Mr. Sandhu was courteous, professional, and explained our issues. Will definitely rehire in the future.

He is the rudest, most disrespectful person you will ever find. He contacted me via home advisor after I asked for a quote online. After he called, I was using the dryer and asked him nicely if he could hear the loud banging noise the dryer was making. He immediately started to yell why I was asking him to diagnose the dryer over the phone. It seems he doesn't understand English well. After yelling, I hung up the phone, and he called me back to curse at me and hanged up again. He then texted me that he will RAPE all of my family, including my kids (my daughter). I documented all data and filed a complaint. This criminal should not be in business at all!

They were amazingly quick (40 minutes) to come out and diagnose problem. Didn't have something they needed so came back next day and finished the job. They charge a fee to use credit card and did not carry a hand vac to clean up all the dust. I had to sweep it Overall, I was impressed with their responsiveness.

Didn't get my repair done because these guys don't know what they're doing. Had to make a small repair in my mini fridge myself cost $5, these guys charged me $60 to tell me they couldn't fix my fridge. Now all I have to do is hire another repair service to charge my fridge with refrigerant. I would call these guys ever again and will never recommend them either.

NOVA Appliance Repair is a complete fraud. I paid the technician a $250 deposit on a (supposed) $430 part to repair my refrigerator. The technician installed the part, but that action did not repair the fridge. The technician de-installed the part, left and (by phone) advised he could not correctly diagnose the problem but would not refund my deposit because he felt that a couple of trips to my house deserved about $250. Pure and total violation of the terms of the contract. Totally incompetent repair service ... total and complete business fraud! Do NOT ever call NOVA for an appliance repair job. I intend to file legal proceedings against them.

The gentleman was professional and honest. My washer would not spin. After checking it out he determined that it needed a new motor. He further explained it would be a part he would have to order and I would not only be paying for the part but the shipping fee as well.
