ProDeck was easy to work with from the initial consultation stage through construction, Jason Flynn was very helpful to us in reviewing the process and options for materials and design. We felt that he listened carefully and was able to work with us to develop plans that addressed our wishes. After working with him we felt confident that we had a detailed understanding of the work to be done and the final product we could expect. The work crew was punctual and worked steadily until completion, with no delays or interruption of work on their end. Roberto was very responsive in answering any questions we had along the way. We are extremely pleased with the appearance of the completed deck. The quality of the construction reflects the careful attention to detail that was put into the precise fit of the decking, fascia, railing system and cocktail rail components. We appreciate the pride in workmanship that resulted in such a professional job. We would highly recommend ProDeck to anyone who wants a deck that can enhance the appearance and value of their home.

The company was very professional throughout the entire process. This was especially important because I was "managing" the Virginia project from Texas. They sent photographs of the project as it progressed. This was useful when I saw that the old deck posts were infested with wood rot. My choice of replacement material (Trex for everything) was more expensive than some people may want to pay and the company offers less expensive options. I just wanted this to be something I did not want to fool with for the next 30+ years. The finished product was outstanding and was done within three weeks. There are cheaper companies, but if you want great value this is your team.

Our overall experience with ProDeck surpassed our expectations. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work performed. ProDeck not only built a beautiful screened porch but the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff was top notch. We would definitely hire ProDeck again!

ProDeck built a deck and screened porch for us in June 2018. The deck and porch were constructed with Trex Spiced Rum decking, white trim, and mahogany wood for the ceiling and wall. Dealing with both Jason (sales) and Roberto (head of construction) was a pleasure. During the sales process, Jason was responsive and had good ideas on designs, such as porch decking for inside the porch. The construction team was lead by Evi. They showed up everyday on time in a ProDeck van wearing ProDeck shirts. Even the trash bin looked nice with the ProDeck logo wrapping. The team never stopped working until it was time to leave. Before leaving, they straightened up their workspace and prepared for the next day. The building team knew exactly what to do during every step. It seemed like they have built hundreds of decks and the construction process was routine. The quality of construction is top notch and I’m very picky customer. I highly recommend ProDeck for your construction needs. I also highly recommend Evi as the construction lead. His english is somewhat limited, but he is very hard worker and knows how to build a quality deck and porch. I picked ProDeck over three other builders. The main factors being price, good reviews & references, and their use of mahogany. I highly recommend them.

We had three companies come out to get quotes on replacing our current wooden deck with Trex. The current deck was installed by the previous homeowners and was very unstable and poorly constructed. Of the three quotes ProDeck was the only one to point out all the flaws and short cuts that had been taken to build the current deck. ProDeck was also the only one to put together a detailed quote with the corrective measures to properly secure and build the new deck. Where the other companies stated the deck would be secure and better than the current one, ProDeck actually explained what was going to be done and put it in writing. They also have a 5 year labor warranty on top of the 25 year Trex warranty. First day of construction they tore down the current deck to just the posts and joists. Thats when they discovered just how poorly the deck was constructed. The Ledger board was secured to the house with construction adhesive, two bolts, and about 30 wood screws directly to the siding. The Crew spent the second day installing the new ledger board. Adding additional joists because the current deck had them spaced 16 inches apart and the new deck decreased that to 12 inches apart. They also added Joist hangers to to all the joists, which the previous deck lacked. Finally they installed the flashing where the ledger board meets the house. The Third day the crew began installing the Trex decking including the facia, railings and lighting. This went together very smoothly. Only thing that they were not able to finish on day three was the wiring. So on day four they wrapped up the wiring for the lighting and everything was complete. The crew was the same guys the entire time. They did a excellent job and took no short cuts. You could tell they took pride in their work and had plenty of experience with the Trex decking. The cuts they had to make for the cocktail railing along with the angles on the deck came out amazing. Everything fit like it came from the factory. The deck is 100 times better than our previous deck and I would highly recommend ProDeck Construction

Thank goodness we found Jason Flynn of ProDeck. Seriously. His professionalism and attitude is everything you could hope to find. I interviewed many other companies, even one that had previously built one of our decks. ProDeck priced the effort fairly and wrote it so thoroughly to explain the quote, that State Farm after reviewing all the quotes and sending a claims adjuster, agreed, without squeaking, to accept the bid in full. ProDeck understood we were trying to get the house on the market and this disaster not only delayed it but was costing us more mortgage payments and running costs. So, they committed to a target date. Through a late Spring snow storm and heavy rains, Jason stayed in communication, calling the tree removal company to coordinate efforts since the deck not only had to wait for much of the tree work, the tree work needed the deck demolished to finish grinding an 18 foot high stump caught under the debris of the deck. Because building codes had changed since the old deck was built, the deck work needed another stump found underneath the old deck to be cut down as well and coordinated again with the tree company for that, too. We had to coordinate with the the county government, utility company, the mortgage holder, and the insurance company as well. Whatever we needed, Jason got it done, graciously and professionally. I have the highest regard for him and the high quality of his work. This is the company you want to work with.

ProDeck was abesolutely amazing. We interviewed quite a few companies and found Jason and Roberto to be priced right, and extremely knowledgeable. The process was very smooth, with no error or back and fourth. Permits were pulled and closed in a timely efficient manner, and the total job was very quick for such a large deck. Maybe 5 days in total. We would HIGHLY RECOMEND ProDeck construcktion to anyone thinking of building a deck! Very happy customers here.

Jason first met with us and wrote up a very clear contract for the work. The ProDeck team arrived promptly and worked steadily to remove old decking, add additional boards for support, rebuild two sets of steps, install the Trex, install lighting, and complete the rebuilding of the deck. They were exacting, careful, and professional in every way. We are thrilled with our new deck and give them the highest recommendation possible.

ProDeck gets my highest recommendation. The project could not have gone better. I got three estimates before I started ProDeck wasn't the cheapest (nor were they the most expensive), but they were the most professional. Roberto came, asked questions, and talked about the design. Then Jason came and we talked materials. Neither pushed me into something I didn't want, and Jason suggested ways that costs could be cut. I felt comfortable with my decision from the beginning. They began when they promised, did what they said they would, maintained a clean site, and finished on time. The results were spectacular and all my neighbors wanted to know about the builder. I've hired a lot of builders/remodelers and ProDeck was the easiest to work with. Very professional, very responsive.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe how pleased we are with the entire experience of working with ProDeck. They just finished replacing the deck off the back of the house, and a small landing off the laundry room. ProDeck did a job for a neighbor who highly recommended the company. From the initial meeting with Jason Flynn it was apparent his professional demeanor, knowledge and courtesy gave us a sense of comfort with the company. Jason’s design ideas and fair pricing were in sharp contrast with other companies we interviewed whose lack of professionalism and common courtesy was striking. The deck and landing look terrific! And the construction was done in a timely and efficient manner. Manuel, Gabriel and the others doing the construction were polite, friendly and the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. They were here from the early morning until after dark and their skills and dedication can be seen in the final outcome. The county inspectors also praised the quality of the work. Another neighbor, an engineer by training, was so impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship that he is now in talks with Jason for a new deck. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a deck or patio project to speak with ProDeck. You will not be disappointed.

We were very pleased with the work done and the crew that performed the work. The entire process took about a week. Jason, the co-owner of Prodeck was very responsive to our questions and concerns.

There was a hitch about obtaining a permit because of a question concerning the existence and validity of a survey (plat) on file with the county. However after I checked with the County, the existing survey was obtained and deemed acceptable for permit issuance. Overall, the Pro Deck people were very friendly, did a good job and my wife and I were very pleased with their work.

It was a plesaure working with Jason and the crew. The crew did a great job and did a good job on clean up.

It was great! Easy folks to work with. Jason very responsive to phone calls and emails..deck work done quickly, neatly and clean-up was good. I used Angie's List to hire ProDeck and wasn't disappointed. I would highly recommend.

To date I have not received a reply of any kind. If they could not do the job or did not want to, a courtesy reply indicating such is not an unreasonable expectation.

Arrived as scheduled, worked long and efficiently, finished in just 2 days plus pick up of old wood. Workers were extremely polite and concerned about picking up trash, nails and leaving things in good order.

Absolutely wonderful!!! My porch/deck has been completed for about 4 months now and I am very happy with the outcome. I love my porch and spend so much time out there. I am very happy with the quality of construction, materials, and promptness of service. Communication was perfect. The workers cleaned up after themselves. Jason and Roberto were great at making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They made sure my porch/deck were up to code and put in sky lights and a ceiling fan. I would definitely hire them again.

I met with Jason a couple months ago regarding my plans for my deck. He was so nice! He's been very responsive and very patient, as my plans had to go through and extensive and lengthy approval process with my HOA. After it was approved, they started a few days later. Jason had saved me a spot in his lineup. The deck was done in two days and it's absolutely beautiful!!! I would highly recommend this company!

The project moved in a timely manner. Roberto himself and his crew worked everyday from the morning to late evening until the deck was finished. They cleaned up everyday when they were done working. Roberto's attention to detail is remarkable!

I do not have one single complaint about this company. Everything they promised, they came through with. About six deliveries of supplies were delivered neatly. They were all used quickly and replaced with new supplies. They never left a mess. The work was completed on time and the cost was what I agreed to. I added a few work items. Jason was the sales person that I signed the initial contract with. I had his cell phone # and if I had a question or wanted something I called him and he always answered. Roberto was the lead for construction and was a very friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable person. I would definitely call them again. Thank you ProDeck!!

From start to finish, working with ProDeck was a pleasure. They started two weeks early on installing the deck, kept at it with a dedicated crew, and finished in only two days. I was initially concerned that they would block my driveway with materials until the project was complete, but they managed to carry all the materials to the backyard on Day One. My driveway was never blocked. I absolutely love my new deck and thank ProDeck for their professional services.

ProDeck mgr/owner came out for estimate. Once he received the down pymt, we saw a different side of the mgr we had to deal with. He deferred multiple times on start date and couldn't answer yes/no questions w/o giving excuse after excuse. When work was 90%, the mgr demanded final pymt. Mgr called & sent many text msgs DEMANDING final pymt. Mgr refused to accept a mailed check. Mgr told me to leave a chk on the deck. I accidently left 2 blank checks instead of one for pymt. He took both checks, left a voice msg but never stating that he found a second blank check. He paid himself an EXTRA $500 and neglected to give the estimate to show what we actually owe him. Stay away & hire someone else.

The work was done quickly, and well. The workers were conscientious, leaving the area clean at the end of each work day. I was pleasantly surprised that they put down grass seed on the ground that had been previously covered by the old deck. We love our new patio, and are looking forward to being able to use it and our reclaimed yard in the spring.
