Description of Work: Great service from a professional business. I was not upselled and recieved options and choices for my new gas furnace. I was converting from oil and needed an economical unit-peninsula provided just that at a very reasonable price. They even replaced an electrical line and installed it with one their tradesman though not part of the estimate, did the job right, fast, and worked late. They did not charge me extra for this service. The old unit was taken away and their clean-up is first rate.

Description of Work: They charged me 89.00 for a service call then another 350.00+ to clean the coils in my heating unit. Said the smell was "dirty sock syndrome". Smell is still there and I'm out almost 500.00. Then they said I needed the ducts cleaned to get rid of the smell for another 892.00. What a money making deal!!

PHA stands behind our fair pricing for the in-depth services required to begin the remediation of the extensive problems present within this home's comfort system. When the homeowner called PHA to request information about duct cleaning, at that time, we provided the exact pricing for same. But during the course of that conversation, the owner indicated that there were also problems with the mechanical units and requested that we diagnose the units before proceeding with duct cleaning. Within 45 minutes of this conversation, PHA sent our senior technician to the home. At that time, he found that the heating/cooling system was in jeopardy due as the unit was extremely dirty and in an overall state of disrepair. Because of the large number of animals present in the home, the coil was completely plugged-up and the ducting contaminated with dirt and fur. Until additional measures are taken to reverse the home's environmental conditions, the odor problems as described by the owner will certainly persist.

Description of Work: Replaced heat pump and air handler. Arrived on time finished on schedule. All employees were polite, clean and professional. Have had them out for 2 service calls since...both covered under warranty and they were always prompt and were able to fix the problem.
