Excellent. The technician was efficient and polite. Price was reasonable for the amount of time spent and removal of old toilet. One of the flanges had broken, so he had to do something as a fix, since I did not want to tear up the floor. Toilet does not wobble so whatever he did worked. Service call was supposed to be between 9 am - 11 am and I got a call at 11:15 that the technician was on his way. Knowing that it's not easy to estimate time and things come up, that was OK with me, but I wish I was called earlier to let me know. I've used this company several times. I will continue to use them.

We've had them to come to our house for thirty years or more. Excellent service. Over the years they've been fair. They respond very quickly. They call to confirm the time of the window when they'll be here.

I've used them for twenty years. They are reliable. They show up. They treat me like I'm a member of the family. When I get in the hospital I get cards from them. When I get sick I get a card from them. On my birthday I get cards from them. They are clean. They are professional looking. I've had a relationship with them for years so what can I say. They are an outstanding group of people.

They did a good job. It was expertly done. I couldn’t have done it myself. They were really good at what they were doing. I liked that they could do it right the first time. I was really happy with the contractor recommended by Angie’s List. It wasn't a simple fix. It was hard because the fixture was really old, and was difficult to remove. They had to really torque it with pipe wrenches. I didn't look easy when I watched them do it. They also had to torque it in the proper direction. I was really impressed with the way they did it. They didn't charge me a lot. The price was reasonable, it seemed fair to me. I would've like to paid less. I was happy because dealing with plumbing you expect to get taken to the cleaners, so my expectation was high. I was thinking it was going to be $200-300, so it was reasonable to what I thought it was going to be. They were only there 10-15. They resolved the issue and I haven't had any problems since. They were punctual in the window that they said they were going to be there. I was very satisfied with the punctuality. I would definitely try to use them again in the future.

The charge for it was astronomical. I didn't budget a brand new A/C unit for this house. I am still in limbo. I wasn't ready to commit to them. I just wanted a straight quote. They didn't give me a free estimate. They also wanted $120 upfront and I wasn't really happy with that. I had to track down my initial inspection reports on the issues with the A/C unit. I called them and told them specifically and they said they still had to come out and diagnose it. Even though I knew what the problem was. They had the exact problem with the A/C on my inspection reports, and they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. Dealing with the customer service was kind of frustrating. They are just adamant that they need to diagnose it. I found them to be difficult to work with as far as not being flexible on the way they do business. I think the customer service representative needs to have more flexibility. Their main problem is their internal process. It is a little bit too rigid. They don't have flexibility in the way they do business. It's just frustrating when a business doesn't give you free quotes. If I'm going to be paying $6,000, I'm going to be getting some free quotes. If that's the kind of money on the line, I don't want to commit to extra money to get quotes on an expensive job like that, especially air conditioning. I don' t like the fact that it was expensive just to come out and look at it. A lot of companies around here don't give free quotes, and I wish they had. I don't feel like the customer service representative was flexible on those issues and was not helpful. Because of this issue, it is difficult to use them again in the future. They need to be more flexible about putting in a condensing coil, rather than putting a new unit in there. A lot of the parts of the old unit are fine. The frame is fine. The unit itself is not rusted out or falling apart. I don't know why they just don't do the repairs. They sound like they are in the business of selling new units to people. I don't know why you would have to sell someone a new unit, when it could still last another 14 years. The body of the air conditioning unit will last another 14 years. I don't feel like they were willing to talk about a simple fix. I was a little bit disappointing in that. It seems to me that they don't want to talk about doing a simple fix on the unit. I wish they were more agreeable to simple fixes on A/C units. It seems like they probably want to sell me a brand new unit which seems kind of wasteful. It probably just needs some Freon and coil replaced. They could've already fixed it by now, instead of me contacting other companies and not using them in the future. I feel like they are trying to control what the prices are and the way that people fix their A/C units. I probably going to learn how to do HVAC myself and fix it myself. They were very unwilling to entertain any information over the phone to diagnose it. That's a really big commitment to make to a company.

You always receive a call to let you know that the technicians are on the way. Services were performed with a high degree of professionalism, and the technicians were very courteous. Although it can be a little pricey, it's well worth it.

They told me it would cost $6,000 for a new furnace. They did earlier work which I would give them an A on. I would tell someone else to be careful and get a second opinion. He was already in the neighborhood when he stopped by.

I had some problems with the tub being installed. It was not level. They eventually came back and leveled it, but I couldn't use it anyway. It took them over a month to level the tub.

The technician knew right away that the capacitor was the problem. He had the replacement on his truck. While he was there, he checked a few other things and did a quick tune-up of the system. He was courteous and efficient.

Very timely response to my call of air conditioner out. Updated me on arrival time. Mark quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and checked the system for other potential issues. Very professional.

It was great. They were very responsive and courteous beginning with the late night phone call when my unit quit working. Very knowledgeable, informative, courteous and had my unit diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Also provided great tips for care of unit. Will use for all future problems.

Careful, competent, trustworthy service as always. Provide information and followup. This company has provided reliable service for our hvac and plumbing for many years. We are fortunate to have found their name on a unit when we first moved in and needed service on a holiday. Have used them ever since.

I called a week in advance to schedule a technician to come to my house to repair some duct work. I gave them my cell phone number as a contact. They told me they would be there between 12-4 PM. (even the cable company has narrowed down their wait times to 2 hours) So, I took the afternoon off from work to wait for the technician to arrive. By 3:30 when I had heard nothing from then, I called them to see if they were still planning on coming to my home. I was told that I was the next person on the schedule. (A phone call wouild have been nice to let me know that I was not forgotten...it is all abouit communication) Then, they called my office instead of the cell phone number that I had given them to call me when the technician was on the way! When the technician arrived, I must have been his last call of the day because WOW did he have an attitude! He asked me what the problem was and when I explained what the issue was, he wanted to know how I knew that and HE DID NOT WANT TO CRAWL UNDER MY HOUSE! I talked with him a little more and he agreed to go under the house to take a look. WHen he was finished, his attitude was completely different as he told me I needed a whole new system! ( I know that is not true because my house is cooling just fine and I only have a problem with a torn duct that connects to my kitchen) When I asked him how much that wouild cost, he said he would have to get with his supervisor who would then let me know and he left. Now it has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back from anyone in the company as to a price. So, naturally, I will contact someone else to fix what I asked to be fixed instead of trying to sell me a whole new system. I would never recommend them again for anything. THey have horrible customer service, and horrible technicians and apparently horrible supervisors who don't even care to get back with the customer.

Called before arrival to confirm appointment. Arrived on time. Completed work on time. Service techs were professional. Cost includes return visit in fall to check furnace.

They were fine, great. They were just very efficient and very polite. They were in and out.

We have used this service for years and always been happy. New toilet was not up to par for my handicap even though we asked. My husband has called a number of times for this to be fixed and I think they may have called us once. Still no resolution or further response. New toilet, as is, has caused great pain in my knees as it sits too low. I finally had to order a toilet seat riser. I am totally displeased with Atlantic Plumbing at this time and will probably seek a new plumber.

I had a great experience with Atlantic. It was excellent.

Note: They were suppose to come the previous week but did not show. We didn't get a call to reschedule either. We called that Monday and scheduled another date and time. The two tradesmen arrived and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Both men were knowledgeable about the trade and eager to share do's and don'ts with respect to sink and drain maintenance. It didn't take long to complete the work. I thought $200.00 was a bit pricy for the work performed and the minimal amount of time it took to complete. However, I have no reference point to base this on. I have no problem recommending this company to someone.

I've been using them for years. I called them and they came. They did whatever they need to do to complete the job. I would recommend using them. They're always prompt. If I don't call them to get it done, they will call me and remind me that I need to get that done. They're very thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I have no problems with the man who come in.

In addition to an emergency or two to which they responded, I have a contract for two seasonal checkups that include new filters.

They were quick and professional. I heard they may have been a little pricey from word of mouth.

I had no complaints regarding the work or amount charged for the job. However, I paid by credit card on 7/19/13 and for some reason it was not immediately submitted by Atlantic Plumbing and did not show on my account until 9/24/13, more than two months later. I never thought anymore about the charge following the job and assumed my credit card had been charged, but I did not check to verify. I just discovered today the charge posted on September 24th. I checked to make sure I was not double charged and I was not, but I would like to know why Atlantic took so long to process the transaction. I called the office to inquire and was told I would be given a call back after they checked to see what happened. I have not received any response.
