These guys definitely knew what they were doing and they got the stains out of my carpet for me. They used the right equipment because our carpet dried very quickly when they were done. They were very friendly guys to work with.

They did a great job on our carpets. They were able to get all of the spots out of our carpet and made sure that they did the carpet cleaning right. They didn't leave our carpet overly wet either. We have used them for a while now and they have always done a good job for us.

I have been using Stanley Steemer for years. All of the technicians that have been sent have done a great job with my carpets. This last time was no exception. He was polite and did an extremely thorough job. These carpets were filthy, with deep ground in dirt. All of it was gone after he finished. It looked like they had installed brand new carpeting. I will have to call them back very soon.

I always used Stanley's and we always asked for Burnley; he was our go to guy there. He moved all of the furniture for me and replaced it when he was finished. He used protective covers before he put everything back in place. The stairs counted as the third room and I had them scotch guard everything last time also. Everything was dry that same evening and looked like new again.

All I can say is that this has got to be the friendliest people out there. They were so very nice and I was very appreciative of that. Most people like to take advantage of the elderly, but, not in this case. They were very honest and well worth the pricing. All of my carpets look good and free from stains. I like the fact that if you do encounter staining after they are finished, they will come back and remove the stain with no extra cost. That is not the case with me because they got the stains out and I never had to call them back. I am very pleased with the entire outcome and would definitely call them again in the future.

I was not happy with them at all. They left my carpet soaking wet after they were done. It was so soaked we had to get new carpet because it was still wet six months later. When we pulled it up we had mold growing underneath the carpet. They obviously just didn t clean the carpets properly.

I have used Stanley Steemer before and as usual, they did a good job. The high traffic areas were done real good and I have never had any problems with them. The carpets dried fast and looked good when they were done. They were very polite and friendly people.

We only had our den done because it needed the most attention. We used Stanley because they are known for their great work. We have extra use of the den so it really needs the most cleaning and they take care of that.

I have been pleased with the service I have received from Stanley s company for the past ten years. They always show up on time and always do a remarkable job every visit. They are thoughtful and careful when moving my furniture and that is a good quality I admire in them. As long as they produce the same quality and thoughtfulness, I will continue my services hopefully for another ten years.

I was very happy with the job they did for us. They got our old couch looking brand new again. Their prices were reasonable and we actually got a special deal because we had a coupon for their services.

I've used several different carpet cleaning services and they were the best I have ever used. They didn't leave any real wetness in the carpet. They showed up when they said they would. I say they are the best, they're very good at getting up bad spots.

Stanley Steemer did a great job on my carpets. They did not have to move much furniture. I moved all the big stuff upon their arrival. I feel they were very punctual. We had a scheduled appointment and they were here not a second to late. The carpets look wonderful and I can honestly say that I would hire them again. I am pleased with everything and have referred them to a few friends.

They did a terrific job on our carpets even though I had to move my furniture. They did give me the option for them to move my furniture or for me to do it. They did a nice job of taking out my stains and the chemical that they used was chemical friendly. I was completely satisfied with the work that they did.

All in all they did a pretty good job on our carpets however the carpet was a little tuff when it dried and we had to run the vacuum across them. They didn't leave any stains or blemishes after they cleaned them. The hallway was a mess before they started and it looked good after they were done. I plan to have them come out again soon, so that says a lot in itself about how I feel about them.

I was very impressed on their explanation, when we called them about their service and asked them why we should choose them to clean our carpets. This showed when they were at our home. For example, one of the workers said that we should use scotch guard on it. We asked if he would use it on his own carpet, which the guy said no because his was too old. I thought that was very honest of him and I liked that. They also told us in the beginning of the job that some of the spots would probably not come out. They did all of our rooms for a great price and we will always go back to them.
