The washing machine is working as ot was fixed today. So all I can say at this time is time will tell. Cost of replacing the draining pump is whapping $260. Half of the machines' cost.

The guys were right on time, professional, and courteous. They explained what they were doing as they did it, and I think they fixed our problem with our SubZero and also our dishwasher.

He was condescending to me. He told me there wouldn't be dust under the washer if there was ever water there. That would be believable except he was there a week before and didn't put things back together right and flooded my laundry room so there was water there a week before that he created. It wasn't leaking in front of him so I get he couldn't diagnose it but to tell me I am wrong, no water has ever leaked, was not the way to handle it. The guy that answered the phone was not at all professional, I wasn't even sure it was a real company. When I called back to get them out again because it was still leaking he told me on the phone it wasn't leaking... The tech that came out smelled badly, I couldn't even be in the room with him.

Kept appointments promptly, was clear about the Washer Machine issue.

The response time was very prompt. he was straightforward and professional.

Emergency situation. We are selling our house, closing on Friday an the gas dryer died Wednesday night- stopped putting out heat. Called two other co.s before using Home Advisor and got connected to Nova. Spoke to them in the a.m. and they were able to send a tech,, Gary, over the same afternoon. Simple fix of ignitor and fuse but needed asap and they responded in top-notch fashion Thanks so much!
