Owner met me on time and did exactly what was agreed. Team of 2 that showed up was on time and worked hard to clean up around 1/3 acre of wooded area that was covered with downed limbs and debris. I will be using them again for other services!

I tried out this provider via Angie's List, worked alongside of them for 3 hours, liked what I experienced and have hired them to help me regularly maintain gardens on my 10-acre homesite. They are intelligent, responsive and their main laborers work consistently well even in the heat. The only negative I can report is that they are usually 15 minutes late...which I really don't mind @ 7:30 a.m....

It was excellent. They were enthusiastic and they did a decent job. We also brought them back to do some yard maintenance.

Estimate for mine was $320, which is not way out of line. Estimate for my neighbor, whose lawn is only SLIGHTLY larger than mine, was $990! Then I noted in one of your emails that the same company had a coupon to have any lawn up to 10,000 sq. ft. for aeration & seeding for $129! Fertilzer was not included in this offer. The "regular" price was listed at $255. I just don't understand how they could say the regular price was $255 when our estimates were so much higher. In the end, we hired someone else who is charging us both the same price of $255.

Ontime, polite, punctual and thorough.

We have a common area between three houses, approximately 30 x 30 feet. Over time a large quantity of leaves, pine needles and small branches had accumulated, and needed to be removed prior to some pipe burial. Two very courteous, professional and uniformed workers arrived, ahead of schedule, to confirm the work location and exactly what was to be done. They had to use garden rakes and shovels to remove the debris, due to numerous cables already buried in the area. Approximately half way through the job, a supervisor stopped by to ensure everything was being done to my satisfaction (which it was). In approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, they had gathered and transferred to their trailer a huge quantity of debris. They did a wonderful job, exactly as I requested.

The two men were very nice, worked hard and were expert at what they do.

This was the second time that we hired this company. The first experience with them was excellent and the second experience was just as good as the first. The owner is knowledgeable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner by his employees who have a good attitude and are easy to work with. We have also hired this company to provide turf care on an on going basis.

Two men worked for 8 hours and completed much more than I expected. I will use this company in the future. I sure got my money's worth.

While they performed basic gardening functions in a timely, orderly and professional manner, the fact that they charged me $25 for debris removal after only working 1/3 of the time I purchased makes me never want to use them again. I provided them with a cooler of water and Gatorade and they did not appreciate my courtesy. Instead they charged me $25. I would not recommend them.

It turned out to be a great service. He did a great job. They showed up and I kind of showed them around the yard and want needed to be done and there was two guys and they just kind of got the work done. I paid them little bit more because we did have to pay extra for hauling items away so it was more than the coupon. I would use them again.

They were fine. When we purchased the deal we had a hard time getting the service scheduled but once they came it was pretty good work. There were some extra charges but we agreed on it. Once they got out here they were very professional and very good. There were some disconnections earlier on in trying to get them out here and from their end it was because they were extremely busy. They did more than what I would consider simple, basic lawn care.

They were supposed to do major weeding and trimming of shrubs- The guys did an excellent job when they were here- They arrived @ 8:45 left for lunch @ 11:30 and came back @ 12:15 and left for the day @ 3:15- Not exactly 16man hours for 2 men-

First of all, I was really disappointed about the fact that he was not able to come immediately. He kept pushing it off for three weeks and he just really took a very long time because he said he was just too busy. So I didn't appreciate the fact that Angie's list was out there with these deals and then the people who are contracted with can't even fulfill it in a timely manner. It wasn't that they didn't get back to me, they just couldn't schedule me in. It took a very long time to get scheduled in. Then when I had them come out the guys really worked hard. There was a little problem when they were cutting the tree; they cut too much at the bottom and had to spend a lot more time trying to get it to shape up. They were really nice about trying to fix that and worked hard. So I was like, "Okay, fine you can charge me the extra time." even though it really was because of the fact that they had a problem with cutting the trees the way it was supposed to be cut. The crew that works with him is very conscientious and very hard-working. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed having them work for us and what a pleasure they were. But it is the attitude of the owner of the place from the fact that he can't work you in because he is way too busy. And then I had asked one of the guys, "Will you be taking the grass away?" He was like, "Oh! Yeah we can do that." and I said, "Okay" Then when I got my invoice I came to find out they charged us for taking that away. I said to the owner, "Well, no one told me that it was going to cost me more to take it away." I asked if they would be taking it away because actually my father had a trailer right there that we were putting sticks and things in. We could have put it in there had I known that they were going to charge us. I just asked if they were taking it away so I would know if it needed to go in the pile of other stuff. So he charged me for that and that really made me angry. And then he said, "The debris charge is explained on the Angie's list deal. I have to take someone to take it, from our office." I don't even know. I have to go back and look at Angie's list deal. I don't recall anything about that. When I just asked I should have been told that it's going to cost more or whatever. So all in all the two people who worked for him were amazing, they were wonderful. He is very fortunate that he has them working for him. I was really upset with Angie's list for actually having them on the list and having them have that far out of the time frame to where they could even come and do anything. We paid $105 for the spray which was what we agreed to. He charged $25 for the debris removal which was only like three trash cans of grass. He charged $35 extra for the hours beyond the Angie's list deal that the guys worked, which quite frankly, was because of the way that they cut the tree and it took us a very long time to shape it up based on what they did. But it ended up being fine in the end. The guys were really, really nice. It is the way in which the owner operates which is the problem. I think the price was fair until I got the other charge that wasn't explained to me.

The job by two men was done efficiently and cooperatively by them working as a team. I was surprised by how much they were able to accomplish within three hours. They also put all the debris in bags so that it could be taken by trash collection the next day. It seemed that they were concerned about doing a good job and the yard looked great after they were finished.

The owner came to see the work that needed to be done and outlined a plan for the cleanup and future maintenance. We scheduled a mutually agreeable time for the work to be done. Two young men arrived at 8am and began a long day of work. They did a great job and were very professional. They worked very hard all day and took several loads of debris to the dump. The yard looked great when they finished. We will definitely use this company again in the future as well as recommend them to friends.

We purchased the Angie's list deal for 6 hours of yard/lawn work for $149.99. We have an older home that we are always trying to get on top of the overrun yard and the gentlemen with Commonwealth Land Care were able to come in and knock it out in about 1/20th of the time my husband and I could have done it! I can't even begin to tell you how many weeds and miscellaneous things were growing in our front "weed bed" (there's no way it was a flower bed!) and crowding out our old, pitiful, ugly, scraggly azaleas, but now they are all gone and we have the opportunity to start fresh!!! We couldn't be happier and will probably be calling them to see what they can do with the back yard.

They were on time and performed a variety of labor intensive yard chores including the removal of invasive vines, trimming and cutbacks... very professional and courteous.. .

Due to all the wet weather we have been having this summer, the backyard has become overgrown & thick and it has very poor drainage and it normally takes 3 to 5 days of dry weather for it to dry out to the point where I can cut it with a push lawnmower but with all of the rainfall this year the mowers literally get stuck in the mud and now with it being so thick & overgrown it is impossible to cut it with a push mower The two young men (Jacob and Eli) that Commonwealth Landcare sent did a great job just using weed eaters to cut the lawn. They were very professional and courteous, gave me an estimate as to how long it would take to complete the job and would use their company again for any landscaping that I might have to have done

I purchase one of the 6 hours on Angies List, the 2 guys that came by did an GREAT job. They did what I wanted them to do and cleaned up afterwords and hauled off the debris for me.

The men were very helpful and did what they promised to do. No complaints at all, and very satisfied.

They were on time, polite and fast. I have never seen two people work so fast and also be so thorough at their job. I will definitely hire them again.

I purchased a BD with this company. They were very responsive and did all the work a smile on their face. I highly recommend this company.
