Description of Work: RJ Tilley technician replaced my old water heater with a new one. He was prompt in arriving; was efficient in removing the old unit and installing the new one; and left the area clean and put everything back in its place. I have always found RJ Tilley to do an excellent job.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to remodel our kitchen. The gentleman came out on Feb. 25,2013. He stated we would have our estimate in approx. a week to 2 weeks. I called the company at the 2 week time frame since I had not heard from them. The lady that was working on my estimate said it would be ready soon. I did not hear back from her until April 10th. I had already signed a contract with another company in March. I would not reccommend this company to anyone unless they had alot of time to wait.

Description of Work: We were very much pleased with the response and service of RJ Tilley. They replaced a toilet and changed the water supply connection for that toilet and for another in our home. They were able to come the same day that we called and arrived when they said they would. They were courteous and neat. I would call them again for plumbing needs and rate them A+.

+ 0 moreThe problem was fixed very fast to my surprise. They did a great job when they cut into the wall. The cut was very clean, as clean as they possibly could do it and they also repaired the wall they worked on. The price was fair and the work was great.
Description of Work: I had a problem with a pipe that came from the wall to the toilet. It had some kind of leaking problem. What the plumbers did was cut into the wall and replaced the pipe that had the leaking problem with a new one. They provided the new pipe for me and it took them around 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Caulking was not up to our specifications and they readily returned with a new workman to redo the work; Plumbers had all the tools and materials they needed to get the job done the first time.

+ 0 moreThe estimate process was very slow. I called twice to get someone to give an estimate then I called twice after he was here to get the estimate. Once we scheduled the work they did a great job. They were on time and did everything we asked. The estimate problem did sour us a little bit.

+ -1 moreThis company showed up very quickly after we called them and they were very respectful. You could tell they wanted to do a good job and they wanted to leave with a good impression, which they did. I was satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: They checked out the plumbing on the basement toilet to see if that was the problem as to why the water level wasn t right. They ended up replacing the toilet.

+ -1 moreThe toilet was very old and need to be replaced anyway, so we called RJ Tilley. This is the only plumbing company we call anymore. They re reliable, quick in responding, and do a great job for us. The toilet was replaced with a newer model in less than an hour, and the bathroom was cleaned up, before the plumber left. It works well, and looks good in the bathroom.
Description of Work: Tilley Plumbing & Heating replaced one our toilets. It had been leaking a little, and had difficulty flushing.

The ending result was great, but I was not happy with the price because it seemed to be a little high. I felt comfortable with the tech and he explained what was done and answered any and all of my questions.

They did an excellent job and their work was done great! I wanted to do some of the work myself and they were very cooperative with that. Their cost was one of the best out of the 3 estimates I got, and the one company I didn't even hear back from. I would very much recommend this company.
Description of Work: RJ Tilley Plumbing & Heating put in a whole new shower in our bathroom by totally demolishing our old stand alone shower. The new one put in has new pipes and fixtures. They also put in a new commode.
