They did an incredible job! We got 3 quotes (4th company refused to give a quote without giving a 90 minute presentation). Nathan's was very competitive. The other local, highly respected, roofer was thousands of dollars more.(more than double!). Nathan's came when they said they would, worked hard and worked long and left our yard spotless. They even came back the next day to make sure they didn't miss any trash or nails in the yard. I could not be happier and strongly recommend them!

Contacted to get estimate to repair roof leak around chimney. Scheduled appointment and they showed up promptly for the scheduled appointment. Nathan's inspected area in need of repair and provided knowledgable, detailed info on what needed to be performed. They provided a quote for work to be performed that included detailed info of everything we had spoke about...(Remove all roofing and flashing around chimney, reflash and re-shingle roof around chimney including ice and water shield. The quote was fair and comparable with the quotes from other companies that I contacted. There was rain in the forecast and they were able to complete the work prior to the expected rains. They did a great job and did exactly what they said they would. Thanks

The work was done correctly using good materials and clean up was good. I know this type of work is subject to the weather, but I would have preferred more notice of when it was to begin. Their price was much better than the other bid I received.

In 2003 after the hurricane Irene, I had my roof completely redone with 30yr warranty on shingles (not workmanship). Around 2005 I also had a flat roof adjacent to the regular house roof completely redone. This month 3/2014 I had a leak between the main house roof and the flat roof. I called Nathan. He send a manager to look at the problem.. And a few days later before the next rain another manager and helper repaired the roof at the intersection between the two roofs. the family room ceiling has a leak line running about 18 ft long. The fix took a little over an hour with a dozen or so shingles removed and a water-proof fabric put under where the singles were (for a length of about 25 ft and a width of 10ft. Then the shingles were nailed back down and the entire work area was sealed with sealant. Very professionally done. There was no charge for the repair, although the workmanship warrant had long past. I will definitely have Nathan Roof Co. make a bid on some current problems that I am having with some spots of rotted wood siding to be replaced with vinyl.

Once I agreed to employ Nathan's Roof Service, Bubba and I agreed to have the work done on a Sunday due to the fact that heavy rains were probable for Monday and Tuesday of that week. I told him that I would be sleeping during this time and he told me that was fine since the roofer did not need to enter the house. I did not actually see the roofer but I did hear him working towards the end of the job. I called Bubba a few days later once I received the bill in the mail to discuss the completed work. He told me that the job went smoothly and I should not have any future leaks around the chimney area. In addition, the adjacent room does not have an ice and water shield on the roof so when heavy rains occur, there is an increased probability of leakage. However, they did replace the shingles and nails that were damaged by the heavy rains. The only knock I would have about this experience is that when I mailed the bill into the office for payment, I did not receive a statement saying the bill was paid-in-full; I had to wait until I received my credit card statement. To this date, I have not had any water enter the house around the chimney area and would use the Company for future work.

I called them thinking it would be a couple weeks before getting an appointment. He was very prompt and came by that afternoon. He was very honest and said it wasn't a big job. He said he would just need to relay and add a couple shingles. I told him I worked the next day and he said that was fine, stating they could just send an invoice after the work was done. They were very prompt and thorough and honest. They could have taken advantage of the situation, but they didn't. I have recommended them to my parents and other folks.

It was great. They came over and completed most of the work the first day since rain was expected that evening. They picked a cutoff point on the roof where there would be little to no tarping required. The next day they came in the afternoon after the rain let up and completed most of the job. The third day they completed the job and cleaned up. Soon after the job was complete the big trash container was hauled away. I was concerned about the skylights and proper flashing and that was handled well.

I called Nathan's for a free estimate for a roof repair. Nathan came without a ladder (one of his workers who had a ladder was supposed to come but couldn't). I showed him through the house so he could see where the leaks into the house were located. He said that he could make an estimate if he knew the kind of shingles that were on the house, and that he really didn't need to get on the roof. Nathan couldn't see what kind of shingles were on the roof, so he said that he would send one of his workers who had a ladder so that worker could see the type of shingles and where the leaks were located. A week later, no one from Nathan's had shown up to do the roof examination. I called his office which checked with Nathan and said that they would send someone and quot;first thing tomorrow morning.and quot; That was three days ago. Even if Nathan's does get around to completing the estimate, I wouldn't use his firm.

It went very well. They spent at least an hour on the roof in the rain repairing the leak. They did a great job and inspected it thoroughly when they were done. I recommend them highly.

They told me it was actually the brick that needed to be re-done. I had the brick re pointed and it turns out my roof was trashed. I don't think they specialize in flat roof's, which is what I have.

I think they were good. They did what they had to do. They were quick about doing it. We didn't have any problems.

It worked out well. It was a fairly complicated roof job and in the end, I think they did a good job at a fair price. The guys were good; they were fine.

We had received other estimates (similar pricing) but since Nathans is the roofer of choice in our neighborhood and we had seen them do many neighbors roofs in two days, we knew it was the only way to go. It's been 5 years and everything is still perfect. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Over the past couple of years we have used Nathan's to replace two roofs and for minor roof repairs. Their prices are good; their product selections are highly rated by Consumer Reports; and they come right away whenever you need them.

Nathan's sent someone promptly that showed up on time for the appointment. He gave a written estimate. Workmen showed up the day before they were scheduled because it was due to rain in the area. I thought this was very thoughtful. My only ding is that the bill that arrived was $100 higher than the estimate. I called Nathan's and they apologized and told me to go ahead and pay the estimated amount. I've used Nathan's several times and have always been happy with the work.

We had a relative small hole in the roof. We got a response from Nathan's very quickly. They came out, explained what had caused the problems and offered a reasonable estimate. (There was a nail that was sticking up that over time had allowed water in and caused the rot in the wood. They were punctual and extremely courteous. We thought that the estimate was reasonable. I liked the reviews and I had other friends who also recommended Nathan's. I was worried that there might be some lag time after the estimate and before the repair could be scheduled. Mind you-- this was right after those crazy thunderstorms came through. With all the damage in the area, I didn't know when to expect our job to get scheduled. Turns out our job was relatively quick and they completed it on the same day we approved the estimate! I couldn't have been happier.

We have used Nathan's for at least six years for various roof repairs. With out a doubt their service ranks an "A" across the boards. We refer them to anyone who inquires and have been thanked profusely.
