Dealt directly with owner. He was prompt and reasonable. Installation took place on date agreed. The whole process was completed in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend and use this vendor again.

Counter and bar are beautiful; the team did exactly what I asked. Although my request was over the holidays, they responded promptly and completed the work quickly.

Yaza did a second job for us- they did a fantastic job revamping our kitchen and dining room. They tiled two walls in the kitchen to the ceiling in a smooth honed marble mosaic, and the cuts and coverage are perfect. Lastly, the installed new waterproof flooring and a new range hood that really updated the look. What I really liked the most is they communicated with me very well, and they paid attention to details-and when they had a tough to deal with issue, they talked over how to resolve it, so we knew exactly what we would see at the end. The counter-top people and the two finish carpenters that Yasa sent us to do the job were great at resolving those little problems that come up when remodeling older homes in the DC area. We absolutely LOVE their work, the price, and will call them again for our next project!

It went incredibly well. Murat is very responsive. He came over prompting after first contact and presented granite options and completed measurements. We wanted to go with a different product, so he gave us the name of his stone supplier, and we selected new materials. The final measure was very well done, which is not easy, as we have an older house that is not square in places, and our counter area is large compared to the square footage of the kitchen. The install was well done, though we did have a cabinet that needed some adjusting afterwards, but that is typical in these kind of jobs. The plumber Yaza used was exceptional. We love our quartz countertop, and it was a great value price wise. We have invited Yaza back to do more work to walls and floors. Its a busy company, so we have opted to be patient to get a return service, but it will be well worth it.

extremely poor communication. He came by to do measurements and said he would give me an estimate the next day. 4 days later I asked for the estimate. he said it was because of the weekend even though I messaged him on Friday morning asking for the estimate which he ignored until Saturday evening. 8 emails later he gave me prices; first for cabinets only, when I asked for more, he gave prices for demolition and take up, when pressed against, finally gave price for labor. I had to repeatedly ask for a total price because he kept giving me partial prices. Needless to say I got a better quote from another company with much better communication.

Everything went well. Shortly after purchasing me Angie’s list big deal we had a visit from Yasa. He was highly experienced explained everything to us. We went for one of the basic grandparents but are delighted with it. Today to men showed up to do the actual work and then an excellent job. I highly recommend this company

There were issues with the granite picked. I had to visit two different granite manufacturers to look at the slabs. The plumber I hired said they did not cut the vent hole in the granite for the dish washer. It was not a pleasant experience overall. I would not hire again.

Took the $1299 deal and was completely satisfied. Yasa came out and measured everything, brought samples and allowed me to choose. Later met with Granite supplier to approve selection before cutting. Install went beautifully and very professionally. The came in, removed old counter top, faucet, sink, and garbage disposal. Installed new counter, faucet (which I supplied) and sink. I wanted a double sided sink, which was an additional cost, but was surprised to get a deep one too - which I love. Overall they are very professional and fair. I had compared prices and they come in about average for what they do - but they do it extremely well. I hired their plumber - which was awesome! He came in, assessed the situation, reinstalled the garbage disposal and hooked up the sink and dishwasher. Was honest enough not to sell me something I did not need and able to use what I already had. Made sure everything was running and no leaks. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Yasa!!

complete fuckup. first top arrived but did not fit do to mismeasurement by Yasa. Then after we choose a color for the granite he delivered a different color and said it was the type we asked for but the granite "varies" in color and composition. Complete BS. He delivered a lesser quality, cheaper granite that was not what we ordered.

All went well, there was a crack in the granite but they came back the next day with a new piece to replace it.

Great. Yasa arrived with several samples, guided me through each one, and made sound recommendations. He and his staff were timely, efficient, incredibly talented, and attended to detail. Yasa returned upon completion of the work so he could verify that it was up to his standards. When there was a minor flaw, Yasa did not hesitate to notice and fix it. He takes tremendous pride in his fine work.

The job did not start on the day it was originally agreed to. (wasted a day - took off work). On the day of the install, the countertop installers were on time and did a great job. They were in and out in no time. I did not have a plumber, so one was recommended by the company. the plumber was over booked and was over two hours late. But that was not the company's fault. Overall, the job went well.

They were professional throughout the installation. No problems until it came to installing the sink. TThey asked that I use their plumber and I agreed. It took 6 hours for the plumber to show up after installation. When he did show up he had only one facet to put in. I had no choice. Other then that everything went well. I would recommend your own plumber follow them if you want a choice in facets.

Very quick, very professional, and they extended themselves a little beyond their responsibilities to make it work.

Mr. Yasa first came out to meet me and to measure the area for the work. His demeanor was very professional and knowledgeable. When the installers came a few weeks later, they quickly removed the old countertops and installed the granite. I required a new sink, so I purchased that in addition to the deal. The work was done in just over two hours. The countertops look amazing! Reinstallation of the garbage disposal was not part of the offer, so I did that myself. If you are not able to do that yourself, you should hire a plumber to come by the day you have the countertops installed.

Everything worked fine. No problems. They were here in March of 2017. I did pay more than the original price. I had to pay an extra $490. I like how it came out for me, it looks very nice. I guess the price was okay. I didn't realize, maybe I didn't read the fine print. I wasn't aware that, and I had to pay the money, $190 to the plumbers, well I didn't include that in the price. There were four people that came to do the work. They cleaned up very nicely. The workers were very nice.

I did not use this service provider. I bought a coupon for granite countertops and when I asked for information, the seller was rude and said "what do you expect for $1500". So, I went ahead and got my money back as I did not feel comfortable using his services.

It worked out excellent. The granite is beautiful, the work is well done. They were very timely and pleasant. I was concerned about my backsplash being damaged but they were careful and did a great job. I will highly recommend them.
