They broke a plastic piece on the handle and now it doesn't open right. Didn't fully check the entire system before he ordered the part and when he came back, another part was also burned out and he had to rig the wires and cut a piece to fit correctly.

Had to contact NOVA Appliance Repair, LLC for follow-up remediation service after the initial contact/work was not successful in addressing the problem. After several attempts to reschedule a follow-up visit and an additional substantive follow-up service cost (parts and labor) the problem was fixed.

I had a very good experience with this company. I called on Saturday late and no one was available, understandably so. We scheduled for the next day and I was given a three hour window when the technician would arrive. They arrived in the middle of that window which was great. They were profession in appearance and throughout the entire process. Did a great of explaining to me what was done, what might be needed to be done, and further options I might. Very professional, courteous, and great to interact with and made me feel more comfortable about the entire process. The price they charged as well was very fair. I would recommend and hire again.

Gary from Nova Appliance Repair came out the same day I called to fix my leaking refrigerator. He also took a look at a problem I was having with my ice maker and my oven. He was quick and professional, and I’ll definitely be a repeat client!

Once they arrived at my house, they were true professionals. Quick to work and gave what I felt was an honest assessment and fair price. Only reason I am not giving 5’s across the board is because they showed up 2 hours late and I had to call them after the first hour to find out it would be another additional hour. Other than that, fantastic service and I would recommend them for future use!

Gary and his assistant were right on time, called before they arrived. Got right to the repair on the dryer, had it diagnosed and fixed in about an hour, and had the right parts. I would recommend this company to friends and family in the future.

Back Story - I had called other repair companies in the area regarding our 6 year old Whirlpool refrigerator earlier in the week. No one was available until Friday. I scheduled a Friday service call because we no longer had a refrigerator and when Friday came, they called and said their guy was out with the flu. So, I called Home Advisor and they put me in contact with Nova Appliance Repair. Before I had even hung up with the Home Advisor rep, NOVA Appliance was already calling my phone. The follow up was very prompt and he said he could have Gary come out same day that afternoon. I had read the other reviews about this company but my experience was nothing like the negative reviews on here. Gary came out, assessed the situation, ordered the part immediately AFTER he told me the price up front and said he would be able to install it the following day. I was skeptical because it was a Saturday, but I agreed and gave the deposit for the ordered part. Gary called me the following day when he was on his way. He arrived, installed our part, cleaned out the underside of our refrigerator, cleaned the back area, and it's running like a champ. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them again if I ever need their services in the future.

Tech came and couldn't remove the garbage disposer for sometime and finally he did it. But he struggled a bit.
