DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only did they not do the work they were scheduled to do because they did not take notice of the appropriate messages that were left for them concerning the work, but the representatives at the 800 number were unresponsive and rude. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, I was sent to voice mail and that was never returned. An example of a large company with employees who do not care about service only about getting their paycheck and reading what is on a computer screen.

Their service was excellent! They were able to get all the stains out.

Their website claims they move most everything. This is "not" accurate. I thought we were well prepared for their arrival but they indicated they would not move numerous things, so we ended up doing it. They came Sat. morning, we were still putting things back Sun night. The steam cleaning works really well and is worth the cost. Carpet was left way more than just "damp" in some areas. The pet odor remover is nothing more than something squirted on top of the carpet and will NOT remove pet urine odor if it's soaked through the carpet, which it does. I've since had to purchase other products to deal with that and have requested a refund for that part of the visit. I'm still waiting for a manager to call me back on that. They had to return once to re-clean one area, and did so. The 2nd team was a bit difficult to communicate with, but they tried. Both teams were pleasant. Both teams gave a heads up call a few minutes before arrival, and both were right on time.

Stanley Steemer was prompt in their service-I was able to schedule an appt. within the hour. Service was fair but I was not impressed, overall. One of the technicians walked in with muddy boots and left mud all over the front foyer and didn't clean up after himself. Furniture was not moved but the basic dirt around the house was cleaned up.

They were very prompt. I had a time slot of 8-9am scheduled and they arrived at 8am on the dot!! We actually weren't ready for them to arrive (on time), but it was very nice of the two men to help us get a few things out of the way for them to do their job. It didn't take them long to clean the carpet and stairs and they did a great job. I appreciate that they were giving us tips along the way about some of the stains on the floor that wouldn't come out and how we could avoid that in the future.

2 guys showed up on time and as schedule and were very friendly. Unfortunately they were in a bit of a rush and didn't move light furniture they way they were supposed to and they forgot to do the odor remover treatment but charged me for it anyway. They also didn't give me the "free" stain remover promised when I placed the order on the web site until I asked for it. Overall I think this particular crew was just in a very big hurry and rushed through the job. I called the customer service number to see about rectifying the situation and they promptly rescheduled a courtesy visit within a few days. The 2nd crew was AWESOME and did the areas that were missed and wouldn't leave until they were convinced I was happy. They also gave me some free stain and odor remover product. In the end, the quality of work was good and I will use them again.

Got a call that they were on their way at 8am. They arrived at 8:30. There were two men both of whom were very presentable. I got up-sold on some carpet protection which I have no problem with (after we negotiated the price). They were here until 10 or 10:15. They did an excellent job. When done, the leader showed me two small areas with some staining which could not be cleaned well enough. All in all a very nice experience.

Prompt, courteous, and efficient. They were able to get out stains that I didn't think would come out.

They gave us a 3 hour window and showed up with 3 minutes to go. They were quick, professional and spoke English. They moved furniture to get to all the spots, gave me an inspection and the main guy showed a passion for the job (he has been with them for years). I have an odd smell, even with two sliding doors open and the stairs door opened, smells like detergent a little bit. Carpet was very soiled and had pet hair, that is all gone. Looks very good. My wife scheduled them via the web, their web site doesn't allow for appropriate sizing of a job like this so the web estimate was too low. We knew this going into it, my wife warned me the estimate would be too low. But it tripled. Not the fault of the guys who showed up, just a warning about estimates from the web site.

They showed up on time and knew what a big job this was. They quoted me a price up front and that is what I paid. They did a good job cleaning the carpet. I will call them in the future for carpet cleaning services.

I felt they were a little expensive. They did a good job on the carpet though. The stains were removed very well and the whole thing was done without too much mess. I had no problems with their work and their professionalism, only with their prices.

I didn t have any issues with them. They cleaned the carpet really well. They did a great job, and stayed until there were no stains in the carpet. I would highly recommend them to anybody that wants a good service.

They did an alright job. They did damage my entry hardwood floors, a leather recliner, and broke a lamp because they seemed to be in a rush. I contacted management and the took care of the the lamp and recliner. I would probably look elsewhere in the future because it seemed like they were trying to get in and out as soon as possible which led to the damages.

I was not pleased with the service. They weren't very good. They were supposed to remove all of the stains from the carpets and didn't. They took a long time to finish the job and I thought the stains were at least going be removed, but the carpets looked just like they did before they came over. I wouldn't recommend these guys.

I made the appointment online, which could not have been simpler. They give you a price and you can see exactly which appointments are open. I scheduled the cleaners to arrive between 8 AM and 9 AM. At 8 PM the office called to tell me they were leaving Alexandria and would be at my house soon. They arrived 20 minutes later. Two workmen arrived. They were extremely polite and professional. The work was excellent and they finished in a little more than an hour. I was delighted with everything and will definitely call them again.

I needed carpets cleaned because house was being put up for sale. I booked the appointment on their website (convenient) which provided price quote of $169.00. While booking, wrote the following in "Comments" section: "All rooms will be empty. No furniture to move. Will that reduce price?". Received email confirmation of appointment the same day but no answer to question on pricing. Waited several days for answer and then called 1-800-Steemer and talked with service rep. I told her I had not received a response to my question and I again asked if the price could be reduced because there was no furniture to move. She said that they don't charge for moving furniture, so the price would not be reduced. I said that the job was obviously going to take much less time and the price should reflect that. She said they don't charge by time, but by the room and the price could not be reduced. Although her response insulted my intelligence, I was under a time constraint, so I decided to go ahead.

Carpet cleaning 4 rooms (2 bedrooms, dining room, front room). Deodorize 4 rooms. Protectorant 2 rooms.

This was a GREAT experience! I ordered the service on-line which I found extremely convenient. I was able to get an estimate directly from the website by adding and subtracting areas to be cleaned. I could have scheduled an appointment the SAME day if I wanted, but I wasn't available. So I scheduled for 2 days out between 9-12. I received a confirmation email of my estimate, a reminder phone call 24 hours prior, and a courtesy call 1 hour before they arrived. The two guys came in, reviewed the areas to be cleaned and got right to work. They put this special seal on my door where their hose ran through to keep my air conditioning from leaking out. They even did a little extra following the hallway into my bedroom when I asked them (no extra charge). They worked very fast and were done within an hour. Upon finishing, there were foam blocks under my furniture and my carpets looked AMAZING! I was really surprised since my carpets are such a light tan (almost whitish) and they were so dirty

The called 15 minutes before arriving, were extremely careful with furniture (we still are finding the little blocks they set under the legs!). Extremely thorough and professional. Without question the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used. We will never use anyone else again.

They did a good job; was called about 20 minutes prior to them arriving. Scheduled the appointment on line and they came on a Saturday which was convenient for me. They were very quick, professional and efficient. The only quibble was that perhaps they could have sucked out a little more moisture from the carpets.

The two technicians introduced themselves and reviewed the areas to be cleaned. They started upstairs in the master bedroom and worked their way downstairs to the family room. They were very careful about moving furniture. The carpets look great! They repeatedly asked, if everything looked okay to us. We were very impressed.

They were on time and did a great job. We have a swimming pool, 2 kids and 3 pets. So our carpets get a lot of dirt and drink stains on them. They were able to get all of the stain out of the carpet. I was so impressed with them that I also purchased the one year clean guarantee agreement for certain high traffic areas.

It was as expected, no surprises. It took approximately 45 mins to complete.

Jose and Christian were professional and proficient workers. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely hire this company again.

We ordered the service online and were able to schedule a visit in less than 24 hours. We needed the carpet cleaned since our dog was getting very sick all over the basement. We received a call as promised about 5-10 minutes before they arrived. Andrew and Victor were extremely professional. Andrew and I walked through the areas and looked at the stains. Andrew explained the process to me. He asked but did not push hard on extras. He did advise we get the deodorizer so the pet smells would come back. They were able to get almost all of the stain out. It appears we put too much pet cleaner on it and bleached part of the carpet. Even with that you can't tell there is a stain unless you are looking at it. This was a great experience.
