Weeded! Lawn Service

It went fine the first time we used them. The second year, it was very dry and the technician informed us, not to ask us that he was only going to come every other week, He forgot to inform the Weeded Office. They billed us for every week of the cutting season, but then they continued to bill us. I called several times and nothing was resolved as a result of calling. We were experiencing great financial setbacks and had to move. They continued to bill us well into the fall. When I received online a bill for over $600 I was defeated. They would not respond to my email requests to fix the bill, they didn't believe that their employee would take that kind of action on his own. Every month I continued to receive incorrect bills. It took an extremely long time before they got the bill correct. We had gotten to the place where we were not writing checks anymore. I kept asking to be able to use my debit card to pay, but they did not accept electronic payments. The corrected bill was $177.00, which I was unable to pay at the time, myself having to leave my career due to health issues which left us having to meet all our obligations. For 2 years, we struggled with trying to meet all our obligations, keeping the gas, electricity, and water paid, not only that but our gracious landlord has accepted rent late. Just recently we have seen an improvement in our finances, and I sent Weeded a check for $177.00, and I asked for them to accept it as payment in full. They said that they had filed for a judgment, which I had never received notice for. The amount that they say is unpaid is 92% more than the original amount which I have paid, even with the pandemic. I asked them to just accept the amount that I legally owed them. Now they are taking me to court to garnish my wages.

Great. Team always professional. They never miss a scheduled service. If I need additional services, the management team is always quick to respond .

David worked closely with us as we planned and executed a major landscaping project at our home. He told the grading company exactly how to prepare the site, then planted our lawn. The grass came up lush and beautiful. We would definitely use him again.

Over the past year, Weeded Lawn Service has been most responsive and has fulfilled their responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. Our lawn and the landscaping around our house are a testament to their excellent service. The staff who work in the yard are courteous and work quickly with attention to detail and timeliness. The owner and the office staff are also quite helpful and always open to questions and/or suggestions. We recommend them most highly!

They are very professional and the owner came out and gave me a quote. My husband likes to do this himself, but he had to admit that it wasn't working and that we need to hire a professional. When we factored in the time he spent and the money on fertilizer, grass seed, etc. it was well worth pay a bit extra to have a nice lawn. Hiring Weeded was a great decision. They have faithfully come out and treated the lawn, seeded and taken care of it, without any over seeing from us. They email, if they want to ask us a question, we answer and it's handled. Our lawn is lush and green - ALL grass in the back yard! We are thrilled with the results and are so happy to have them revive the lawn and keep it looking nice without any effort from us. On top of this, everyone is polite and friendly. Thanks to Weeded for everything!

Service was wonderful! They delivered exactly when they said they would and they kept me updated with scheduling via email, which I really liked. Our yard looked fabulous and it was a relief not to have to worry about our leaves this past fall. A bit pricy but worth it!

The yard looked awesome after they were done. What would take us all day, they had done in just over an hour and a half. Will definitely have them back to complete the fall cleanup. Saves us a lot of time.

Weeded never misses a week. They are professional and even use propane powered mowers. I have been a customer for two years and intend to continue. I have used other folks before and did not get the quality of service or friendly treatment. Weeded does a fantastic job.

Weeded is cutting our lawn and spraying weeds in our beds all summer. This is still ongoing. The one issue I had was addressed promptly.

They do pretty well, A- overall. Their entire crew comes out and their end result is very nice. They work pretty quickly, too, which is nice. There are typically no scheduling issues, although they've come out at least once unannounced. They do top-notch work and are respectful, exceed our expectations, so we'd recommend them.

I have been using their services for around seven years. They do a great job compared to my previous lawn service and my lawn looks great. They always call ahead to make an appointment and when they are on their way so I can bring my dog into the house.

The job done by Weeded was so terrible that our neighborhood HOA complained twice about how bad our grass looked. They were supposed to mow weekly and on several occasions I had to contact Dawne and ask them to come out because it had been over two weeks since our grass was cut and they'd just forgot to come out and do the work. At one point we went 17 days with.no service even though our contract was for weekly mowing. We paid monthly so they'd tried to charge for weeks we didn't get service. They were supposed to mow behind our back fence (it was in our contract) but that was not done and we had to fight with them to get the charges removed. We were paying them to weed our beds and that was also not done and after several weeks of complaining we again had to fight to have charges removed. After our HOA complained the second time and we attempted to cancel the contract, they tried to charge us for weeks we did not receive service and we had to go back and resubmit emails from our complaints because they'd refused to remove charges even though no work was done. I have never been more dissatisfied with a company's in my life and would never use them or recommend them.

I contacted this company several times to request an estimate for some yard services but never heard anything back.

ting for the owner to make this When the man came to spray the beds for weeds he claimed to not know what a weed looked like! So i had to show him. After this, the weeds he neglected to spray grew to waist height. Despite several calls to the owner, David Bender, who insisted the weeds were being sprayed and would die, I now have so many weeds the grass cutters mentioned the weeds in the invoice, and mentioned they offer hand weeding- for $150.00 PER HOUR!!! The owner is so unresponsive to my calls that i feel that this is some sort of scam. Really, how long does it take to do the RIGHT thing? David Bender needs to be more responsive to his customers' needs-especially when he charges $3,500.00 per season. I'm still waiting for David Bender to make this right. I think I made a mistake when I signed WEEDED!'s contract.....

I have been using their lawn care services since 2011. They show up when they say they will show up for the work. The problem with most services at your home is that the person doesn’t keep the appointments. The crew shows up on the same day every week. If I ever have a problem, I am able to call and speak directly to the owner. They have been working out justfine.
