They were good to work with. We have used them in the past for heating and air conditioning, they replaced the thermostat. We were pleased for both services. I like that they are prompt in arriving. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to others.

I went to the main office to sign the work contract. The manager gave me a quick tour of his business and showed me what they were going to do. Very impressed. An entire crew arrived at the designated time, prepared the area, and went to work. They inspected the carrier unit and told me and SHOWED me what the problems were and why. They explained the principles of heating and cooling to me as well. It was a two day job and each time they showed-up on time ready to work. On the second day I had to leave for several hours and that was OK. Nothing came-up missing, and no problems occurred while I was gone nor have any occurred since. This speaks volumes as to the trustworthiness and professionalism of both the manager who hired the crew and the crew itself. On the first day the manager came out to see how things were going and to ask me if I had any questions. The manager even brought new vent registers, an air filter, and an air-filter housing that while were not part of our initial written contract I had asked to be included during a separate verbal conversation. The crew did the job and did not swear at all as they muscled the main duct line and branches into the crawlspace. Update 11/7/13 Work still looks great, duct work is doing just fine, HVAC unit still working. I had one small issue regarding the HVAC. The straps the company uses to hold the ductwork branches off the ground are nylon. One nylon strap was held together by masking tape, which clearly did not last very long. I called the company and a technician fixed the problem. Also, during a heavy downpour in mid-October 2013, my crawlspace flooded. I called the company as I wanted them to come out and provide an inspection of the ductwork, in case I needed to file an insurance claim. Technician came out within 72 hours and said all was ok.

They did a great job. Came out the same day I called and had the problem fixed within an hour. I would definitely use them again. I forget the date of the service, but I think it was in mid-June.

Service went well after Atlantic got the part from Carrier and persevered until they fixed the electrical problem. Betty's still operating under their name but it is really Atlantic doing the work. Atlantic will not honor Betty's labor warranty with homeowner. I got part from Carrier under warranty so not sure if all parts will be honored. Atlantic did great work and stayed at it until system working. This is going to be a bad situation for Betty's customers, but stay with Atlantic--they are trying to make things right.

Checked plugged drain and found previous plumber had used boots to connect PVC instead of couplings. Replaced PVC back to iron pipr

It was an excellent experience. On time, within quoted price, great follow-up. Provided permanent furnace filters. Vacuumed carpet prior to departure. Checked a week later to make sure all is well. I would recommend Tom Hartman and Atlantic Plumbing and Heating for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Good communication from owner on appointment schedule and explanation of work to be performed. Professional installation with no mess. Lead workman explained DIY damper adjustments and monthly bleach drain clean-out. The services of this company are at a higher cost, but the equipment and service are higher quality.

Atlantic Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Inc put in a special system that heats our water and it does the air conditioning and the heating. We have always used and they would come out and top up our freon every spring and they have always done good maintenance. The gentleman who works our route would always leave us coupons and tells us what they will have in the future and we finally got to the point where we decided we needed to do something so we called them, we didn't do a lot shopping around. Their people came and explained everything to us and gave us a good bid and they are just wonderful to deal with. They are just always who I use.

I purchased the unit. They came by and installed it for me. This was a very good experience.

Came home from a short vacation to find my water heater leaking. Called Atlantic and they had a service tech to my house in less than an hour. He said water heater was shot and needed to be replaced. He gave me an option of 2 to choose from and went to get the one I wanted was back in 20 minutes and starting to remove old water heater. He was very professional, polite and efficient. Job went very fast and haven't had any problems with the install yet. I have been very disappointed with multiple plumbing companies in past but am very pleased with Atlantic and they will be my first call next time I have a need.

Our AC stopped working this past week, it was blowing air but wasn't cool. We tried to go through our home warranty program, but the contractor they assigned to us couldn't come out for 4 days, and has horrible reviews.. I decided to call Atlantic, who had done maintenance for us. Wonderful office staff stated they would be out that same day. They called 30 minutes ahead, and Sean showed up. He worked for a good while, trying everything, but the compressor was gone. I could tell he felt terrible telling us, our existing system was only 6 years old (a Trane). He obtained price quotes for us, informed us of rebates. We called the next day and notified them we would like them to install the new heat pump and they scheduled us for the very next day at 0900. The two man team showed up at 0845 and were done in a couple of hours. Very nice, professional and attentive. They checked the whole system out again and made sure the house was cooling off. They even returned our voided check from the first call since we had them install the new unit. Would definitely use again, and plan on using their maintenance program for check ups.

They come out almost immediately. I have never had to call them back due to any problems and they are excellent in their service. I would highly recommend them.

The team laid down protection for the carpet and went to work in our attic, removing the old unit. It was a rainy day, but they worked all day, inside and outside to complete the job. It was a cool day, so they were unable to check the freon level and planned to come back when the unit was running. This was noted on the work order. We were quite pleased will be enjoying the benefits of their extended service warranties as well as the upgraded efficiency of the latest equipment. Atlantic PHAC - they are "our guys"!

They were pretty good. I would rate them highly, and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Everything went well. Atlantic resonded quickly, had the system installed a day after the estimate had been provided, and did an excellent job overall. I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with their service and personnel. They are prompt, clean and professional. They make suggestions and quote costs before doing any work, but apply no pressure for you to use them. I would have put "A" for everything except for one event when I had to call in the middle of the night and didn't get anybody out at that time (upstairs AC was leaking through downstairs ceiling at the time), but they did arrive at 7 AM and took care of the problem. I purchased a seasonal contract.

They were very responsive to my initial call and were out quickly. The crew was very professional and friendly. There prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

WE had to replace in a hurry because it went out in very hot weather so they put in a motor one night when it went out to give us air so we could think about what we wanted to do and came back 2 days later to install the new system after we made up our mind.

We contacted 3 companies about water pressure and replacing our galvanized pipes with copper. They were not the cheapest quote, but the rep (who turned out to be the installer) suggested we contact the water company. As it turns out, the water meter was bad and the water company replaced it free of charge. During a light remodel a few months later, we found the pipes we very restricted due to corrosion. We called Atlantic back to do the work. Original estimate was for just over $3000 to replace main line and all the plumbing (with exception to the bathroom where the pipes were exposed, all the work was in the crawl space). To set the tub, replace the drain line and the sink drain line to PVC, and to soldier on the shower fixtures that added on another $1000 which we were absolutely shocked when the bill was presented. After the install of the tub, we finished the bathroom ourselves. Our first shower we found the tub was installed sloped to the front so any water that lands on the tub runs forward and down to the floor. We didn't want to redo the work, so we are living with it; but using a level during installation should have been a requirement. Outdoor spickots were installed in an opening larger than the supply line and were left loose. We had to call them back out to fix the spickots as both had failed within the 1 year warranty and would not turn off completely. They have since failed again outside of the warranty. Admittedly I should have been more proactive regarding product selection, but why should I assume a company would use a sub-standard product. The installers were friendly and nice. I asked them to drop the old lines rather than leaving them abandoned in place so I could remove and insulate the crawlspace. It was well after they completed the work before I worked up the effort to get in the crawlspace. I found pipe insulation burned from soldiering, batt insullation burned from soldiering, areas of pipe that were not insulated at all, and some of the abandoned pipe was left in place. I also believe, but have not confirmed that the mainline was not burried deep enough as our water runs warm in the summer and very cold in the winter. If they had put it 2 feet down, it should stay and a comfortable 55 degrees all year round. I now know on our next house to quantify and qualify all fixtures, depths of install and follow that setting the house on fire because you don't want to move insulation will not be acceptable.

We have a contract with them for the two systems, upstairs and down stairs. We have and we spend around $300 for both. We continue using them because they are very prompt, we can call them and ask questions about things. They seem to be very thorough. They are probably not the cheapest out there, but they are reliable, very responsive and seem to know what they are doing. Their pricing is not that much out of line and maybe a few dollars more when we called around a year ago. They were the ones that called back right away. They come when they say they would and it is not like they give us a window from 8 to 5.

This report is how Atlantic went out of thier way to help me almost 7 years after an installation.

The a/c was working when he left and lasted longer than I thought it would. The estimate was cheaper than another company.
