Description of Work: RJ Tilley didn't do too much work - but they were very professional, they were able to come out in a pinch and they fixed the problems we had (leak through ceiling and toilet). They took a look at a water heater problem and gave us some honest consultation on whether or not we should replace. Even though our water heater was very old (past its life expectancy even), the plumber said that we could still get another some more use out of it. I never got the feeling they were just trying to make a sale.

Description of Work: repair/replaced bathroom sink valve stem and spring.....stopped leak.......

Description of Work: Stopped up pipes.

Description of Work: A stain became visible on a ceiling and there was a leak in a bathroom pipe. We called the service provider that evening and left a message. They called back promptly and set an appointment in a 2hr window. Leroy called when he was on the way. He performed some tests and diagnosed the problem. He did the repair,but was not satisfied with the new fitting, and had to remove it and deal with the underlying problem. I believe he had the experience to recognize this and he showed us how the leak occured. The person who called and took our request asked several questions and I believe this enabled him to send the right person for the job.

Description of Work: Installed our dishwasher. The connector on the waterline was replaced and all the connections were reattached and checked for leaks.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet. Tried to unclog drain.

Description of Work: Natural Gas Water heater 30 Gallon needed replacement. It was 15 years old and the Main controller was going bad. Considering the age we decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit. Called company at 8am and they had a guy on site within 3 hours and the new tank heating water within the hour.

Description of Work: They came out to do plumbing work for me. They've done a great job doing the plumbing work. They came quickly. They don't linger, they do their job and then they leave. They don't make any mess, and what they make they'll clean up. They always ask questions before doing any work, they give suggestions on what might need to be done and they don't create any problems for me. I've had two pipes burst (which wasn't their fault) since they came and replaced plumbing for me in different areas, and they've had to come out on a Sunday. The guys that come are two people that live in our area and they're great. They do it quickly, they don't stand and talk to you because they know they've got to get finished because the clock is ticking. They're just very professional people.

Description of Work: Repaired two facets outside and the facet in the kitchen.
