The service has turned out very nicely overall. We were very satisfied with their work. They were also prompt, repaired the issue, and their price was reasonable.

They were very nice. They had what I needed. The price was great. I cannot say anything bad about them. I met the actual owner of the company and his secretary; they were both very nice and helpful. They wanted to be sure I was taken care of.

Todd and Nancy were both very helpful in setting up the appointments and the system design, and Clay - the gentleman who performed the work - was one of the.best service professionals we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was friendly, professional, and meticulous in keeping his worksite tidy and clean. His plumbing work was flawless, and he was very considerate of our family's needs (always notifying us when the water would be off, and for how long, etc.) We also were very thankful for the company's straightforward pricing and follow-through. We never felt as though they we just trying to sell us something; rather, they developed an effective solution to the particular challenges of our well system. Again - terrific experience all around!

I initially called another company because I had no water at all coming into my house from my well. The other company came out and replaced my well pump. I did get water again, but the pressure was low. The workers told me that I had plenty of water in my well. Within 45 minutes of leaving, I again had no water. I had another visit from that company later that night who told me that my water level was low and that I should leave the breaker switch off so that the pump did not come on and maybe the water level would come up. This was not at all what I believed to be the case because I have a 30 foot well and have never had water problems. This is when I called Matthews. In the above paragraph I described the work done by Clay, the worker from the Matthews company. He saw that the gauge that shows whether I have water pressure in the well was frozen and should have been replaced. Once he did that he could see that there was a definate issue with getting water to the house even though the pump was working fine and the well was full of water. By the time he left I had water and good water pressure.

They did a good job. A year before that they came out and they put a new pump in our well and they come out yearly for the service. They are courteous and really great to work with and they're honest. The owner Ted Vanderpole came up himself and talk to my husband. He told us everything what happened and why we needed it and it was true, because the acidity of the water is wearing away the copper pipes. Their price are average because we check on that.

It took days to find a company willing to respond. Not only was the responding crew professional in their work, their office receptionist "Nancy" was extremely professional and courteous. She called numerous times to keep me informed of their schedule and their anticipated arrival time. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I would not hesitate to call them again for any well problems.
