They never bothered to fulfill their contract. No one did anything. The first man we dealt with who sold us on MAC ended up getting fired before he even attempted working on our house (which was more than four weeks). Then we were shuffled off onto another guy whom we heard from once and never again (another 4-6 weeks). One final guy we spoke with promised us the sun and moon as did the two previous liars, but this one promised us his absolute personal attention. Well, yup! You guessed it. Nothing!!! We signed a contract in June and in November nothing still had been completed. I have fired them and they didn't even send me any paperwork to that effect. Now I have hired another most reputable company and have found out today MAC is following them around my neighborhood and all around town. They have planted themselves outside of my home this very evening while my new contractor came to see me in person. She told me they have tailed her all day and even to the gas station while she gassed up her truck. I wanted to call the police TWICE but she said just ignore them. I was worried for her safety and mine at that point. Finally after an hour the MAC truck finally pulled away from the front of my house. Funny, I thought I lived in America not Russia!!! I WILL NEVER HIRE MAC FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!!! Worst experience ever!!! Gainesville, VA MAC office. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Installation was quick, professional, high quality and they did a thorough clean up before leaving.

Brandon See was the project manager who was managing the project for us. MAC/Brandon worked with my insurance company to get the roof and incidentals covered. However, the insurance company did not cover the gutter system as it was a composite type system. However, the gutters leaked and I wanted to deal with the problem and was willing to pay out-of-pocket costs to cover the replacement of my gutter system. Before I agreed to have MAC install my roof I asked for a written estimate to replace my gutter system. I eventually received an estimate from the company which indicated a cost of approximately $2,100 to replace my gutter system and downspouts. I received the estimate for the gutter system and advised the company that I would like to schedule both jobs on the same day. The lady in the scheduling office advised that these were different crews. As a result, the roof replacement was performed on Thursday/Friday and they advised me that the gutters would be replaced on Monday. The roof replacement was done as scheduled (September 22/23) but the gutter installers never showed up to perform the work the following Monday (September 26). I contacted the company to determine what the issue was and they initially advised that they did not have a work order and would need to contact the project manager. I reached out to Brandon for help on September 26 and he advised "The gutter replacement is getting scheduled still. I'm talking to my production manager now". On September 29 he advised that there is now a problem with my gutter and it appears as a no-go...The discussion between me and the company continues and I want to know why the company can't perform the work they agreed to do...On October 6 I met with the production manager Dustin Mason who came to my house to discuss the process for replacing my gutters. Dustin proceeds to tell me that the estimate that the company provided was wrong and the actual cost to replace my gutters would be approximately $7,000 (3.5 times the cost of the written estimate)! I was upset and disappointed that this company which was highly rated on Angies List failed to perform. Dustin agreed that he would take this issue and review and discuss the options with his management. As of today, October 24, 2016, the issue has not been resolved. I have been patient with the company but I not believe that this company will not stand by their commitments. I would strongly consider utilizing a different company that stands by their commitments to customers. The difference between a great company and bad company is how they deal with adversity...MAC has not lived up to their commitments...

Very well, work was done in one day and there was absolutely no leftover nails, etc remaining in yard. Very pleased with service provided, especially by our representative Tyler Bouchard, who resolved any issues that came up and made the repair as smoth as possible. Couldn't be happier!

The replacement went very smoothly. The rep from MAC was Josh S. and he was in touch with us throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with the replacement job. They were very professional, competent and timely. House looks much better now.

Worst customer relations ever. Matters have been address with company multiple times, each different door sales person and now pending sheriff mediation.

Caleb and the Mid Atlantic Construction group performed extremely well. They showed up on the dates that they said they would and the work was performed per the contract. Most of the work was covered by insurance so they had to wait to get payments from the insurance company and they were very patient. I was extremely satisfied with the work that they performed.

Insurance co financed but all paperwork submitted by MidAtlantic. 3 week project. Professional and quality work and products.

I am a very satisfied customer. We had hail damage to our siding; our MAC representative (Caleb; 301-575-4959) came out to inspect the damage and then worked with our insurance company to get ALL of our siding replaced (not just the damaged areas) at no cost to us. The crew was first-rate ? timely, neat, and very thorough, paying careful attention to detail and quality. I highly recommend MAC and will use them to replace my roof and windows. Peter G.

My project managers name was Forrest. He was courteous, kind and most importantly to me, didn't try to upwell or add in a bunch of labor or materials we didn't need. The execution of the replacement went off like clockwork, exactly as Forrest had told me it would. The labor crew was by far one of the most industrious crews we've ever had work on our home. They stayed busy all day, and even performed a few small favors for me. I went to my local HD and purchased new entry way lighting fixtures. The work crew wired and installed these new fixtures at no additional charge. They cleaned up my yard and even had a second and third crewman do a walk around to insure that no debris or nails were left behind. I had to deal with the MAC office staff on several occasions as my mortgage lender had so many rules and regulations regarding have insurance work done on our home. Through it all the staff was awesome and I would highly recommend anyone needing siding work done to contact Mid Atlantic Construction and see how easy it is to watch your home get an entirely new exterior in a couple of short days.

MAC represents the worst of storm chasers that's out there. They came to my neighborhood after we had a hail storm and roped in several people on my street for roofing and some for siding. The service was extremely poor right from start. They took extremely long to work with the insurance company and then to schedule the work. After the work was scheduled, they got hourly laborers to do the work. They did a shabby job for me and damaged my gutters. For one of my neighbors, they actually cut the cable and utility wires!!! The poor guy had planned to be out of town while these guys did the roof and siding and came home to a horror. In addition, they promised several things at the time of contract, including replacing gutters, referral and advertising adjustment which they are not honoring anymore. After performing part of the work they totally disappeared for over 4 months and then showed up asking for payments without any regard to the contract or the commitments they had made. Overall, the worst experience that I've ever had with contractor of any sort (and I own a 25 year old Single family home so I've dealt with quite a few). I'd recommend staying away from them even if they promise a free roof through your insurance company. You'll get much better quotes and work from other contractors. I was at a neighbors house when the MAC walker came to the door. I started walking away thinking it was a sales guy (which it was) looking to sell something but he was talking about a storm that occured in the area and insurance would cover it. That perked up my ears because my roof was a disaster and at the end of its life and the siding wasn't much better. I walked back to the door and after his pitch i told him to come to my house and check it out. I signed a contract and the next day Caleb came by and to make a long story short in a matter of days I had my insurance guy and he looking over my house and it was approved for a total makeover. New roof, siding and gutters. Caleb even worked his magic and upgraded my gutters from 5 inches to 6 inches at no additional cost. The entire project took about 3 weeks to complete and I couldn't be happier. My siding is beautiful and was professionally installed. They went over my lawn numerous times to make sure no nails or other hazards would be found by my 5 year old. The roofiing crew was fantastic! They were efficient, thorough and just a great group of guys. I couldn't be happier with my siding, roof and beautiful new 6 inch gutters! I'd use MAC again in a heartbeat!

Forrest Fletcher, a storm damage specialist with MAC, approached us back in December 2015 about checking our siding for hail damage. We agreed, and in short order, he suggested we call our insurance company to file a claim for damage on all 4 sides of our house. He met the insurance adjuster to inspect the house, and the claim was approved. Within just a few weeks of receiving our check, the office manager arranged our install date. They sent someone a few days before the install to double check measurements, and the crew arrived on day 1 right on time. They were professional, friendly, and hard working. We had terrible rain storms after the first day of install, and the crew made sure that the house was sealed up tightly for the duration. They returned 2 days later to finish the job. They had great attention to detail, to include cleaning up after themselves. We love our new siding, and our house looks beautiful! Thank you to the MAC team for your professionalism and hard work.

A neighbor had used MAC to repair their roof and they helped them through the insurance claims process, so I figured I?d give them a call. I met with Caleb Kierspe (301-575-4959), who has been great to work with throughout this entire process. We got approval from our insurance and they started about a week after we got the insurance checks and had picked out the shingles. All of the roof work was done in a single day, while there was still substantial snow on the ground, and it looks great. Caleb even came out later, after the snow had melted, to do one more sweep for roofing nails. They completed the interior with a different crew about a week later and everything looks as good as new now. Thank you Caleb and MAC!

The work was completed in one day. All the left over nails and other material was picked up. I came home and everything was cleaned up outside. The roof looks amazing. The two tone color of the shingles really makes my house stand out. The workmanship looks awasome. I would have never expected to be so excited about a roof, but it really made such a huge difference.

Caleb provided a quote and walked me through the roof installation process and products used that made us feel comfortable and ultimately decide on hiring MAC. They were conscientious about completing their previous job, making them a couple hours later than expected here. However, I'd prefer that to have them rush through a job in order to arrive as their estimated time. Once here, they did an outstanding job.

We chose MAC based upon several of our neighbors recommendations. Aaron was great from the start. He handled all of the insurance processing and was very responsive in keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. He was always reachable by phone or email. Once the insurance process was completed, MAC began their work. They scheduled about two weeks later and informed us when the materials would be delivered and exactly when the crew would be starting. They estimated the job would take about three days. The crew arrived promptly at 8am each morning and worked well into the evening. They were courteous, friendly and respectful. Upon completion of the job, Aaron stopped by to make sure that we were satisfied with the work completed. Overall, working with Aaron was a pleasure and MAC did a great job.

I had significant water damage on my roof and in several rooms in my home. I also had skylights that were almost 30 years old. MAC of Va provided me a solid estimate; the Project Manager visited my home, he was totally professional and very reasonable; he made me feel comfortable giving my business to MAC of Va. Making the decision to use MAC of Va was not difficult; they were also referred to me by a neighbor, so I had already seen the quality of their work. The roofing crew was courteous and professional; they finished their work in less time than they originally estimated. They replaced my aging skylights in no time and gave me a dynamite price; I know because I called a few local competitors to compare. The interior work was flawless; my home looks like new. All of the work performed looks fantastic and I have already shared their contact information with another neighbor. I won't hesitate to contact MAC of Va for my next upgrade or repair!

I can't say enough about the person that handled putting together my contract (Nate). Very professional and responsive, I have probably 50 texts on my phone from us going back and forth throughout the entire process. Instant response was refreshing, no waiting to hear from someone. Couldn't be happier. The materials used were top of the line and the contractors obviously know what they're doing. They work very quickly and do great work. The siding guy was AMAZING and went above and beyond to make us happy. There were a couple things we wanted them to address afterwards as can be expected on such a big job and they responded promptly, I would definitely use them again and highly reccomend Mid Atlantic Construction of Virginia.

All went like clockwork with minimal if any delay. The entire house was resided and all of the gutters and down spouts were also replaced as well as resealing the sky-lite windows and scheduling the wooden pergola over our deck for staining in the spring to cover up all of the chips that were caused by the hail. The workers arrived on-time when scheduled and cleaned up after they were finished with no problems. Any concerns were minor but were also immediately addressed. They also paid attention to detail and the rep who originally called on us about the damage was on hand periodically to check on the progress of the work. Our house now looks like it is brand new!. Who could ask for anything more?

MAC did a great job advocating for us with the insurance company to get the full house covered since our previous type of siding was discontinued. The quality of the work is very good. When they lost a screw for one of our light fixtures, one of the workmen took an extra trip to the hardware store to get a replacement. Unlike our neighbors who used a different company, it took (as I recall) only two days to complete the work once started, while our neighbor's work went on for several weeks. Note that I gave them a "B" on price, but we didn't get multiple quotes, so I don't know what other companies might have charged.

Very professional and dedicated workers: both the sales team and the installation team. Clean up was perfect. They went above and beyond expectations to make sure we were happy.

It was a pleasure working with the MAC team to replace my roof, gutters, and fascia. Pure professionals. The estimation, paperwork, scheduling and installation was smooth and seamless. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed and they are always available to meet the customers' needs. I highly recommend MAC!

Mid Atlantic began work when they promised, with a fairly large crew( 6 or 7) & finished the job quickly. They did what was promised. The project manager, Justin, oversaw the job as promised and made sure things were going as needed. Overall, I have no complaints and would use them again without hesitation.
