They came and removed most of the leaves. The bush trimming was good. The weather was very cold.

Showed up promptly. Did a great job. Had a mulcing machine whice sped along job. Husband was here entire time. Great job! Would have them back!

Very polite, purchased big deal, was advised by company will need additional treatments to maintain yard. SP advised 1 treatment would not make a difference unless she did a year round treatment. member feels the details of the deal advsising would need year round treatment should have been spelled out in the offer.

The workers were very nice and very professional. I was extremely pleased with their work. I would happily use their services again.

Bottom line, it was "meh" and I wouldn't use them again. With snow and other inclement weather, we had to reschedule a few times. They were highly responsive to e-mails and we were able to reschedule the appointment quickly. Given all the schedule changes, I was unable to order the mulch I said I'd provide so they offered to purchase and deliver the mulch, which was a nice offer. I was also unable to be at home with the change in service date. In retrospect, I should've just rescheduled because when I returned home around noon, the yard had the new mulch but they hadn't done anything else. No yard clean up; just added the 5 yards of mulch and left. I called the owner and told him I was underwhelmed with a 2-person crew mulching 5 yards of mulch in 3 hours. Now, in all fairness, the bulk of the mulching was along the sides of the driveway and some bare spots in some landscaped areas. I could have mulched that in 3 hours myself. The owner was in the area so he stopped by to check it out. He said he'd send his crew back out but not before he made some snarky comment about how "If I could do all that mulching by myself in three hours he had some jobs for me." So good to know I can move a lot faster than his 2-person crew. And perhaps feedback that picking up a leaf blower and getting the extra mulch off the driveway or some leaves off the grass might be a nice touch to a landscape deal that turned out to be a ho-hum mulch job.

We had used them twice. The first time was good, and the second one was not good. We had contacted them separately. I contacted them to see if they covered our area before I purchased the deal, and they said that yes they did, and not to go through Angie's List, but to go directly to them. They charged me extra to haul everything away. I knew that I would have to pay more.

Advise for future customers: ask for an estimate before they start the work or you may be paying more than you planned or budgeted for. Good part: prompt, quality of work Bad part: surprise invoice at the end of work asking for extra money. Overall: I will not repeat.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. I asked them to remove the brush from the site and they charged me an additional $85 for hauling it away. They were there for two hours and were very responsive.

It worked out fine. They were wonderful. They were very prompt, detailed and considerate. The work they did was great. Whatever they did is good and I would love to have them do it again. I haven't seen a special though for it again. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

That turned out well. One of the things that had been let go to the house was a wisteria plant. You need to prune it back sharply otherwise it gets out of control. This wisteria plant was all over my yard. I sprayed the plant and this came out and there was 2 guys for 3 hours. They did a beautiful job. They got it all cleaned off my banks, all of it cut down, all of the big steams cut down too. They followed my instructions really well and got everything done in that amount of time. They also cleaned up very well. Scheduling was very easy.

Needed the work to be completed the very next day and they made it happen. Very pleased!

They did an excellent job! They were really good. I will use them again! A+!!

super fast, explained what to do and what to expect

Next time I will ask for a team leader who understands English a bit better that I had this time. I wanted a light trim of the areas, saplings cleared, and a light cleaning. What they did do was a comprehensive heavy trimming and a heavy cleaning. As I said above, I was happy with the results and will probably ask for a service of this type every three years.

My experience with them was perfectly fine. They came out fairly quickly. They did not charge more than the $129 Big Deal. The only issue was that they did clip a wire of the dog invisible fence. They did not come back and fix it because they did not know that they had done it. Somebody from the fence company had to come in and determine where the break was. I do not know how much I could blame them. It was not their fault that the cable was not buried deep enough that their equipment hit it.

The weather initially made scheduling difficult, but we were finally able to agree on a time. There was a little confusion on my part about just how the "3 hours" of yard work were calculated. Scheduling a little more time would have been beneficial. The three guys did an excellent of cleaning up the yard and getting the leaves ready for pickup.

They did a good job. They came on time and provided high quality service.

My experience was okay. They were very professional and scheduling went smoothly. They started to use a piece of equipment that started to chop up the lawn. I had them stop the procedure as soon as I started to see the work. They started to do the aeration by hand.

The crew was punctual, pleasant and professional.

They came when they said they would and did what they said they would, but they didn't speak much English and I don't speak Spanish so i couldn't communicate particular needs. Otherwise, fine.

I needed to put down a lot of seed myself in the same spots, so that the grass would grow.

Scheduling was easy and the service people were prompt and very polite.

On time and very friendly as they went about to do a good job in a short period of time. I could use these folks again and recoment their services.

.i bought the $99 deal. they did an awesome job! they were priced a little high for an extra fee of removing the leaves. my only minor complaints are they did not take away leaves for 2 days (luckily it was not windy) and the workers went over the 3 hours but did not tell me they stayed longer and tried to charge me more. I emailed the owner and he did not charge extra. any contractor selling this type of deal should give courtesy and ask if customer wants to go past the allotted time and tell us the amount before work is done.

The crew arrived on time, received instructions and set to work. 2 workers for 3 hours. They cleared my leaves and left the work area looking as requested. They were pleasant and professional.
