They were great. They showed up on time...two guys who were very pleasant. They did a good job and didn't try to make me buy stuff I don't need. I would definitely use them again.

I've ordered the service through the Stanley Steemer web site. On the day of the service because another customer had canceled their appointment, I received a call asking if we could have our service done earlier. The Stanley Steamer crew was very professional, arrived ahead of time and left the barber carpet clean. We are moving out, so we didn't contract additional protection services, be we were offered them as an upsell. The price was a bit higher than quoted through the website by about $30, because I considered a basement that has a divider just a basement, but for the crew they consider the additonal wall to be an additional bedroom. Overall it was a good experience.

They were prompt, and their work was excellent. I would defiantly use them again.

I had used before and the work was excellent so I called them again. They are very professional, really clean the rugs well, and are a bit pricey, but excellent quality. If there is an issue, they come the next day to resolve it.

They cleaned the carpets and that went fine. But they caused some damage to my kitchen floor. I called them about it and they came out. They acknowledged the damage but said it was due to the installer of the kitchen floor. They offered to refund the cost of cleaning. The homeowner believes the floor should be replaced and that Stanley Steamer should cover the cost for it since they are responsible for the damage.

There was something specific that I did not like about them. First of all they said that they would not move any furniture. However, after I insisted, they only moved the exact pieces that I touched and told them specifically to move even though I asked them to move all of furniture. I was not very happy with them. Their advertisement said that they would move all the furniture. I spent between $150 and $200. I will not use them in the future.

They were very courteous. They showed up on time and did a good job. Their price was comparable. They put little booties on so that they didn?t mess up our floors. We were very pleased with them.

They did a good job with their work. I called them when they had a special going on and they accepted my Angie's List coupon. The crew came out on time and they cleaned up after themselves.

Their credit card machine didn't work. They should have a back up for this - like calling it in to the office. They charge an extra $50 for a high rise. They didn't count the dressing area part of the bedroom - an extra charge here too. After they left I learned they had blown a fuse. They used my bathroom for water and left the toilet and tub dirty.

If you have a leak in your apartment, the leak causes mold to grow and they won't remove anything with mold. In the meantime I can't get wet carpet removed from my premises. I finally had to get my insurance company involved a couple weeks later. I would probably not work with them again in the future.

We bought a two year old foreclosed house which the previous owner's left in a pretty gross state with food and stains all over the carpets (we originally thought they were pet stains, so at least food is better than that). The cleaners from Stanley Steemer told us they couldn't guarantee that the stains would come out so we understood that the carpet would be sanitary but maybe not spot free. Three hours later, it looked like we had brand new carpet. They couldn't get some paint stains out of an upstairs bedroom but the spot was much lighter and not as noticeable. The estimate we got over the phone was pretty close considering most of the areas to be cleaned were nonstandard (several walk in closets, two staircases, etc.) and the overall cost wasn't too bad.

They were prompt and on time. They got the job done quickly. I felt they did a good job. They came on short notice. I felt their price was reasonable. I would use them again.

They were very thorough and very reasonable. It took a little longer to dry, but I felt it was a better job than other carpet cleaners.

The work was done in a short amount of time and the workers were very professional. Window given was 10am - 2pm and they showed up at 11:30 am and were done at 1:00pm.

Arrived promptly, did the work quickly and competently. There was a little confusion on picking up their drying equipment after the fact, but nothing too problematic.

I have used them for the past two years. I feel that the cost is reasonable. They arrive on time and do a good job. They might send different crews, but they are always friendly. They do the work expeditiously. I like that they leave me a recorded message to remind me of the service the night before.

It seemed to me that they did a good job cleaning the sofa and loveseat and the carpets. I had used people to clean carpets before, but they never seemed to spend enough time to have actually cleaned anything! I watched as much of the time as I could, and they were speedy, but they were efficient also. They even moved furniture and put it back where it belonged!

Everything was fine. They did an excellent job. The gentlemen was prompt and very nice.

They were very pleasant on the phone. I explained my location that I'm on the second floor of a condo complex, and when they arrived it was a young man and woman, whom were very nice. I told them that they couldn't put the hose through the window because they couldn't drive close to my place. They said they could come back, but I just decided to cancel my appointment. Then a manager called because he was concerned that they had done something wrong and asked what they could do. I was very pleased with the follow up call but did not have anything done.

Work went smoothly. I'm happy with their work.

They made our carpets look like new. They cleaned 10 rooms. We called at the last minute and they came the next day. They were prompt and professional.

I found them on Angie's List and I saw their ratings and liked them. I did it all on-line. The payment and scheduled it on-line. They came on time. They came on the day that worked best for me and it went great.
