Description of Work: This was the second time I've contacted London Sweeps to work on our chimney. The first visit was to clean the flue and the second to repair the mortar on the chimney cap. The work was very professional and the owner extremely knowledgeable. Top flight equipment was used an the helpers were competent in repairing the chimney quickly. |The only hitch was the timing of the visits. In both cases the appointment time changed due to problems with the company truck. This was not an inconvenience for me since I work at home. For someone with a tight work schedule, it may have been an issue. The vehicle problem has been remedied, and I plan on using London Sweeps on an annual basis in the future.
