They did a marvellous job. It was outside cold weather and these guys still do the bang up job. It took them like 2 weeks and they did an amazing job. These guys were tired and cold and they did a really great job. They weren’t any lower than anybody else. Everybody else gave me number roughly in the same range but I was really impressed. The work they did was nice. They had a couple of decks in the area that I get to look at and that’s why I ultimately chose them. They have good materials and good workmanship.

Jason Flynn, mgr/owner of ProDeck initially told us that the turnaround time from signing a contract to replacing our deck was just 1 month. Several emails later, we were told 3 months. Then, 3 and a half months. His communication skills on his part were spotty at best, except when he needs to collect final pymt, even though he didn't complete the deck. He breached the contract by forcing me to pay the balance w/o finishing & w/o me inspecting the finished product to see if I was satisfied. He gave us multiple excuses on why he can't start on our deck and abrupt delays as well. He can never give a customer a direct answer on anything. Although the end product is nice, but the long delays, lame excuses and **** poor communication puts this business on a C- or even a D due to breach of contract on his part.

Our deck was deteriorating and no longer safe. We called ProDeck based on glowing Angie’s List reviews and the portfolio of work found on their website and Facebook page. ProDeck Construction (Jason) arrived on time for the initial consultation. Jason made a reasonable and cost-effective recommendation: rebuild the deck. Jason, Roberto, and their team were conscientious and eager to satisfy our requirements. They responded promptly to Prince William County permit regulations and cleaned up each day during construction. There were a couple of occasions when team communication seemed to falter; however, Jason made every attempt to communicate work status, answer our questions and keep us posted on next steps. ProDeck Construction delivered great service and an excellent finished product on time and within budget.

We received quotes from no fewer than four other contractors and competitors. Prodeck provided the quickest quote and was able to develop a solution for us that was closest to our ideal end result. They were able to design a screened-in porch that other builders told us would not be possible. During the design and quoting process we were convinced to spend a little more than we had originally hoped in several areas but after the project was completed we were very happy we had trusted Prodeck's recommendations. In four weeks, Prodeck delivered an absolutely gorgeous addition to our home. They were responsive throughout the process. If we had the project to do over again, we would hire Prodeck. We've seen many other similar projects in our neighborhood and after comparing them to our finished deck, it's clear Prodeck offers a superior product.

Jason, Roberto and their team did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

ProDeck was responsible and professional from the original sales call until the final power washing of our new deck. Jason was the sales person. He worked with us on the design of our deck and gave us complete information on who would be working on it, how long it would take, etc. His was one of four bids we got for the work. His bid was least expensive by over $1000! The old deck was entirely demolished and hauled away in one day. Roberto and his team of workers were always on time. There was a delay of one day when their supplier delivered the wrong materials. After that, they worked diligently and basically finished the entire deck in about four or five days. All inspections and permits were taken care of by them. One thing we wanted, a gate for the deck, was inadvertently left out of the contract. They took care of that, too, without any argument. All in all, I would recommend ProDeck to anyone looking to build or replace a deck. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was more than fair.

It went great! We learned about Prodeck at a Home and Garden show at the Dulles Expo Center and arranged for them to come out and give us an estimate to have our deck replaced. Of the three companies that came out for an estimate, theirs was the most comprehensive and it was also the most well priced. After signing the contract and helping us with the HOA paperwork the crew got to work very quickly. Although the project was delayed a bit by the torrential rains of May it was well worth the wait. Our new deck looks great! Jason and Roberto were both very responsive to our questions, always happy to answer them and even tweak their plan to suit our preferences. They made an effort to work around our schedules and always provide the latest information about when the project will be done and what the plans are. I would definitely use them again for future work!

We met ProDeck at a Home and Garden show and we are so glad we did because they did an OUTSTANDING job on our deck! ProDeck was very professional and knowledgeable about Trex products and decks and it was great to meet the deck building supervisor right at the first meeting! We interviewed more than 5 different deck builders in the area and ProDeck was the only one who had a proven record and reputation for doing a curved deck with Trex products. Additionally, it was clear that they had extensive knowledge and experience working with Trex products, which is what we were interested in purchasing for our own deck. After seeing a few decks that they built with Trex products in the area (and hearing how happy the owners were), it was an easy decision to choose ProDeck. They did an amazing job on the deck and all of our neighbors (seriously, all of them) have commented on how beautiful it looks and that they wish that they could have built a deck like ours! Everyone who works for the company is so nice, they're very reasonable to plan and negotiate with, and they deliver the highest quality materials and craftsmanship! They also took care of all of the permits and helped with the HOA application, which was a big help! We really enjoyed having ProDeck build the deck that we were envisioning and it exceeded our expectations in how fantastic it looked when it was finished! A++++ would highly recommend them to anyone!

The team was excellent, they came everyday until job was finished. The owners built the deck! If you asked a question they were right there.I even wanted something changed and they made it happen. I'm very impressed. My deck looks great. Jason gave me ideas to make it look different without breaking the bank. It was built in 5 days! I will definitely be using them again in the near future. We were very happy to have chosen ProDecks to build our screen porch. Jason did an excellent job answering our questions, was candid and honest (not sales-pitchy), and gave us a good gut feeling about the quality of work and attention to detail they would provide to the job. He was also very responsive and had some great suggestions. The price was competitive with the other two estimates we had received. We prefer to keep what we paid for our porch private. Roberto, who owns ProDeck, was the lead guy in building our porch. He usually had a couple of other guys with him. All were nice and courteous. One of the reasons we went with ProDeck was because Roberto was the owner and also the builder - the job was not subcontracted out. I think this made a big difference with the quality of work, because Roberto was vested in the craftsmanship and we were able to directly work with him as he build the porch. We were very impressed with the quality of construction and attention to details that Roberto provided when constructing the porch. He always worked with us to address issues or concerns we had, and provided some great design layout suggestions. There were some unique challenges to our job, and Roberto's experience and craftsmanship really showed. He and his crew were also tidy ? they stacked tools and swept each day before they left, which was nice. If we could go back and do it all over again, we?d definitely use ProDecks. Very happy with the end result, and it was a pleasure to work with Jason and Roberto.

I scheduled an appointment for a deck estimate, but they were a no show. It's been two days since the appointment date and there has been no follow up call or email. I'm extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Roberto went through the design process with us, then submitted to our HOA. We have an absolutely beautiful deck, completed yesterday. His work is extraordinary. He is a perfectionist, and my wife and I Love a builder who is a perfectionist. He has an incredible eye for detail. He is wonderful to work with; responsive to our needs and questions. He has left the back of our home immaculate in appearance, having torn up the back yard area in order to both build the deck and build the patio. We are so sorry he only builds decks. I would trust him with any work we needed done on our home, knowing that it would be done beautifully and perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with him.

The job went better than I could have imagined. Roberto (Pr Deck owner) was one of 3 estimates I received prior to starting the project. He came in much cheaper than the other two estimates. The quality of Pro Deck's work and the diligence and professionalism that Roberto and his team have is wonderful. The deck is AMAZING. I showed Roberto photos of what I wanted in a deck (contemporary style with cable rails and extra wide screens to allow for unobstructed views of the woods behind my house). Roberto managed to create the exact deck I was hoping for. He also drafted and submitted all paperwork required to my home owners association and to the county permitting board. Roberto was on site everyday building the deck himself with the help of 1-2 other guys. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Deck and am going to post some pictures to convey what I'm talking about.

The work went very well. Completed the entire work in less than 2 weeks. There was not a single problem and the job was completed as specified. The deck is admired by all my visitors.

We worked with Roberto, the owner and can’t say enough great things about him. His work was terrific and prices excellent. From the first call to inquire about his services, he was super fast and responsive. While other, bigger companies claimed they could not come out for an initial site visit for 2 weeks, Roberto scheduled to come by the very next morning. We continued through to get estimates from similarly highly rated companies, but they either did not provide what we wanted or were coming in at higher prices. Our deck and pergola are small. We were very fortunate in that Roberto was in a holding pattern with some other clients while awaiting homeowner’s association approvals and was able to fit us in between. From the first day of work, he and his assistant were there at 7:30 a.m. and worked long days. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left the work areas spotless. In a week we had beautiful new deck. Thank you, Roberto! We have already recommended you to others.

ProDeck did a terrific job. They met with us several times to design our deck, screened in porch and patio with firepit and seating wall. We mainly worked with the owner, Roberto and the overallexperience was terrific. The build was timely, the quality of work was outstanding and their price was fair. In addition, the owner and crew were always kind, responsive and professional. We highly recommend ProDeck.

We knew exactly what we wanted and met with 7 different builders. All but one tried to change our design plans, whereas Roberto with ProDeck listened and offered suggestions to enhance our plans. The weather wasn't on our side, so the project took twice as long as expected, but Roberto kept us informed each step of the way. ProDeck's work is professional; offering quality grade materials and product warranties. The workers were polite and courteous, and at the close of each work day, the project site was left cleaned. Roberto and his team met all of our expectations.

ProDeck Construction did a great job!!! Roberto along with his crew built the deck in 2 weeks time. I can't say enough about how courtesy, thoughtful, and professional all of the crew were. They cleaned up all debris everyday. Roberto is not only part of the crew , but he the company owner. Roberto made sure all my questions were answered before I signed the contract. I visited his previous job sites and spoke with the owners. I was very impressed with his work and what his previous customers had to say about Roberto and his crew. I retired home construction industry a number of years ago. So when I say his attention to detail is top notch, you better believe it. I had no complaints throughout the construction process. Roberto addressed every concern I had through out the construction process. He was very prompt to return my phone calls. The end product is a deck that me and the family is very proud of. Whenever guest or perspective costumers come to inspect the deck, they are wowed by the size, design and great job Roberto and his crew has done. Now for the deck details. The deck frame is constructed of pressure treated lumber. The frame rest on 6x6" post. Joists are installed to meet the framing requires of Trexx decking to validate the Trexx warranty. Roberto designed two gentle corner curves into the deck, which gives a touch of elegance to the deck. All decking, rail system and lighting is Trexx material for a totally maintenance free deck. Decking was installed using hiden fasteners. We elected to have all post light with four light post caps. We have a double 5' wide staircases with 2 lights per step.PVC lattice covers the perimeter of the deck to the ground, with gates to access the underneath the deck. County inspections were approved with initial inspections. Roberto never had an issue with passing the inspections during the construction and the final.

Contractor got all the necessary permits approved. He estimated the construction period as 2 weeks. He finished the project one day ahead of schedule despite change orders and additions. Contractor was very detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable. Contractor always cleaned the premises at the end of the day. After completing the project, they also cleaned the premises very thoroughly. I highly recommend this contractor.

Roberto (the owner) did an excellent job and the deck looks absolutely amazing! We met with over 10 potential contractors but there was something very special about Roberto, who aside from being very professional, exuded confidence and competence, and from the moment he came to the house for the first consultation through the very last day that did not change + his price was fair and reasonable. The final product clearly reflects his skills, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. I highly doubt anyone could have done a better job! Additionally, he stayed within budget and did not attempt to nickel and dime us. Roberto went the extra mile and we appreciate it! Thanks, Roberto!!

The process was as painless as possible. Roberto did an excellent job working with us developing the concept. He then provided drawings gave them to the homeowners association. The drawing were fist class and the overall HOA product was impressive. Implementation was again as painless as possible. He and his team kept the area clean as possible were very courteous and request permission for any action that would have caused us inconvenience. The deck was amazing to watch in construction. Neighbors told me they were watching a true craftsman at work and not just an assembler. I truly agree. To see a curved staircase built is really treat. The entire deck was done with Trex top of the line material. To make the trek curved requires some unique tools and special skills. The overall project was completed on time within the agreed upon budget. I've lived with the deck for several months and it looks great and is a joy to have as an addition to our house. Very few if any contractors could have completed this task and I doubt any would have done so within this budget.

It was a magnificent job. He was attentive to every level of detail, and faithful to his work. The work was magnificent. He is an artist. As far as customer centric behavior, it was just excellent. One of my neighbors said to me that I have the best looking deck in the community (over 1000 homes in the neighborhood). I had gone to see him on another project to see how his work was before hiring him, and when I saw the project that was underway, and the framing he had laid out, it was remarkable. He was very flexible and responsive to my needs and concerns. I felt like he took ownership of the project, and built it as if it were his own, but kept me involved throughout the entire process. He had a definite commitment to excellence which was manifested in the final project.
