The two-person crew (Mirian Paz and Matt Moran) applied promptly, well within the time frame promised, calling ahead to say they were on their way. They were courteous and professional, explaining our options without being too pushy about the services available. They did an excellent job cleaning carpet that had many needs, thanks to our two dogs. They even cleaned inside our walk-in closet.

From the first phone call to get an estimate to the cleaning took 2 days. Very efficient and effective.

We were able to book a Saturday appointment with just 3 days notice. They called to confirm 20 minutes prior to arriving as promised. We were the first appointment in the 12-4 block, and they showed up promptly at 12. The person worked quickly. The carpets looked like new when he was done.

I thought they did a great job, the only negative was pricing, be sure to book online it's much cheaper and be sure to print out a copy of the pricing and work order requested. We had a disagreement about the number of rooms I ordered and the ''extra'' deodorizing and stain preventer were much more expensive in ''person.'' I strongly urge anyone to place the order and all estimated areas on line and keep a copy. They seem to only accept checks which I'm not sure was correct. But they got the carpets very clean and I am generally and extremely pleased and would use them again.

All company representatives were very polite and professional. I received a confirmation phone call 2 days before the work was done and a call from the company on the day of the work to state that the truck was getting ready to leave their headquarters (I had the first appointment of the day). The crew arrived during the promised time span. They were very polite and concerned about doing a good job. They worked diligently and quickly. They were unable to completely remove two very stubborn stains, but they did get rid of most of them. That was sufficient for me since I plan to replace this very old carpeting within the next few months. I would use them again.

This crew (Flores and Martinez) was prompt, polite, and did a great job. They even got a few stains out that previous carpet cleaners said were there to stay.

They were prompt and on time. They did a good job. I was extremely pleased with everything until I looked at the bill. I saw that I had been charged for a cleaning solution that they said would be free. I called this morning and they said it was free because of a discount that they had given me. Then they charged me for the cleaning fluid so the discount only turned out to be $4. She finally said that if I returned it, she would refund the money. They said they would send someone to pick it up. I am very disappointed by this small problem. Other than that, I was satisfied with their service. I believe I was billed for something I shouldn't have been billed for. I would hire them in the future, but I would make sure we had everything straight on the charges.

They were on time, and did a good job. They questioned size of rooms, and tried to upsell services to add to cost. I spoke to manager, and had issues resolved quickly.

Very, very happy. We had some difficult pet stains and food spills from our son that we thought would never come out and the carpets look brand new. I will definitely use Stanley Steamer again!

My phone calls to the company were certainly handled well, and they confirmed as promised the day of the appointment. The crew was on time. My small complaint is that the cleaners at the scene asked a couple of quick questions (one involving deodorizing-which I misunderstood), then had me sign the statement which they explained was simply to verify that I had been warned that the carpet would be wet. Later I realized it included other disclaimers. I guess I would have liked a bit more explanation (I have never had carpets in my home before, so this was not routine for me). Anyhow, it was very fast, the workers were polite.

Two-man crew arrived promptly. Team leader spoke excellent English. Work was performed quickly. The men were polite and seemed capable. My only complaint is that their process did not remove the same stains that I had been unable to remove with commercially available products. The only reason I had professional cleaning of basically clean carpets was to remove these stains. I also felt the service was expensive for the 1.5 hours of labor involved and results obtained.

I found the service provided good value for the dollar, and the two men were very pleasant and polite. I would use this company again.

I was impressed with their knowledge of stains and cleaners; they gave me advice on how to spot treat future stains! I had several mystery stains in my front room that would not come out with any cleaner I tried, and we figured we'd have to replace the carpet before we sell. When they were finished, it looked BRAND NEW! All the stains came out, and they used several cleaners until they got the spots out. This is the best $100 I've ever spent! My husband and kids even asked if we got new carpet that day when they walked in and saw the clean white carpet!! Gotta love THAT!!

The price was a bit higher than expected, but otherwise this was a good experience. Staff was friendly, efficient and the work they performed was well done.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HOW MY CARPETS LOOKED WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. I FELT AS IF THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND RESPONSIVE COMPANY. THEY WERE A VERY POLITE CREW, AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. THEY KEPT THE AREA CLEAN AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WORK VERY HARD AND THEY MADE MY CARPETS LOOK GREAT! STAINS THAT I DIDN'T THINK WOULD COME OUT, THEY GOT OUT.

I THOUGHT THAT THE QUALITY OF WORK COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE LOW PRICE. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY

THEY ARE RELIABLE, THEY TEND TO OVERSTATE THEIR PROMISES, BUT OVERALL THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. THEY DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND TRY TO DO IT A TIMELY MANNER.

THIS COMPANY WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED THE CARPETS TO MY SATISFACTION. I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ABOUT HOUR AND A HALF. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
