Description of Work: Granite countertop 34 sq ft. 4 inch backsplash. Standard kitchen sink. Includes labor and haul of previous countertop. |They were punctual. Got things done in two hours. Separate plumbing for $350. I bought my own faucet for $200. The whole project end up costing $2600.

Description of Work: I originally ordered the kitchen granite through an Angie's List special. When Mr. Yasa arrived I pointed out some additional areas that I would like to have granite installed in if he could figure out a way to get me something close to the pricing he had in his special for the kitchen. In addition to the kitchen I paid for on Angie's List, he bid on three bathrooms, a laundry room with two large countertops and a butler pantry (bar) with two counters. I do not remember the exact price but it was close to the number listed above and quite frankly I was very pleased at the price and my granite choices. So this job turned from a simple kitchen granite purchase and installation to three different granites, in six different rooms. There were a few logistical hiccoughs like a flat tire on installation day and a couple of backsplashes that required re-cutting but in the end everything was of high quality, the installation teams were professional and knowledgeable and Mr. Yasa always responded to my calls or texts. I would absolutely use Yasa Floors again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Granit countertops were installed. The work was professionally completed and the workers were very confident. Attention was made to detail. I was a little unhappy that I had to give a credit card number for the completed work prior to it being completed. The price itself turned out to be a little more than was advertised. That being said I am pleased with the results and Yasa Floors.

Description of Work: I purchased the granite counter top deal from Yasa but I had more than twice the amount of counter top than the deal covered. Because of rescheduling (the counter top tech got sick, and I could not get off work again) the 30 day window passed before I found out my kitchen was too big. Angie's list was NOT able to refund my $1499.00 so I am saving for the extra $4k necessary to replace my counter tops with Yasa's granite (he has the perfect granite for my kitchen!).

Description of Work: Went well once scheduling actually happened. After my initial measurement, for which the guy came hours earlier than we agreed (luckily I was at home), I was told the scheduling dept would call me to set date for final measurement and install. This didn't happen. I waited 2 wks, then called back myself. I was able to get scheduled then. That was annoying. The selection of granite was very limited. Was told I could come out to the warehouse over an hour away. Otherwise, the process went smoothly.

Description of Work: The service was good, it just took them a little longer then expected for them to contact me to do the final installation. After the counter top installation, the plumber came with little notice.

Description of Work: All were very professional. Yasa works with another company to supply the granite. I bought the sale package. We had to buy up to a different grade of granite because the sale patterns were not so desireable for us. There was aproble with the other company he works with concerning our selection. Be shure to get a sample of your choice or take a picture of for reference. We' re happy with the end product. Everyone was prompt, the instalers,template measurer, & plumber were very professional. Price still good after "upgrading"the counter granite pattern. We saved & got a very good product. Have already suggested Yasa Floors, with advice to get a picture or sample of what you want.

Description of Work: scheduling the initial meeting took a little longer than I thought it should. Quality of work was good, but there were 'hidden' charges to the deal. Upon researching initially, I thought $1500 for up to 35 sq ft of granite installed was decent. BUT, I was told not only was there a charge for cutting a hole for the sink, but I was being charged extra because I have an apron sink. This is total BS- EVERY SINGLE granite counter installed has to have a hole cut out for the sink. This should have been included and not an extra charge period. Also not clear, there was a charge for every finish except rounded edges. Lesson learned. Upon more research after, this wasn't really a 'deal' and was normal pricing. I could have gotten this service about 400-500 cheaper.

Description of Work: Murat replaced a small custom kitchen ceramic tile floor with new unfinished hardwood. He also sanded and refinished the hardwood in my dining room and living room. All floors were re-stain to match color and finish. I was really concerned about doing this work a week ahead of guests for Thanksgiving but Murat and his team assured me they would be in and out no later than Friday. They were there everyday as promised and were out by Thursday. The work was beautiful as promise including all the finishing touches. The clean up was adequate to get my normal cleaners in without any gripes. The work men were terrific and work hard all day. Their performance gave me little concern after day 1. I have carpet to replace and Murat will be the first guy I see. I was in awe of his commitment to the project; it's a real rarity in this area. I see why he gets the highest grades by Angie's List. He earns it.

Description of Work: The owner came to my home to show granite samples and go over the measurements. He was using his iphone and had the wrong diagram initially. He became upset when I questioned the dimensions. Later when I asked about the free sink he told me my single bowel was actually a double and my free sink would be a 12 inch square bar sink. When I produced the information he provided earlier he then said he would give me the proper sink free. Because of the confusion with the measurements he would have his person come back and remeasure. That person was very professional and explained everything in detail. He then called the owner on his cell and had it on speaker. When the owner answered and was told the person was with me by name the owner called me a m***********. He was not aware he was on speaker, I did not say a thing. The installers are contractors who work for different companies. They were extremely professional and did a fine job. As for price, this was an Angie's List Deal and it stated to get the price I must go through Angie's List. Recently signs have been placed in my area advertising the same deal, the telephone number is the same so I do not know if there was actually a "deal". I will not do business with this company again.

Description of Work: They did the counter tops for my Bar and cabinets. And a knee wall in the basement. It went well. I was not in town when they completed. But I was very pleased. And my wife said they cleaned up everyday when they finished.

Description of Work: Just okay, first appointment was a no show, that had to be rescheduled. Payment for additional square feet if credit card used included credit card transaction fee, so I paid with check to find out later that my check was misplaced in which I was ask to provide the check number or copy for proof of payment. But the installers were very professional that did the installation of counter top. |

Description of Work: I ordered granite counter tops for my daughter's home. They were installed yesterday and they're beautiful!

Description of Work: Yasa showed up, did measurements, quoted options. I took some of the options and we signed a contract. The proof will be when the actual installation occurs. He also did measurements for a quote on carpeting and wood flooring.

Description of Work: Granite counters. There were a few problems along the way but Yasa was always responsive and willing to correct the issues.Even when busy with a customer he always answered my calls. I am happy with my granite counters and would recommend him to my friends.
