Paul was terrific to work with! He was extremely professional and did a superb job on replacing our railings. He was courteous, careful in and around our home and cleaned everything up beautifully, including repairing/prepping the wall areas for our painter! I highly recommend him for any work that you need!

Excellent customer response, returned phone calls, kept me informed on progress of sub work status and got deliveries as scheduled. The quality of the work is the best I have ever experienced and the work space was always as clean as possible. The job was completed in 3 days, start to finish. and I got everything that was promised. The other estimates i had were 3 to 4 weeks. Paul did an excellent job with my stair repair project. I was worried he might turn me down since it was such a small job. He completed the work quickly & at a reasonable price. I'm pleased with the results.

We submitted the request Friday night and they called first thing Saturday morning (only one of the three who did). He came out to see what would be required on Saturday and came back and performed the work on Monday, which was to repair our carpet-covered staircase. It required re-gluing and screwing together every single tread. Now the staircase feels safe again and no longer makes so much noise!

Paul is very experienced in his craft and did an outstanding job installing new stairs hand rails for me--they look great. What made his work more impressive was the time and coordination he assisted me by working with a subcontractor who installed my stairs (already on contract to install my hard wood floors and stairs but refused to install the hand rails). Paul took time from his busy schedule to coordinate time-phased issues with the subcontractor, which resulted in a beautiful set of wooden stairs. I am very pleased with Paul's work and would recommend his work to anyone.

Paul did a great job. Other than a break during installation due to parts reflected incorrectly on the box picked up from the warehouse, everything went very smoothly.

Paid to install all new stairs. Most of the strairs still squeak. Over the past year we have made more than a dozen attempts to call and e-mail the contractor/owner to fix the problems. Most of the calls and e-mails were never returned. Contractor/owner came out two times and could not fix the problems. Another note, every time the contractor/owner said he was coming to fix the stairs he was either late or no show. Would not hire again and looking at filing a claim to fix the issues.

He offered a wide variety of materials and styles of railing and worked with me to select a good fit for our home.
