Description of Work: Trevor replaced a bathroom faucet & drain - and replaced two shutoff valves under the same sink. He also reset the top mount bowl back as it should be. He arrived when he said he would and work was performed quickly and with no issues.

Description of Work: Called about needing some work done in our bathroom that also had a leak I thought was beyond my skills. Mr. Waters was unable to schedule us immediately but he gave me some suggestions that proved I had an easy fix and did not need hire anyone. I appreciate him not taking advantage of my ignorance and willingness to educate me!

+ 0 moreThe service call went great! Mr. Waters found that the problem was more involved than just the sink drain. He snaked the drain but had very little success because of the extent of the problem. When I originally called he wasn't going to be able to come out til the next day and was also concerned this was a more heavy duty job than he was equipped to do. He recommended another plumber with different equipment and maybe he could come out sooner than Mr. Waters. All said and done I couldn't get anyone else to come out til the following day anyways so I called him back and he was able to squeeze the job in the next day as we had discussed the in morning. (I had also told him I wanted a new disposal if he had the time.) Since Mr. Waters was unable to fix the problem he refused to charge me anything. He said that's just the way he does business. He also didn't want to install the disposal he brought because he wouldn't be able to test it since the drain wasn't working. (He could have installed it anyways to cover the cost of his trip but he didn't think that was right.) In the end he called another plumber that could handle the extensive job. I insisted the least I could do was buy the disposal (part only) so the entire trip wasn't wasted. (He didn't even mark up the price of the disposal!)
Description of Work: Mr. Waters came out to check on my backed up kitchen drain. He snaked the drain and checked the other drains in the house. He was also prepared to install a new garbage disposal.

Description of Work: We awoke with water coming from inside the bathroom vanity. Mr. Waters came on time and found after a thorough check, that the problem could be fixed in 1 minute, which he did. He also checked the drain stopper for me that was out of whack and fixed that too. Because of the easy fix he charged me a VERY fair amount, where a bigger company would have probably charged me four times as much, just to come out to the house. I would definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreI have used J. T. Waters, Inc. for years. Mr. Waters has always been exceedingly quick to respond to our plumbing problems and the one time I did not use him (using a turnkey contractor when retiling a bathroom), I was extremely sorry.
Description of Work: We had a new toilet installation that was leaking (not installed by J. T. Waters, Inc.). Mr. Waters responded very promptly to our call for help, called me while I was at work to alert me to what needed to be done, fixed the problem and called me to let me know what I could expect over the next few days if there was still any further water showing.

Description of Work: When we bought our house in May, 2008, the previous owner told us that they used Trevor Waters for plumbing. We have used him on at least four occasions since then and have been completely satisfied with the work. Services include: - replacing a cracked cast-iron waste pipe in the basement; - replacing a leaky gas valve supplying gas to the boiler; - replacing the hot water heater; - installing a water supply line to the ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer; - repairing leaky water valve. ** Note that the date and price shown above were only for the replacement of the leaky gas valve, which was the most recent work we have needed.

+ 0 moreI think it's a great name for a plumber. I have been very pleased with him. I have been very pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness. He is a good plumber. He knows his stuff. He knows what he is doing. He is very good. He is very reasonable. We live out in the country and he has to drive all the way to get out here. We would use him in the future.
Description of Work: J T Waters came out and installed a gas line in the backyard that will go to a gas grill when we eventually hook it up. He had also helped us remodel 2 bathrooms. I have done about a half a dozen projects with him.
