owners were smokers and I'm not sure they were ever cleaned. I have a lot of windows. 2 story with high windows. They worked very hard.

Mr. Ely called the day of the appointment and said he could do the work that day if we were happy with estimate and it was a convenient time for us. They were on time and just simply did a fabulous job. Every window, skylight, door and light fixture is beautiful. They took meticulous care with everything and this job was a lot of work as the windows etc. clearly had been neglected for a very long time. They have my highest recommendation!!
Description of Work: We moved into a new house with many windows and glass doors that were really dirty. They cleaned the windows and screens inside and out, cleaned the sills, glass in doors, and the overhead lamps inside the house and the outside light fixtures, as well as two skylights. Cleaning out cobwebs and debris stuck in the windows--the house is in a heavily wooded area.

He knew that I was interested in having an earlier cleaning date, so when he had a cancellation he called and was able to fit me in two days early. He and his associate cleaned the windows (inside and out), screens and sills on three floors of our home. They did an excellent job and went back and checked each window after it was dry to make sure that it was properly cleaned, locked and had the screen re-seated. I felt like the cleaning was a good value for the amount of time spent and the quality of the work.
