It turned out fine. He was very professional and patient in trying to make me understand why it was going to cost so much more. The installers did a good job but the one thing I was disappointed with was that he never gave me any follow up after the job was done. So, I would recommend that they do that. The did a nice job- he helped us to make sure that the tops that we chose was the right one and he was nice to deal with.

I had to pay an extra $500 to have them remove the previous counter top. It went very well.

I'm so pleased with my new carpeting. Due to the snow, we had to delay the install from Wednesday to Friday but that was actually better for me. The installers were skilled and very pleasant. They worked quickly and the carpet looks great. I'm planning to use Yasa Floors again soon to refinish my hardwood floors.

The owner was very responsive, flexible and provided wise advice on selecting the right product for our needs. The technicians were polite, helpful, moved quickly and paid attention to detail We highly recommended Yasa Floors & Countertops and are actually going to use them again to install carpeting in our condominium (rental unit).

They've come out and given me the samples. However, they have not followed up with me at this time to let me know when they're coming to give me the template.

Everything went well, from the initial measuring appointment, through the template appointment, and finally for installation. Every step of the way they were on time. Murat made great suggestions on how to set things up in our kitchen, and gave us a great deal on the double bowl sink, to include altering the existing base cabinet to fit it, at no extra cost! The counter tops look great (I would post a picture, but we are about to replace the backsplash soon).

The initial appointment was made quickly. The followup appointments with the installer were quick also. I'm very happy with the demo and installation of the new counter and sink. It was all very professional.

There was an extra cost but it was disclosed in the ad. I had to argue with him over the sink cutout. The ad shows the sinkcut is included. He ended up doing it. He tried to tell me it was misprint but I told him that was not my problem. They came out quickly to show me samples and do measurements. They came out and made the template and then came out within a week to install it. Something went wrong with the template and the sink area was too short but they had it fixed it within a few hours. It turned out beautifully, and looks nice. They did an excellent job and a nice bulldoze of the job.

During my recent kitchen remodel I had trouble connecting with a company that I could trust to handle my kitchen counter. I saw Yasa floors on Angieslist and gave Murat Yasa, the owner, a call. Yasa seemed sincerely interested in customer satisfaction, and took my time-frame and cost concerns seriously. Throughout the entire process, Yasa was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a contractor where I knew my happiness with the final product was his primary focus. In the end - The counters are beautiful!!! The installation went like a dream - unheard of - I got a great price, and I was thrilled with the entire process. Would recommend this company.

Contractor arrived on time and completed work quickly and efficiently in less than four hours. They removed old counter tops/sink, etc. and cleaned up job site. We were very pleased with the outcome of the project.

Both the measurement session and the installation session were fast, professional, punctual, and amiable. The price was good as it was an Angie's List deal but, as always, there were surprise costs like for removing the old counter-tops. They weren't unfair at all, but they weren't mentioned in the deal. Not did the deal mention that, although they would unhook the old water and waste connections, a plumber would be needed to connect the new ones...again, not unreasonable, but not mentioned in the deal. They did a good job preserving my old disposal units for use with the new sinks. They also did a good job finding a sink that met my specifications for a left-side half sink for disposal, and got it at a good price. Overall, I would hire Yasa Floors and Counter-tops again and recommend them to friends.

The guys and their team were great. They were able to deal with changes in my schedule with true grace. I had to delay the installation of the countertops to fix a emergency that came up unexpectedly. I called their scheduler and the team was able to delay the installation while I made the necessary repairs. I really appreciated their patience. The installers did a great job and even added a few little touches that went above and beyond what was contracted.

It went very well. Mr. Yasa responded the same day I purchased the coupon and we arranged a visit for an estimate within a couple of days. During the visit he measured all flooring areas and provided very professional advice on various options. Unfortunately, the carpet offered in the Big Deal did not meet our needs, so we will not be using his services.

They did a great job. I told them I needed it before Thanksgiving and they got it taken care of. They also put in the back splash. Their guys were on point and I would use them again.

Provider was very professional and responsive.

The deal was for a home we are purchasing and the current owner is going to replace the carpet, so we don't need the deal.

The countertop looks fabulous. They did a great job all the way around.

There were many extra costs that I did not anticipate.

I think this is a company worthy of praise. Mr. Yasa and his installer are courteous, professional and, plainly, just nice people. They show up on time for appointments and the work is done quickly with no mess. We purchased a Big Deal for 35 sq. feet of granite to be installed on a wet bar that my husband was constructing in our basement. While Mr. Yasa was at the house for his first appointment, I asked him to take a look and give us an estimate on replacing a countertop on a wet bar in the master bedroom. We were so pleased with the price and the samples on offer that we purchased additional granite for that second wet bar. The installer is terrific! He came and measured for the granite to be installed on both bars and was ready to do the installation within a couple of weeks. I believe he went above and beyond expectations in that he had a couple of pieces of granite of the type I ordered, and sent me text pictures of both so I could select the exact shade I wanted. As a family health emergency occurred in the interval, I asked him to select the one he thought would work best since he had taken pictures of the tile backsplash and cabinetry and I was too focused on my family to think about anything else. He did and both bars look great! I highly recommend this company.

The installers arrived as scheduled, looked over the job and discovered that they were short on carpet, they called in the problem to have the rest of the carpet delivered and got the ball rolling. They completed the job in one day and I am very pleased with their work, they even let me get in the way to silence some floor squeaks before the put the padding and carpet down.

Yasa Floors and Countertops did an excellent job in removing my old carpeting and padding and then installing wall-to-wall carpeting throughout our home. Mr. Yasa handled things with us on a friendly and personal level and made sure that we understood the types and quality of carpeting being offered and what was to be expected. We initially purchased the Angies list Big deal to have his company install new carpeting for a portion of our home and then we worked with Mr. Yasa to do our entire home for an additional discounted price. With Mr. Yasa's experience and guidance, we not only learned about the differnet types and grades of carpeting but we also managed to purchase quality Shaw carpeting and an upgraded pad for a good price. During the day that Yasa Floors and Countertops started their work, they were professional and careful in everthing they did. They arrived at our home on time and they immediatly began to take out the old carpeting and padding. They worked very efficient throughout the entire day to ensure that our furniture was handled with care and thay made sure that our carpeting was installed properly and in a quality manner. Mr. Yasa personally came to our home in the afternoon to see how things were going and I told him how impressed I was with his employees overall work. Our home has greta looking carpeting throughout thanks to Mr. Yasa and his employees and I highly recommend them to anyone. Mr. Yasa is an honest person who cares about his customers and he stands behind his work. When I have had a question or issue, he understood my concern and he was willing to work with me to make things right. We not only got a great deal on good carpeting and padidng but we also received excellent workmanship and compassion from Mr. Yasa and his employees. Yasa Floors and Countertops also ensured that all the old carpeting and padding was removed and they cleaned-up before athy left. Itwas a plasure working with Mr. Yasa and his employees and we thank them for the buetiful carpeting we now have in our home.

The granite sample I was shown had white background with cream and black specks. The counter arrived as grey background with more grey and black specks - no white or cream anywhere. This will be difficult for me to work with as I prefer to decorate in warm earth tones. The kitchen wall was damaged and one of the cabinets was damaged during installation and the oven was pulled an inch out from the wall because it would not otherwise fit with the new counter backsplash. They missed caulking one section of the countertop. Although their workers tried to clean up the floor a bit, they left a lot of dust overall. I felt they rushed through the installation. They did not tell me when they ran into any issues. I would not use this company again. Mr Yasa did contact me and offer to make it right and correct the issues.

Mr. Yasa showed up on time for our appointment and looked over the work to be done. We had purchased a Big Deal for 75 feet of granite countertop for a basement bar my husband had been building. However, as Mr. Yasa was in our home and available, we asked him to give us an estimate on a replacement countertop for the 7 foot wet bar in our bedroom. We were so pleased with the price, we contracted with him for that countertop also. The Yasa installer, Mr. Atay, showed on time for the appointment to make a template of the bars. The one in the basement is rather elaborate and actually involves two bars, a rear one along a back wall that includes a sink, and a traditional-looking bar with a lower counter for the bartender and a higher one for guests. My husband had also planned a cut out in the bartender side for a small bowl in which we could put lemons, limes, or ice, and there are pedestals, that he had already installed, holding a canopy frame over the bar. Thus, there were a lot of cut outs that complicated the work. Mr. Atay's templates must have been perfect because the bars are beautiful. He worked quickly and completed both projects within about 2-3 weeks. The countertops would have been installed more quickly had I not requested a delay due to my husband's hospitalization. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The quality of the work is excellent and not only are Mr. Yasa and Mr. Ayat very professional and do good work at a reasonable price, but also they are very kind and pleasant to work with.

I was told a sink would be provided. But was not told there would be no faucet nor that my faucet would not be measured to fit back into the new top. The garbage disposal was removed but not replaced. The granite installer was goodt but said that he could not replace things as he was not a plumber. Basically I was left with a job half done. Was happy with granite though. Would not use them again.

We set a date allowing us to move most small furniture downstairs along with drawers of large items to begin clean out of our "empty nest". Mr Yasa they would install in one day and did. He checked with us the folowing day on how it went and promised if we found any concerns or problems, please call and he would come to review with us and resolve. And of course reminded to give a revie with Angie. We assurec him we will, but from past experience we will take three day review, living with nem install before issue an opinion. A learning curve we found with all work on the house after some experiences. Well, no wrinkles in carpet even after moving, sliding the furniture around. No threads, or edges not under baseboard molding, nor closet corners and door, We are very pleased with our dealings and work with Mr. Yasa.
