ProDeck Construction Is an Amazing Company! We absolutely love the screened in porch built for us by ProDeck Construction this Spring. The craftsmanship reflects a lot of attention to detail. The beadboard ceiling is gorgeous, built by one of the company’s very talented craftsmen/carpenters. The price was very reasonable, especially as compared to the other estimates that we received. We did a lot of research before having this porch built and had 5 companies provide their estimates and ideas for the project. We very much appreciate Omesh’s professionalism and patience as we discussed the size and configuration of the porch, and the materials. It far exceeds our expectations or idea of what it would look like or how well it would be constructed. It is our favorite place to be. Their staff includes experienced craftsman/carpenters who are responsive, very professional and neat and thorough. I have wanted a porch for years and am so happy that we found this company! We are over the moon.

Pro Deck provided an outstanding experience from the design phase and contract to the demolition of the old deck, and the construction and completion of the new one. Their professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, care in every aspect of construction, and quality of the completed project are truly the best we have ever encountered. Jason never rushed us as we thought through the planning of the new deck and screened porch. We changed our plan several times in this process and he cheerfully provided his expertise to make the final result much better than we had ever imagined it could be. Roberto kept the project running smoothly from start to finish with materials arriving at exactly the right time for each stage of the project. He also solved some problems we had had with the design of our old deck and corrected other issues we hadn't even noticed, resolving them quickly without any additional charges or delays. Pro-Deck designed a beautiful deck for our home that blended with our pool and landscaping. They have special equipment that allows them to make a radius for the railings that sets a deck apart. Roberto and his crew were always on time, working efficiently everyday. Jason was always responsive to our questions and needs. The company has taken care of any needs post construction for several years and always cheerfully. You cannot go wrong using Jason and Roberto for your deck design and construction plans. This company provides excellent value for your dollar.

The entire project was flawless from the contract to the completion of the screened porch with a swim spa & patio. Very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism of the team (Jason/Roberto). Throughout the process, we were informed the current status and the upcoming activities. They were open & honest about the challenges (not caused by ProDeck) and they were able to find a way to overcome and exceeded our expectation by far. The main construction crew's attention to detail was incredible and very skilled workers. The entire project was delayed a little due to the late delivery of the swim spa, but they were still able to complete the project on time by working long hours. They took time to answer all the questions/concerns during the process and no push backs or complains. They were definitely a very Customer orientated team of people and very happy to have them as our contractor and we won't be shy referring them to our friends and neighbors for their future projects. I was very pleased with the experience. Upon requesting an estimate, an appt was set up immediately. The team from Pro Deck, Omesh and Jason were very responsive and took time to review all my questions and discuss options and pricing. The team that tore down and replaced the deck with trex products did a great job. They were at work and ready to go at 8:00 am each day and worked very hard until it was dark. They were very polite and kept the area clean. They did a great job and I have received several compliments from folks who have walked past my deck. Would highly recommend Pro Deck. Pricing was competitive with other deck companies, but the team was responsive and took time to answer my questions. The work done to remove the old deck and build a new deck was excellent.

Jason, Roberto and team were great to work with from proposal to delivery. The porch and patio turned out great and the team worked long hours to get them both done expeditiously. They were also able to work around, and ultimately save, a tree that's been in our backyard since we moved in 15 years ago. The other potential providers told us that the tree couldn't be saved. Hats off to Jason and his team at ProDeck Construction. The porch and patio look beautiful.

ProDeck Construction completed our deck project 10 days ago and my wife and I could not be more pleased. During the initial consultation Jason Flynn was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our wish list and was able to lay out a project based on county codes and regulations right on the spot. He told us the steps necessary to proceed without pressuring us. Once the project began, the crew and support workers performed beyond expectations. Every step of the process flowed like a well choreographed dance. Supplies were delivered in advance of the days needs and trash was picked up immediately and not left over night. Communication with Roberto, the project manager, was easy and he was very responsive to our questions. Our project was not large but was completed in about 8 days and the results are spectacular. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend ProDeck construction to anyone looking for their service.

ProDeck was amazing to work with! They recently completed a Trex deck and screen porch for us. From our first meeting with Jason to the completion of the project, everything was completed smoothly and professionally. Their estimate was in line with others we received. The 3 man crew was punctual, responsive and highly skilled with incredible attention to detail. They cleaned up before leaving each day. Roberto checked on the crew almost everyday and kept us up to date every step of the way throughout the project and answered any questions we had. The completed project exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the result. We would recommend ProDeck without reservation for any deck or porch project!

ProDeck was great to work with! We hired them to build a 600sq ft deck that a previous decking company was having trouble getting the permits for. Four days after submitting the paperwork with county, ProDeck got the permits! The previous company we hired, we were 4 months in and still waiting. ProDeck was very friendly, professional, punctual, and the quality of work and the pricing was great! I would without a doubt use them again.

ProDeck (Jason F) felt like the right contractor to go with after our initial consultation. Cost, timeframe, and process was thoroughly explained and the cost was extremely competitive with other quotes we explored. Those three things put us at ease and allowed us to choose them for our project. Other reviews spoke about the timeliness, professionalism, and expertise of the two different crews (one for deck and one for patio)...they were spot on. Guys were really really good and had no problem explaining where they were in the process whenever I went around to view the progress. The finished product exceeded our expectations, I would recommend ProDeck to anyone without reservation..quality product, done on tome and at a great prices.

ProDeck is amazing! From the first meeting with Jason to the final walkthrough once our new deck was complete, the experience was fantastic. Jason came to our house initially to provide an estimate. He took his time, explained the process, materials, construction, permits/HOA authorization, and provided recommendations. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had a couple of other building companies out to provide estimates as well and not only was ProDeck the most economical, but they also delivered an amazing, quality product. The construction team was on time, thorough, and cleaned up the work site each day. Overall construction took a bit longer than expected with a few days of weather delays, but the outcome was awesome. The deck looks great and it's clear that it was well-built. The quality of craftsmanship along with Jason's excellent recommendations on materials and design made us very happy customers. In fact, we'll be hiring them again once we are ready to add our patio! Not well. For a patio, these guys may do well in executing, but the design skills weren't apparent. His patio recommendation was simple and functional, but not pleasing to the eye. After further discussion, we came out with a design that would work. A week later, I called and reminded that I still needed a quote. In response, he sent prices but no detailed estimate. It appeared that the square footage he was charging for the patio didn't fit the diagram that we came up with and didn't exclude the deck's square footage. When I wrote back twice to gain clarification, he responded twice with something, but nothing relative to my concerns.

From estimate proposal to contract signing to execution of work, ProDeck's team delivered a high-quality experience. We began our contractor research in late May and solicited bids from several companies. The folks from ProDeck were easy to schedule. Jason Flynn came out to assess our project needs within a week of initial contact and delivered a quote to us at the end of that same business day. Other companies took several days to return quotes and, in one case, needed a reminder to even provide one at all. Our project was modest, removal and replacement of a single level deck in a townhouse backyard, but Jason took it seriously and gave us a competitive quote without any lowballing or unnecessary upselling. He even provided valuable recommendations regarding draining for our downspouts and sump pump outlets. The project’s overall simplicity meant it was quick to start and conclude, demolition was straightforward and materials easy to order. The ProDeck team was well-scheduled and organized, and we had a completed deck—power washed and ready for the table and umbrella—after just a week’s worth of work overall. Throughout the project execution phase, we were routinely in contact with Jason about various details of the work – he did a solid job of keeping us informed and involved in the process. We would absolutely choose to work with Jason, Roberto, and the team from ProDeck again in the future, and will recommend them to friends in the area. They were great to work with and delivered very satisfying results at a fair price.

Roberto and team built our Trex deck in 2016. They provided exceptional work then, and have done so once again. We decided to partially screen in the deck. Our porch is absolutely spectacular. They all are perfectionists, with an extraordinary eye to detail. Roberto recommended several suggestions to our design, and the changes are incredible. I really do not have enough superlatives to describe his work. We shall never consider anyone else for any additional projects, should the need arise.

ProDeck was an excellent choice of the four builders I surveyed. The crew who worked at my house were dedicated to doing excellent work. Their craftsmanship shows in the details of their work from the perfectly attached screening to the detail shown in the railings and beverage rail on top. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end product.

Excellent in every way. Their price was well below others without sacrificing quality or workmanship. They were prompt, courteous, did a superior job, and went above and went the extra mile to ensure their results were first rate. From the initial visit to prepare the quote to work completion, everything was done punctually and smoothly. Jason, my contact, explained my options clearly and offered recommendations when I asked. I am very happy with the quality of the work, the speed of completion and the clean up.

ProDeck deserves an A++ for the job they did! It took longer than they expected, but the work they did is so precise and exacting, it’s like a piece of art. Seriously! They started the deck on the day we were told they would start and everyday from then on their 2 crew members, Manuel and Kelvin, were here like clockwork before 7:15 a.m. and wouldn’t leave until after 5:45 p.m. They took a quick break for lunch, and other than that, they were working continuously measuring, cutting, fitting....everything being absolutely perfect. We’ve done a lot of home renovations and we can absolutely say we’ve never met such a dedicated, skilled, professional team as Manuel and Kelvin. Jason and Roberto, the owners were equally professional and responsive. Jason was the “salesperson” and he was extremely professional and truthful about what they could and could not do. He was very competitive with pricing and showed he wanted our business which is a huge plus these days. He was always available when needed. Roberto came almost everyday to check on progress and to ensure we didn’t have any questions. He made sure supplies were here as needed and that the trash dumpster was emptied as needed. Another huge plus for ProDeck was that the team wore shirts, sweatshirts, jackets with the ProDeck name clearly imprinted and all of their vans and dumpster had their logo very visible. It’s just such a touch of professionalism that you don’t see with many of the “plain white van” companies. The deck is beyond our expectations and it’s the 3rd time we’ve had the deck resurfaced! We cannot recommend this company enough!

ProDeck replaced our aging wooden deck with Trex planks, rails and new stairs, and did a great job. Definitely recommend them. We were so impressed that we have hired them to install a new patio and entry-way.
