This was by far the least expensive estimate we received for both wood and carpet (same products). We've decided to wait, but when we do the work, we will use Yasa.

I just decided I needed to postpone and just have my carpets cleaned. He was great and very helpful.

An excellent example of customer service. In less than an hour after purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal, Mr. Yasa contacted me to set up an appointment to look at carpet samples. He showed up exactly at the agreed-upon hour and took the time to step me the choices of colors and qualities. He also took detailed measurements of the space and check underneath the existing carpet to make sure the floors were in good condition. At the agreed upon installation date and time, his crew was on my doorstep and began the job as agreed. At one point during the installation, I had a bit of a "senior moment" and forgot the color I ordered. I looked at my receipt and saw the name of the color but somehow had visualized it differently in my mind. I then phoned Mr. Yasa who dropped what he was doing and came to my home with the samples to show me what I had ordered. I was a bit embarrassed at my forgetfulness but really appreciated that he took the time to verify my order. When his crew finished the job they cleaned up after themselves leaving little or no threads or dust behind. I'm delighted to be walking barefoot on my brand new soft carpet. Thanks, Mr. Yasa!

This one is pretty easy. After we agreed on price, his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. His price was cheaper than other estimates and his work was perfect.

Quick response and timely action. They gave a quick rough quote before a final one was delivered as requested. They actively communicated via text and emails to keep me updated on new developments. Mr. Yassa is a great man and his price quote was the best I received. Even though I did not go with him since I already gave a commitment to other provider, I would recommend Mr. Yass in a heartbeat.

I have had the pleasure of using Yasa Floors on numerous projects and always with great satisfaction. Murat, the owner, has been in business for decades and it shows. His prices are very reasonable and competitive, he is prompt, courteous, honest, and does what he promises. Here's what happens: 1. When called for an estimate, he shows up promptly, discusses the job with you, takes measurements, and shows you samples that he brings with him (good idea to let him know the colors your are considering before hand) 2. You get an email quote from him a day or two later. 3. If everything meets your approval, you set a time to have his team come and do the work. If it is carpet you are ordering allow a couple weeks (minimum) for him to order what you want from his suppliers. Although the carpeting service is excellent, his hardwood floor refinishing is simply AMAZING! I had round 1" pipe holes drilled through the hardwood which were used for radiator room heating decades ago. The radiators had all been removed but I was concerned about the holes and the 10 inch splinter of wood which was notched out of the main living room floor. When finished, not only did the hardwood gleam, but I could not find ANY indication there was any damage to the hardwood at all. Although, Yasa Floors does cabinet installation and other services, I have not used the company for anything other than carpet and hardwood floor refinishing. However I suspect it would go well given Murat's pride in his work. Will definitely call again for my next project.

Yasa is great to work with! Very responsive, did fantastic work! The only reason I gave a "B" on quality was due to the tiler's putting up new tile around part of the bathroom, without replacing the old - so it was mismatched. However, when we called Mr. Yasa he immediately rescheduled the tiling - and now things look fantastic! I would definitely work with Mr. Yasa again, in fact we're thinking of having him redo our kitchen.

Very straightforward, Mr. Yasa came over and provided free estimate. We compared to other companies and scheduled the work within 2 weeks. Mr. Yasa and crew arrived on time, we did a walk through of requirements and afterwards Mr. Yasa inspected the work with us. We are very happy with the work performed and will use Yasa again.

He was nice and personable, and his quote came in quite low compared to the others. I didn't use them but I could call them again.

They were very professional. They came out and gave me a free estimate for the work. We deiced to go with them. They came out and completed the work. Following the work they called to see how the overall service went. I was pleased that they took the time to follow up. The price was very good for what we got. They had a variety of choices for the carpeting, granite and cabinets from colors to textures. They were responsive and eager to come right out to our home. After we talked with them they sent someone right out to our home. I paid half down and the other half down when they completed it.

Yasa Floors was referred to me by my neighbor who recently remodelled his entire home. When I invited Mr. Yasa to my home for the consultation, he provided me with different options for the flooring, the countertops, and as well as the carpets. This made it very helpful in the decision making process. I was very pleased with his manner and approach, which showed me he is confident and experienced in his line of work. The job was completed from start to finish in about ten days. He personally came and checked during the installation process and afterwards to make sure everything met our needs for the renovation.
