Excellent communication on when the job would be done and showed up as they stated they would. They completed the job while I was at work and I did not have to be present for the job to get done right the first time. They cleared the leaves completely and did a great job. No complaints and I felt the price was also reasonable considering the amount of leaves that had accumulated.

They came out and gave us an estimate right away including advice for things to do before they came (and offered to do them as well). He was not pushy and definitely knew what he was talking about. Once we signed the contract, a crew came a few days later and did it all. Were very efficient and so far out lawn is looking good!

The owner is very hands on and is quick to follow up and act on any concerns you may have. They did break a large flower pot in my front yard and within two weeks I had a new one delivered to me! We first had two bushes removed and then decided we wanted the other four out. The owner came out to give us a quote on a Saturday. We agreed to the price and he went right to his truck, pulled out the equipement and DID IT HIMSELF RIGHT THERE AND THEN. We were very impressed. We will contact them again this spring for more work.

Great experience! The woman I corresponded with to schedule the service was incredibly helpful and friendly. The gentleman that came to the house to actually do the work was on time, very friendly and took the time to discuss other questions I had about my lawn care. I'm very happy with the quality of service I have received from this company.

Weeded! worked on two properties. My daughter just moved to the Richmond area and this turned out to be the perfect gift for her, her husband and two young children. As most people know, moving is a major job (and often headache) for anyone. The fact that their lawn care was taken care of for four weeks after they moved in was one less thing to do. They were very pleased. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided for my property either. They exceeded my expectations. It was easy. A couple of phone calls, they did the work right and when they said they would. No hassle, professional service is rare these days. This company performs.

Very professional service and they did a GREAT job. When I had a question the owner called me back within 24 hours with an answer. They have the equipment do complete the job right with no supervision, which is always NICE! I will use them again when the need arises.

I called to schedule an estimate and Jeff arrived promptly for the appointment. We discussed the state of the yard (which was terrible - hadn't really been touched for two months and the back yard was approximately three feet tall). Jeff walked me through the options and said it might make more sense since this project would be an hourly rate if we split it in two - an initial mowing, and then cleaning up cuttings and additional items a week later, after everything was dried out and easier to move. The price quoted was $100/hr ($50 an hour for each team member), approximately two hours of work each time. The team came out that Friday and did the initial pass, then came out a second time the next Friday to finish up. They forgot to trim the hedges, and I called and they came back out that afternoon and finished it. The yard looks much better, and it ended up taking less time than expected so the final bill was only $240. They do a great job of communicating via phone and email, with prompt and courteous responses and email notifications when they have finished work. I have now hired them to do aeration, overseeding, and fertilization, as well as a four week package of addiitonal mowing and edging to finish out the year.

The mowing was fine, but the trimming was a little hit and miss. I am very particular, so reader please take that in to consideration. I had discussed up front with the owner when he came to see the area before starting the work, that I preferred organic methods of lawn and garden care, and he wasn't really prepared to handle that. I didn't get the impression that the crew was knowledgeable about the difference between a weed and a flower. His quote for continued lawn care was in line with other quotes I had received so his pricing is on target. The owner was very nice and worked very hard to come up with something that fit my budget and I felt bad about not using him in the end.. I went with another company (CleanAir Lawn Care) as they are an organic "green" company and therefore was a better fit for me.

We hired Weeded! to cut our lawn from the time that we put the house on the market (end of May 2012) to the week that we vacated the house (first week of September 2012). We have a very large city lot and even with my self-propelled mower, I would easily spend at least two hours a week mowing, trimming, etc. -- time that I could not afford. The "free"time allowed us to focus on our moving needs instead of our yard maintenance needs. Dave has some very competent workers and he was very responsive to our needs, especially since his handiwork helped us "show" the house while it was on the market. I'd hire them again but we are building a community where all the outside maintenance is taken care of for us.

After the yard work was done, the walkway was also swept and all gates to the backyard were closed. They even suggested that the cutting height of the grass be left a little longer.

The quality of the work was very good. The first week they were supposed to mow, we were told it would be on Tuesday, but they didn't show. When I called the next day, I was told that they were running behind because of the rain the week before. After that week, they arrived as sceduled. I sent an e-mail and asked that the second week they cut it shorter. It was done as requested.

Services were performed as described.

The overall experience was a pleasure! I didn't have to do a thing--David checked in with me periodically to make sure all was going well.

They are a very professional company. They had a clean truck and professional looking people who came out to look at my yard. Their quote was very reasonable. They answered the phone as soon as I called them compared to others who I called who never answered their phone. They were able to get out the next day and make an appointment for me. They were right on time. I would use them again in the future.

The estimate began with a professional evaluation of our needs. There was no sales pitch which was refreshing. The crew showed up on time the following week. They are punctual, professional and clean. The company also responds very quickly via email. We have no regrets.

They were / are TERRIFIC?.we were out of town some then but grass was growing rampantly. They were clean as a pen?removing all clipping and doing a much needed ?nice clean edging on our lawns which hadn't been edged in years?.WOW?.and removed all dirt and debris. While I do all our mowing here usually, I will certainly use them again whenever we are away for a week or more. They are SECOND to NONE?.from what we have experienced with mowers in the past.

They do a good job. I would recommend them to others.
