Troy and 3 other employees were very professional, they were very careful with our possessions and packed all with extreme care. They completed the move out of the house in less than 3 hours. All the furniture (mahogany wood) was carefully protected and transported to the truck and then to the climate control facility in Gloucester, Virginia. After 6 weeks, we called the company to bring our furniture to our new home in Naples, Florida. Mark, the truck driver and 2 other subcontracted employees were very careful bringing our furniture and approx. 40 boxes inside our condo. They were very efficient in managing the various tasks including assembling beds, mirrors and china cabinet. All our furniture and household items arrived without a scratch and in perfect condition. I recommend Brian and his staff for any moving within the state or across the country. They are truly professionals and know their business very well. Good Job, well done!

Our move went so well with this company. They arrived on time, finished before scheduled and they were super nice. I would and have recommended them to all my friends. They even charged less then the estimate.

Excellent from start to finish. They provided a preliminary estimate based on an itemized list we sent to them in advance. We moved our lighter items and left the heavy work to them to move furniture and heavier boxes of our goods. Since we were a smaller than full household move, we agreed on an hourly rate. On moving day, they arrived promptly and the men worked diligently; they completed our move very efficiently resulting in our cost being less than estimated. This company also does long-haul, over the road moves and the men were truly skilled at what they do. They were careful with our furniture and goods and acted professionally throughout the move.

Bane and Joey worked from 9am to nearly 4pm with a 1/2 hour lunch break. They ensured everything that was moved got into the truck and into the new home without any damage. They were respectful of me and my wife and did not scratch the walls or flooring in either places. I've heard horror stories of movers and was leary about the move but these guys were true professionals. They did not take smoke breaks, they were not constantly on their phone, but they were there working the entire time. I'd recommend this company, in particular Bane and Joey, to all of my family and friends knowing they will do an excellent job and deliver outstanding services.

The move was fine until we reached our new home and I realized that the movers had forgotten to place on the moving truck an item. The owner of the company after many phone calls basically informed me that it was my fault as it should have been noticed during the walk through. Interesting as I was never given that opportunity to walk through the house one last time. And I was not given the option of filing a claim as the owner insists that as it was never moved it doesn't warrant a claim. So, I've filed a claim with the BBB.

Packed and moved to temp house (while new home finished construction). Set up bed frames and placed furniture to suit "the wife". We had a dinner party for 8 that same day (move-in day). Later, when new home was ready, they returned and did it all again. Courteous, friendly. Honored their estimate, which was only two-thirds of the competitor's estimate.
