Description of Work: They replaced a compressor in my AC unit.They were very professional and provided excellent feedback as to what they observed with the the overall function of the split unit. Once a call was placed there was no lag time to the actual installation of the compressor. This is very important when you have medical sensitive (heat and air) individuals living in your home. |They were helpful in getting an energy rebate with our local power company. |I was very pleased with the installation and will call them again.

Description of Work: On time, professional, fixed the problem. Found a bad capacitor in one compressor and that the second compressor had ruptured.

Description of Work: This weekend I had problems with the water valve for the main water line coming into the house. Turned off the water valve to change out a cartridge assembly for the shower. When it came time to turn the water on the valve was not working correctly. Initially called Atlantic as I have done business with them before and was very pleased with them. However, this weekend proved different. Although it is the weekend, these guys have after hours and weekend techs on call. The customer service representative took my information at 5pm on a Saturday night and all I was given as a reply from the rep was that she would pass the information on to the tech. I did not receive any further update from Atlantic after that. Then the next day, 16 hours has passed, called Atlantic customer service twice within a 45 minute period and was put on hold with no one coming on line. Then I went on line to find another plumbing service and found Roto Rooter. Called the Hampton Office and told them my problem and they gave me a two hour time frame from when the tech would be able to contact me. I was elated! The tech was running late and I received a phone call from Rot-Rooter customer service relaying the message; I was very appreciative for their professionalism and was called again when they tech was on his way. My son and I were so excited...we were getting water back on. The tech came and replaced the water valve, very professional and honest. I am very happy with Roto-Rooter...they came out on the weekend. Still have not received a phone call from Atlantic. They just lost a customer!
