Rick at A Brighter Outlook did a great job washing the exterior of all of the windows of our home. He was very responsive to my original request and scheduling with him was easy. He showed up on time, did a great job and charged exactly what I had been told. I would definitely hire him again.

Rick and his team do a great job. Windows and screens came out looking great. They are very careful and leave the house looking just as they found it. It Responded same day, made appointment for the following day, arrived on time, and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Ely was quick to respond to my request, and willing to do the job at a time that worked best for us both. His price was fair, and the work outstanding. His two workers were courteous, kind, and extremely hardworking...I was very impressed with them both. They did a wonderful job, and offered to move back any items I'd had to move to allow them window access. I would most definitely use this outstanding company again.

Excellent!! The team was very professional and even removed their shoes or put on covers, which my wife likes. The windows were all 12-16 paint double hung 1930's windows. The team did an excellent job that well beyond what I could have done myself. Punctual, professional and reasonably priced I truly recommend them to anyone who wants a "Brighter Outlook" through clean windows. Great Job guys.

I called A Brighter Outlook because of their many stellar reviews, and I have experienced no disappointments in any area. Rick, the owner, returned my call promptly. He came to my house and presented an estimate the very next day...an estimate I couldn't refuse. It seemed so reasonable to me considering how filthy the windows and doors were. We set up an appointment. He arrived promptly on time with his adult son. They got straight to work: one outside, one inside. Rick worked inside, and we chatted pleasantly about various topics, but he worked as he talked. He cleaned up, returned furniture to its place, and swept the sills. And they were gone! What impressed me most was not only their thoroughness and attention to detail, but they actually fixed a window that wouldn't close properly and lock, and they wanted me to feel safe in my own home.They also replaced a latch on a screen that was missing. I do have a Brighter Outlook today, not just because my windows and doors are sparkly clean, but because of the decency of these 2 business owners who care so much to go the extra mile for their clients. I'm looking forward to having A Brighter Outlook at least 3 or 4 times each year!

It went very well. My windows were very dirty and when the men left they were shining. The two men came on time and immediately started taking out the storm windows and putting a location number on each. They worked steadily until the job was done. I will call them again to clean my windows.

I'd called other providers but they were busy with calls due to the an upcoming storm. Chris was fast, considerate of the property and had the 30 foot high gutters, side gutters and back porch cleaned out in less than 45 minutes.

WE HAVE an older home with old storm windows and some painted stuck windows. Rick & crew did about 21 windows...leaving them sparkling clean in about 4 hrs...also scrapped excess paint off some windows.

Rick gave an estimate over the phone and made an appointment to clean my double French doors inside and out. The route person arrived on time and was professional. He did an awesome job of removing the excess paint, cleaning the woodwork, and made each individual pane crystal clear and sparkle. The price was fair and for the amount Rick estimated. I'll be scheduling them for future cleanings. Very nice work and I'm impressed.

I called to schedule an estimate to wash the exterior of my windows. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and did tell me that they were very busy. She said someone would come by to take a look and give me an estimate. A week later and I haven't heard anything from the company. I didn't bother to call the company back because I figured if they couldn't get to me within a week of calling, or at least to call back and say it may be another week or some time frame, then they would be too busy to actually wash my windows. It's a shame because I really wanted to try and work with this company because of all the wonderful reviews. I don't understand, based on my experience, how anyone could give an "A" grade for responsiveness. I'm thinking they either need to hire more people or decrease their service area. It really isn't good to lose potential new customers.

The team arrived on time and immediately began their work. They were quiet, respectful and pleasant. They finished quickly, removed all their cleaning tools and buckets and were gone in 5 hours. They were great and we will use them again.

This is the 3rd time I have employed this vendor and they have laws exceeded my expectations.

The crew arrived on time, were respectful, courteous and didn't make a mess. The windows probably hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years and the storm windows had a bunch of gunk in them. All clean now! Feels great to look out sparkly clean windows! Thank you! I would recommend them and will have them clean my windows next year!

It went wonderfully. They were on time and worked steadily until they were done and had checked the windows to be sure they all looked good. Some of our windows had hard water stain on them and they worked until they found a way to make them look as good as possible. They were neat and careful inside the house. Totally positive experience.

I contacted this company based on the reviews on Angie's site. They were very prompt in returning my call; and we quickly set a date for the work. They are here now, washing the windows and I have to say, they are doing a fantastic job. Since I work from home, I also appreciate the fact that they work quietly. I will definitely use this company again.
