When they came over, it was just a small problem, but they showed me something else that needed to be services. So, since then I've kept calling them. I had an A/C system that should have been gone years ago, but it is serviced well, so I keep using it.

Great company! Had no issues. Called them around 10:30 on a Friday and they were at my house by 2:00 and had all repairs done in a very quickly. Plumber was VERY polite and helpful. Plan on having them do more work in the near future!

They are super. I live in a really old house, so they had to take out old pipes and put in new attachable pipes. I have been using them for years and they have been very good and I would highly recommend them. My experiences with them have always been extremely good and I have had different people come out and all of them seemed to be a good job.

I called R.J. Tilley. I described my problem. i intermittently had water leaking from ceiling in dining room. the next day they sent a polite and professional plumber who pinpointed the problem. a section of cast iron out line was split. he spent some time looking behind and under various plumbing fixtures, until he determined that he would have to rip out some plaster to get to the leak. he asked me first and told me the approximate cost of having the plaster replaced. he carefully removed the absolute minimum and located the problem. he then gave me an estimate for fixing the problem. replacing about 10 feet of the main out line from the third floor. they returned when they said they would. actually 15 minutes early. they final price was slightly less than the actually estimate. they also cleaned up after themselves very well. I only gave them a "B" for price because they are a little more expensive than some plumbers. but you get what you pay for. and i wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again, because quality work is always a bargain.

They were really professional. They were on and off site within a couple of hours. They got the job done quickly and got out. The work was all done by the time I got back home. It was pretty neat, but a little bit pricey. That was the only drawback.

Very professional -- they came as scheduled and did a very good job very quickly. They cleaned up their mess before the left (unclogging can be pretty messy).

I emailed them and they contacted me a couple of days later. They scheduled an appointment, but called very late to say they would not make it that day. They did come the following day. The gentleman that serviced us did not seem particularly engaged in the endeavor. The result was that one drain was cleaned, he gazed under the kitchen sink for the gurgle question and told me without anything more that the water pressure could be the result of the service provided by the county. I selected this firm based on reviews here about their willingness to look holistically at the issues and resolve them. As a result this experience was very disappointing and I still have a drain that periodically gurgles.

The experience with them was quite positive. It turned out that the fellow who came out recalled installing the water heaters in our area when the houses were built. The water heater did need to be replaced, but he was quickly able to pull their records up quickly and establish that it was still under warranty. He removed the water heater, went to the plumbing supply store to purchase a new one, and then installed it. His honesty saved me a lot of money! We looked up other companies, and they were the ones we went with.

With the new fridge coming in, with ice and water(!!!!!), I wanted to make sure the faucet/spigot/whatever it's called would work to turn off the water during the fridge installation. Well, the plumber (wish I remembered his name!) tried to fix it with a new o-ring/gasket. unfortunately, that didn't work.. since it was in a wall box, it wasn't easy enough to just replace the faucet, so he was able to pull out the old one, run a new line (flexible pipe instead of the old copper), and had it set up in no time. He was great! Quick reponse, on time, work done in less than two hours, and it works perfectly.

They were fantastic. I like them. They came out when I needed them. They came out on the same day and completed the work on the same day. The price was cheap for the service call and the labor. They were nice people too. They did great work. I have used them few times.

They never called me back. I called and left message 2 different time and no one returned my call.

My water was leaking and making a mess. I called Tilley and they were able to send someone out the same morning. Although the unit had to be replaced, the mechanic did a very fast and professional job. I was very pleased with their work.

Kitchen sink was WAY stopped up. Called a remarkably friendly customer service person at RJ Tilley at 10am - by 11am, they were here. He made quick work of the problem and was very detailed while cleaning up after himself. Great experience.

I called RJ Tilley on Monday and by Thursday my problem was completely resolved. The guy doing the estimate was there on Tuesday. The permits were filed on Wednesday. By 1pm on Thursday the job was complete and true to the original estimate. The guys at RJ Tilley are more than willing to answer whatever questions you have during the process and - this is huge - they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave my property in complete shambles as is sometimes the case with other contractors. Going solely off their "report card" from Angie's List, I was not disappointed. Plumbers like these guys are a rare bird indeed!

Prompt but unexpected arrival, pleasant, and quickly completed.

I placed a phone call in the morning to RJTilly. By noon time I was opening my front door to a professionally dressed man from this company who was courteous and went straight to work on the leaky kitchen faucet. The faucet needed two worn items to be replaced. The plumber worked quickly and cleaned up the work area well. He also cleaned out a bathtub drain. The time spent on these jobs was approximately thirty minutes. I was charged $114.93 but only paid $99.93 with a discount. I was amazed at the promptness at which they responded to this service call. I would call them again for future plumbing jobs and recommend you give them a try also.

He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I thought the labor hours-charged (4.75 hours) was excellent. I thought the labor hourly rate was reasonable.

I was happy with the service call - I called expecting to get an appointment some time in the next week or so, but they dispatched someone that afternoon! Came in and got right to work, took about a half hour. Hopefully I wont have future plumbing problems (I'm going to try to replace the kitchen faucet myself), but I would not hesitate to call them again. The plumber also recommended a replacement faucet to me.

Called and made appointment for first-thing on Monday morning. Plumber showed up at 8:00 as promised, performed the work quickly and competently, and left the work site clean.

We called in the AM. An appointment was made for that afternoon. The plumber came at the appointed time, fixed the leak, and left. He was very competent.

The contractor showed up at the appointed time and efficiently completed the job. Was not even bothered by the dog in his face.

They did a really good job. They arrived on time for the job and the people that I worked with were kind, courteous and very polite. The price was reasonable and they did quality work.

The service technician worked fast and fixed all of the problems we had called about. The snake went through the drain pipe in the tub and water leaked into a downstairs bathroom, but it was cleaned up and the broken pipe replaced and it no longer leaks. They were able to come out the same day I called, which was great. I feel like I over-payed on the per-hour service rate, but satisfied it to have everything fixed and fixed so quickly.

They showed up when they said they would. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He was a good guy. I would definitely use this company again. He was good about doing what I asked.

I called them in the morning and they sent someone out before noon (even though it wasn't an emergency). He did the leak repairs and the pipe extension. When it came to hooking up the water to the refrigerator, we discovered that the line in the kitchen was actually coming from a hot water pipe, not cold, so we opted to not get that hooked up since he had been there for a couple of hours already. So we did end up getting charged for that time, though we didn't have him actually fix the hookup. But we knew that was a risk going into it. The only thing I wished he had done was tell us from the beginning how long he thought the repairs would take when he did the shower drain. Because there was an element of discovery to our work, we didn't have an estimate beyond a price per hour quote when I had called previously. Overall it was a good experience.
