The product had to be ordered they over knighted parts what could of taken a couple of weeks took a few days

They came right away, which was great. I wish they would have been more clear in their asking price, and were a bit pushy with their membership.

Very happy with the service that Air Serv provided. They were professional and knowledgeable. The coils had a leak and they had to order the part, but before they left they added some gas (whatever it's called) to ensure we could use are bedroom until the part arrived and could be installed. The only slight ding and is the reason I took half a star off the value for the money question was I thought the price to replace the coils was a bit high, though I am no expert in this field and it probably was the going price for service in this area. I would still definitely would recommend again!

Good communications getting the appointment set up, and the actual technician was very professional, and explained everything. Arrived earlier than scheduled, but called in advance to confirm. Had to go out and get a part and was back quickly and had my problem resolved. Also provided quote and explanation of what is included in their annual service of system in Spring and Fall. From what I'm told, their prices are very competitive.

They went above and beyond on first visit as it is a new house and I wasn't sure where the second unit was located but he found it and has been here since for one other maintenance call. They were on time and did an amazing job.

The techs. were on time, very polite and started to work as soon is they knocked on the door. I asked how long the duct cleaning would take, the techs. looked at the whole size of the house and numbers of vents. The time estimate they gave was correct to the work time. I followed behind them to ask questions and to see the equipment they used for the duct cleaning. I think they did a great job.

He explained every step of the process and allowed me to make informed decisions without the typical pressure. Prices are reasonable, he arrived right on time, and did a thorough job. I was pleased enough to enlist their services on a bi-anual basis for system checks. Definitely recommended.
