Timely response with no disruption to home routine

Our oven wasn't heating up well or staying at the correct temperature. Our tech, Sunny, was great! He showed up on time (with a mask, of course!) and got right to it. He didn't even mind that our small dog kept trying to get into his tool bag. He quickly diagnosed that our igniter was out and needed to be replaced, got the part from his truck, and completed the repair professionally and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Sunny to our neighbors and friends!

I had them fix my refrigerator and they did a good job. Then I called them for dishwasher and dryer issue. So they came out and of course both worked, so they did nothing and said if it happens call back. I called back today and spoke to the owner who is extremely rude , we got into a argument as he said he wouldn't take the dryer apart if it was working I said it keeps tripping the breaker in the last 2 weeks, he said its a breaker problem, I said I need you check the heating element and thermal resistor and he said he would not if its working. I said I need you to check it and then we argued. I told him he was rude and he seem mad because I wanted them to come back. He said numerous rude things to me and his warranty states he would come back , I told him I was going to take him to court. He said take me to court, I have lawyers, etc.. AVOID THIS Owner, his Tech was great but the owner is horrible.

very professional and helpful information was given about my stove. that information help me to make the decision whether I should keep my stove or buy a new one.

Based on estimates for the same replacement work I had done, it seemed they were quite expensive, probably due to a high margin markup on parts and labor. However, they were available at short notice, were respectful and identified and solved the problem quickly.

They did everything to solve our problem. They were courteous, professional and prompt.

Gary, the service tech, was polite, professional, educational and informative. I didn't have a specific problem except a slight change in operating noise in an 11 yr old washing machine. I hae the phone number on a a magnetic card on my fridge.

My refrigerator was repair well but I believe I was charged too much ( 225 for 20 minutes visit - l supplied the broken part) I was quoted less (175) before the visit

The company responded to me promptly to assess and repair my refrigerator. The technician arrived within an hour and diagnosed the problem. After obtaining and replacing broken part, he completed the repairs in a timely manner. A great experience with Nova. I would use them again and feel comfortable referring them to friends.

Fast, efficient, and helpful

They came the same day I called. The problem was quickly fixed.

It took more than a week to fix the problem with multiple visits and end up paying a lot of money. Not happy at all

Responded very quickly to my inquiry; service call was scheduled quickly (next day); technician was courteous and competent.

Owner/technician told me that the problems I was describing more normal. When I try to show him on the washing machine itself he told me I was pressing the wrong button s. When I try to speak with him he spoke over me. When I tried again to describe my problem he just talk louder over me. When I asked him to leave because he wasn t listening to me he became loud and belligerent and said that I was being rude to him. I asked him again to leave. He insisted that I pay him which I did and he continues to be loud. I asked him to be quiet and to leave and he did so. When I called on Monday I found out that this person wasThe owner. Instead of apologizing and trying to provide good customer service he told me we needed to get some things straight. I wished him good luck and said goodbye. He s been dialed my phone twice in a row. Later in the day a friend said they would look at my washing machine for me. He looked at the manual And performed a reset to factory settings. The washing machine now has all functions. There is no reason the technician/owner should not have known to do this. Very disappointed. Money wasted.

They came out very quickly and were very polite on the phone. However, I ended up paying $60 for someone to come out, look up my error code online, promise to call with a quote, but I have not heard a word from them in six days. I had to practically beg the guy to stay after he spent 3 minutes looking at the outside of my oven, before declaring it functional and packing up his things. He was in a real hurry. Luckily, the error code appeared, which he searched for, and forced him to stay long enough to write down my model number. He never opened up the machine. I would even have been okay with them calling and telling me they could not find the part (although the next repairman who came out did find it to order). Today is day 6 of no contact, voicemail, text, or phone call. In the end, I paid someone to come out, tell me what I told them on the phone before they came (the model number and error code), and then ghost me. Be very careful.
