1. Prior to the actual trip Precious Pets worked with me to complete all the necessary forms needed to bring Walter, a 2 year old St. Bernard. They were extremely helpful with all of the protocol needed to move a dog across several states. They were always courteous and returned my phone calls in a timely method. The website was easy to navigate. Most importantly there were no surprises what they said they would do, they did. 2. A couple of days before Walter was to start his journey Precious Pets contacted my daughter and finalized all of the arrangements, and once again everything went smoothly, there were no surprises. 3. During the course of the journey my daughter was able to contact the driver at any point in time and get an update on Walter which she would then relay to me. 4. On the morning of Walter's arrival in New York the driver contacted me to let me know that she would be at our home within the hour barring any heavy traffic. She arrived at 9:30 a.m. according to the plan and turned over a happy and exuberant Walter. I signed for Walter and the driver left me instructions on when he was last fed, last received meds, etc. The entire project was handled in an extremely professional and more importantly caring method. It was easy to see that the driver was an animal lover and that Walter was a happy camper. My sincere thanks to Precious Pets and their team. They did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend them highly and would use them again.

It went very well. I do not remember the exact amount we paid. It was a little higher because our animals were transported alone, which we preferred.

I am a follower of National Mill Dog Rescue's FB page. They are located in Colorado Springs and one evening, I was viewing a photo album of their recent rescues. I fell instantly in love with one of them, named Buddy. I found myself looking at his photo every night and inquiring about his past and how he was found. I knew I needed to adopt him but I lived in PA and thought this would be impossible. That is, until I found Precious Pets Transport Services on Angie's List and read their raving reviews. I contacted them and within one day I had a very reasonable quote to transport Buddy from Colorado Springs to Northern PA. Mechelle was the team leader and I personally asked her to pay extra attention to Buddy as he had a rough past and was very frightened. She did so and more, even slept by his side for the 2 and a half day journey across the country. Mechelle was very knowledgeabe of rescue animals and their special needs. She extended her help beyond just the transport, inviting us to call her anytime if we needed any help or had any questions. I would use this service again in a flash. Buddy arrived in very good condition and was very calm. I can't thank Mechelle enough for her compassion and knowledge.

They did an excellent job when it came to handling the transport of my Yorkie from New York to Florida. Storm Janus was about to hit New York and Precious Pets decided to pick her up a day earlier before the storm came into the city. They were on time and were out of the city before all that snow got here. Therefore, the transport of my Yorkie went smoothly and there was no delay with the delivery of my yorkie into Florida. They answered my texts and calls when I asked about my yorkie to see how she was doing and they kept me informed on how she was doing. I am very satisfied with this company, I recommend it highly. You can rest assured that they will take care of your pet as if it was their own. Their guard dog Kiki is wonderful. Keep up the good work Linda and Jill.

I was so pleased with the way that Precious Pets handled our transport job. They were immediately responsive, accurately described the services, had perfect availability (that probably was luck as much as anything - they booked me within a 7 day window), and took great care of the dogs. I was able to talk to both the office and the driver when they were on the road, and their pickup and dropoff times were super accurate. This was the first time I have done a thousand mile move with two 50+ pound pupppies, and it all seemed impossible or cost prohibitive until I found this service on Angie's List! I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent! They did everything they said they would do. They were great about responding to phone calls and e-mails, and everyone was happy on both coasts with their services, including the kitty!

They were very particular with the cats and had to make sure they were up to date with their shots and health. When the cats arrived to my home, they were in great condition. They brought the cats into my home and released them calmly. I could call them at any point during the trip to check on the well fair of the cats and they were friendly and responsive. I did some research before I hired them, and there prices were reasonable. They were punctual and considerate and great to work with.

It went very well. She was picked up from the kennel exactly when she was supposed to be, transported to Florida within the time promised, and brought to our door in good shape. We were worried that because of her age and aversion to any kind of travel that there might be a problem, but all went very well.

Dan and his wife Traci picked up Max on Saturday evening, they kept in contact with me all of the way to keep me updated on their travel and estimated time of arrival. Presious Pet's Transport and their staff really care about what they do and do a great job from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them for any pet owner that is moving and needs to have their pet transported in comfort and with folks that truely do care about the animals they transport. One of my dogs got an upset tummy from stress during the trip and it was handled with care and professionalism. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe way to transport their pets.

They were fabulous. They cared very much about my animal. The price was incredibly reasonable and worth the money. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I were both concerned that our pets get the very best of care during a long trip across country. We did not want to put our dog in cargo and fly him out because of the dangers and trauma involved to an older dog (12 yrs. old but in excellent health). We knew we could take the cat with us on a Jet Blue flight but that left us with having to return to the east coast again and then drive the dog out in a car with us. Whew, way too much to do in just 3 short weeks to move! At that point we discovered Precious Pets on Angie's List and from the very beginning to end the entire process went very smoothly. PP services are not cheap, but we love our pets and felt it was worth it to have them arrive safely and happily, which they both did. Dan, the driver for our pets, was calm, reassuring and capable. He was well organized and the vehicle our pets traveled in was a Mercedes Sprinter, well outfitted and extremely clean. We had a chance to view it up close when Dan arrived and saw the other pets who were headed home. We also checked in with Dan numerous times while they were traveling to make sure that our pets were happy. Jill, who acted as the coordinator, for the trip was right on the job, and quick to pull all the details together and answer any questions we might have. Both Reggie the Cat and Zodey, our Tibetan Terrier, did well on the trip and arrived happy and healthy. We are very glad that we chose PP to transport them and it was worth every penny to see their faces again when we arrived out west ourselves. I have high hopes though that we will never have to send our pets on such a long trip again.

It went better than expected.

I BOARDED MY SIX CATS AND ONE DOG AT THE VET 'S OFFICE BECAUSE I HAD THE MOVING COMPANY PROFESSIONALLY PACK MY BELONGINGS. I AM HANDICAPPED AND CANNOT DO THINGS FOR MYSELF, SO 4 AND 5 PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE WITH BOXES, CRUSHING WRAPPING PAPER, UNFOLDING BOXES, TALKING, PLAYING MUSIC, ETC., WAS REALLY SCARING ALL OF THEM, AND I DECIDED TO BOARD THEM A DAY EARLY. TROUBLE WAS I COULDN'T FIND ONE OF THE CATS UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING, HE WAS HIDING SOMEWHERE AND DIDN'T COME OUT UNTIL EVERYONE WAS GONE THE FIRST DAY. I HAD CERTAIN CATS THAT COULD MAKE THE TRIP CAGED WITH ANOTHER CAT (BECAUSE THEY ARE SISTERS) CERTAIN CATS THAT NEEDED TO TRAVEL ALONE, AND ALL THAT INFORMATION WAS FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER, FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS WERE FOLLOWED. THEY CALLED TO TELL ME WHEN THEY WOULD DELIVER THE ANIMALS, AND THEY WERE ON TIME, SAFE AND SOUND. MY ADVISE FOR ANYONE WANTING TO USE THIS COMPANY IS TO SIMPLY TELL THEM YOUR ANIMAL'S NEEDS AND WANTS AND LIKES, AND TRY TO THINK OF EVERYTHING. THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY.

My pet was picked up on schedule date.I was very concerned because she was very old.I was able to talk to the person transporting her every day. My animal was very stressed.and was not eating. Ms Beate Fischer was also concerned and changed her schedule to accommodate my animal and got to Buffalo a few days early. After a day of adjusting she was eating and back to her old self. Beate was wonderful. I would highly recommend them and Beate Fischer.

Overall, the journey was as good as it could have been for this fairly sensitive, older dog. He and his traveling companions were walked regularly and all slept together on the van, including the driver who is also one of the owners. It was a great alternative to a scarier experience of riding in an airplane hold for many long hours without company. The price was steep compared to flying a dog by airplane, but worth it in this case. The only suggestion I'd make for the future is to please walk the dog a little before bringing him in the house. Probably out of nervousness and also a full bladder, our dog emptied about a gallon of pee into our carpet right after you left!

The service went well. I was kept informed when they were on the road. Mick was well fed and let out of his kennel every 4 hours. He was safely delivered to us.

Precious Pets picked up our three cats in New Mexico, and drove them to Maine by van. The van was well fitted out, and the drivers were friendly, caring, and professional. We were worried about our cats, but all went excellently. They arrived safely, in good health, and happy. It was an amazingly easy experience, and I highly recommend this service.
