All went well in three (about to be four) separate visits. Mr. Waters is experienced, great to work with, and really competent - no shortcuts when fixing numerous problems with old (1942) pipes, including under my sink/disposal. He had to remove some ceramic tile butted up against the old (1990s) dishwasher (tile installed after-the-fact.) Neatly done. I had pieces cut to size from the only matching tile left from a previous owner. Mr. W. will be returning to put the new tile in place, then cut the new dishwasher's footplate to size & install it. He also gave me great information re: my water lines & plumbing.

J.T. Waters (Trevor) saw immediately what the problems were and was thoroughly competent in addressing them. Everything was done in a timely manner. Besides all this, Trevor is a delightful person. My husband and I were very impressed.

He was very personable, competent and easy to work with. The work was completed expeditiously and with no problems.

Trevor very professionally and accurately cut out the drywall behind the shower to give access to the plumbing and fixed our problem in a very reasonable amount of time. He went on a parts run for us and charged a fraction of his normal hourly rate. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem perfectly! Ended up getting new handles put on in addition to fixing the problem and my wife and I are very happy with the outcome. Will be our go-to plumber moving forward. I called a few places and Trevor’s prices were the most reasonable which is why I chose him.

Mr. Waters arrived right on time and worked steadily, explaining each step of what he was doing. The plumbing fixtures he was dealing with were old, so extra work was involved to remove the old parts. This probably added time/expense to his visit, but I felt his price was extremely fair, and I enjoyed learning from him. If you're looking for a skilled, professional plumber who takes pride in his work, Mr. Waters is the man for you!

Fantastic, he was right on time, super courteous, and with no pressure he helped advise me on a great replacement faucet option that would last a long time.

Did a great job. The repair was a little more complicated than originally expected, but Trevor ordered the necessary parts and got things working great. Had it not been for his experience and honesty, the repair would have been more involved and more expensive. Would definitely use him again.

We are in the process of following up on his suggestions. He did not charge for his consultations, since he did not take definitive action.

Mr. Waters performed the job to my satisfaction. He gave me the option of purchasing needed parts myself or having him purchase the parts. I chose to purchase them myself. He was helpful in creating a specific list of what I needed to purchase at the store. Once I made the purchase, I called Mr. Waters and he returned to complete the job. Although he came out twice, he only asked for/accepted payment once the job was complete.

He encouraged me to make a simple repair myself which cost me a little time and a few dollars. I absolutely will call Mr. Waters again.

J. T. Waters was professional and extremely helpful. We called him due to a notice from DPU that our meter was running and running. He found more than one leak in our crawl space and fixed them promptly. He checked the meter over and over to see if any other leaks existed until he found them all. Then he cut out the old faucet which was leaking slightly and installed a new one. He did all this while keeping us informed as he went as to what he was doing. It was one of the best service calls I have ever had!

Everything is great now, having cabinet reinstalled just in time for thanksgiving.

Didn't "go" anywhere, when I call for a workman, I am not looking for a referral to a major plumbing company in town. I am very disappointed with this service. It was my first experience with Angie's list.

Fixed a leaking toilet. Excellent communication and service. Price was very reasonable.

For me the work went well and the results have been satisfying in the months since installation of the 2 new toilets. The sink drain works well and the staircases feel spacious.

Mr Waters arrived on time with the right tools and materials and immediately went about repairing and replacing the required items. He showed me what he needed to do and went about his business is a professional manner. He finished when he said he would and at a cost we agreed upon. I was very pleased with his work and he has a very agreeable and pleasing manner. I will call him next time I have a plumbing issues. Great job and a great professional!

Had a leak in my washing machine supply line. Called JT and he squeezed me into his schedule the next day. Arrived at noon like he said. Had the parts and tools in his truck and fixed the line in under an hour. Friendly guy, worked alone, very responsive. Will use again.

I phoned JT and scheduled the work on 6/11 between 9:30 and 10:30. He phoned at 9am to confirm and indicated concern about the weather (hello, rain). I told him it wasn't raining at my house and he arrived ready to take on the task. Fortunately, the rain held off and work proceeded as planned. He did a wonderful job, explaining each step of the way. Showed me old spigots and was truly invested in my understanding of what the job involved. Explained how the new spigots would be superior (and boy, they were). I found my "go to" plumber. Thanks so much JT! Margret
